"You better close that fridge if you don't want to be grounded."

Luhan didn't even look at Chen, but the latter immediately closed the fridge and stepped away from it with his glass of water. Luhan went back upstairs to get his shoes and gym bag. I went upstairs to change from my uniform before Luhan notices and scolds me as well.

It was one thing when he demanded for the remote control to check on another news channel to see who was the woman that was caught on camera with papa. And then it was another thing when he found out that Sehun had added Hua Chen as a friend on Facebook.

I heard Luhan go downstairs and telling Chen not to go anywhere. Chen, Kai and Suho had their second performance show last Wednesday. They have one last show next Wednesday and then the week after that would be Christmas holiday already.

Anyway, after I changed, I went online to check on my Facebook account. I wanted to see what it was that Luhan saw that made him react like that. I bet it was something that either Sehun had posted and Hua Chen commented on, OR something that Hua Chen posted and Sehun commented on. It was only between those two.

I checked Sehun's Facebook wall and I understood. Luhan didn't really need to go through a lot of stuff to guess this one. Hua Chen had posted pictures on her account and there were several pictures which had Sehun in it. The pictures were taken from the Fook Yew restaurant. It looked like Sehun was looking at their camera. I knew I was there, but for most of the pictures that Sehun was tagged, I was cropped out. LOL. Okay. There was one pic that had a caption, "Met some friends over at Fook Yew."

Luhan probably took the "friend" word literally and checked Hua Chen's profile. Of course it would show that Sehun was their mutual friend. I guess Luhan had not removed her from his list. But I guess now he would have done it.

I recall that day. Especially when Taeyong had told Hua Chen in the face, "Fook yew."

The witch didn't even flinch at it. I mean, was she dumb that she didn't hear the sarcasm in the Brat's voice? She just said, "Yeah, it's nice here right? The food's awesome." And the she had gone back to her table with her cousin and friends.

Taeyong had smirked and said casually, "Witch." It was loud enough for her and her group to hear. But I guess she just played deaf on that because it showed that she flirted a lot with her little eyelash flutters and smiles.

Their group had been taking pictures among themselves and she probably sneaked to take a photo which included us, although most of the ones where she tagged Sehun I was cropped out.

LOL.

Okay.

Anyway, Luhan had probably confronted Sehun after practice because the latter went home in Luhan's car. He didn't speak when they arrived home. Baekhyun arrived a few minutes later with the other boys. Sehun had directly went upstairs to his room and didn't come down until mama arrived and asked for him.

Papa had not called after the news broke out. But mama already knew and she called Luhan to let him know that she was on her way to the hotel where Sohee eonni was biletted. Xiumin was also asked to go there. The hotel that she was staying was the same as the one that Taeyong and his family were staying in. They owned the hotel, if that's saying something.

While we wait for mama, papa and Xiumin to return, we went on our usual business, although, not as usual as the usual really went. Because Luhan was always on edge. He sat in the living room and had his laptop open. I bet he had been checking each and everyone's Facebook accounts if we had added the witch.

Lu ge, you won't find any on mine.

Kris was upstairs in his room and working on some take home papers from the office. Suho had gone to Sehun's room. He was trying to soothe Sehun from the verge of crying. I think Sehun was almost in tears when he went upstairs. He didn't even say hello to us. Kai and Tao were doing their usual wrestling match on the landing of the first floor. Lay was video recording them and telling them that Kai had to act as if he was dying. He was making puppy whimpering noise and Tao was giggling and acting as if he was some kind of gangster beating up the puppy Kai.

Chanyeol was sitting on the floor in the living room. He faced Luhan, although he didn't really look at him directly. He had his laptop open as well and pretending to study because he also had several books beside the lappy on the table. But he was stealing glances at Luhan who looked intense in front of his laptop.

Kyungsoo: Are they going to have dinner here?

Baek: Who?

Kyungie: You know who.

Baek: I don't know. Maybe.

Baek had walked towards the fridge and he took out a canned soda. Kyungsoo was on the kitchen counter, helping slice some vegetables for dinner. The househelp had politely asked him not to help, but he insisted. Chen was watching them while he kept flipping channels on the kitchen TV.

Baek: You better just include them.

Luhan: No need. Mama said they're having dinner at the hotel.

Baek: Ohhh..without us? Unfair.

Luhan: Don't be pabo. They're having dinner with Sohee and Xiumin.

Baek: I still think it's unfair.

Luhan: Baixian, did you or did you not talk with Dong Hua Chen last Sunday?

Baek: Huh? What?

Luhan: You heard me.

Baek: *gulp* Nope.

Luhan: Okay. Carry on.

And Baek ran towards the back of the fridge and peeked at Luhan. And when he saw that Luhan was not paying attention to him, he made a face at the deer gege. Then he did a wiggly dance and sang at the top of his voice while walking towards the living room.

Baek: Do...doo.dooo..dooo you know me?

Luhan: Tone down your voice, Baixian.

Baek: Ooops! Sorry Lu ge.

And he sat beside Luhan. He rested his hand on the table and nodded, mimicking Luhan as he nodded. Luhan suddenly turned his head at Baek and glared at him. Baek leaned back and made a peace sign with both hands. He then leaned forward again and watched whatever it was that Luhan was working on.

It looked like he was done spying our SNS accounts and was now working on something for papa's office. He had asked Baek's opinion about it and took a deep breath afterwards. Kai and Tao were now bickering and not on speaking terms. Lay had gone down the stairs saying he had nothing to do with it.

Normal.

What was abnormal was Sehun not appearing even for dinner. Suho had taken his dinner up and ate his dinner with Sehun too. When we asked what happened to Sehun, Luhan just said that he was grounded for the week. That meant he was not allowed to even go out to practice skateboard drills. That was a bummer because the week after next, it was the second eliminations and he was supposed to practice because if they got in, they would qualify for the third elimination which was one step away from the championship.

No one talked about Sehun's mishap. We didn't wanna bring up something that would hurt the other more. It was bad enough that he was not allowed to go out and enjoy the weekend, how much more if he heard us talking about it. All because of that witch.

Luhan was sometimes unreasonable.

Hmmm...

No.

I think he was just careful about the kind of people we were associated with. He got the firsthand experience being blackmailed by Hua Chen, so I kind of understand where he was coming from.

Luhan: Just call me when papa arrives. I'll just be in my room.

He had finished his dinner first and went up the stairs. Suho went down with the tray where his and Sehun's dinner were. Sehun barely ate, though. I went upstairs to his room after I finished dinner. He was lying on his bed and hugging his pillow. He smiled weakly as he saw me on his doorway. I had knocked softly and pushed open his door.

Me: Can I come in?

Sehun: Okay.

Me: Why didn't you eat?

Sehun: Not hungry.

Me: Did Luhan scold you?

Sehun: Yes.

Me: Was it that bad?

Sehun: I don't wanna talk about it.

Me: Okay. But I think you need to eat.

Sehun: I'm okay. I'll...just go down later if I feel hungry.

Me: You promise?

Sehun: Yep.

I sat on his bed and he moved so I could sit properly. He looked really stunned. I swear I saw little drops of tears as he covered his face with the pillow.

The Setan gege was crying.

I couldn't lift the punishment that Luhan had given him, but I had to do what I could do to make him smile again. I went to poke his sides and told him to teach me his gwiyomi again. He chuckled and snorted.

That felt good.

I leaned on him and chanted "please, please, please..." until he straightened up and smiled at me. He ruffled my hair and cleared his throat.

Sehun: You don't need to learn it. You already know.

Me: But I wanna know how you do it.

Sehun: Hmmm...okay.

Me: I thik that's the reason why bra-girl likes you. Hahaha.

Sehun: Please, not that. She's scary.
Me: But she's your number one fan.

Sehun: Let's just do gwiyomi, okay?

Me: Okay.

And I made a fool of myself following his every step. I knew he was making fun of me, because he was purposely doing it wrong. But I didn't mind as long as he was smiling. Suho knocked on his door and poked his head in. When he saw that Sehun was smiling and having fun with me, he smiled and went in, too.

Suho: What are you two doing?

Sehun: Xiao Yi's trying to make me teach her my gwiyomi pro-moves.

Suho: Ugh...no aegyo for me then.

Sehun: Try it...

Suho: No, no, no way.

Me: Just try?

Suho: Aish. I'm outta here. Bye.

And he couldn't be forced. He immediately got out of the room and bumped into Kyungsoo who was on his way to come in. Sehun and Kyungsoo shared a room in this house. As Kyungie appeared at the door, he smiled.

Sehun: Creepy.

Kyungie: Setan, you're more creepy.

Sehun: Don't smile like that juseyo.

Kyungie: I'll smile for as long as I want. I'll face you when I sleep.

Sehun: Please don't.

Kyungie: Orz. Serioulsy though, are you okay?

Sehun: Yeah...I am...now.

Kyungie: Why did you have to add that...that...

Sehun: Witch.

Kyungie: Yeah...that witch...?

Sehun: It was important that time. I just forgot to remove her,

Kyungie: Careless, careless...shoot anonymous...

Me: That sounds like an intro to a song.

Kyungie: Oh? Jinjja?

A knock on the door.

"Who is it?"

Knock! Knock!

"Oh for god's sake, just open the door."

Tao's head poked inside. He scanned the room and his gaze fell on Sehun at last.

Tao: Hun...what are we going to do about practice?

Sehun: Don't remind me.

Tao: This is important!

He had come in and sat on Kyungsoo's bed. Kyungie was sitting at his desk and he eyed Tao with suspicion.

Sehun: I know it's important, but you know we can't break Luhan's rule.

Tao: We can try.

Sehun: Don't even think about it. You remember the last time you tried?

Tao: Yeah. I ended up getting half of the punishment.

Sehun: So, you know what will happen.

Tao: Psshhhh.. I'm willing to do it. Kai's willing to do it. Baek's willing to do it. Even Chanyeol hyung's willing to do it with his knee scrape.

Sehun: Do what?

Tao: Sacrifice half of our free time.

Sehun: No. You guys practice without me. I'll find a way here.

Tao: The lawn's not large enough for you to practice.

Sehun: Outside the gate is wide enough.

Tao: Are you allowed to go outside the gate?

Sehun: Luhan won't know.

Tao: If that's the case, then why don't you just come to practice?

Kyungsoo: And end up headless afterwards.

Sehun: Not only headless. I bet my body would be chopped into pieces and fed to the sharks. No, thank you, Zitao.

Tao: I hate it when you call me that.

Sehun: And you love it when Kris ge calls you that.

Tao: He always calls me that.

Sehun: Why can he say it but not me?

Tao: Because...you're Setan.

Kyungsoo: Thank me for that name. LOL.

Tao: Yeah, thank you.

I had stretched myself on Sehun's bed and went under the covers. I was falling asleep with them talking about their skateboard stuff. I couldn't understand most of it, except the parts where I heard Jungkook's name was said. That was the only thing I understood.

Jungkook.

I smiled as I drifted off to sleep.

"Are you gonna sleep here?"

Sehun had poked me awake a few minutes later. Or should I say, an hour after? He was chuckling. Kyungsoo had changed to his pj's and Sehun too. I actually fell asleep. I rubbed my eyes and asked what time it was.

Kyung: It's half past nine.

Sehun: Shouldn't you go and sleep in your room?

Me: Mama home?

Sehun: Nope.

Me: Oh.

Kyung: But I think they're on the way home. I heard Luhan talking on the phone as I got out from the bathroom.

Me: Is Sohee eonni coming home with them?

Kyung: Nope. She's gonna stay at the hotel.

Me: Oh...

I got up and stretched my arms. I looked for my slippers but didn't find it. Kyungsoo was laughing and he confessed that he took it and hid it under his bed. I shot him a death glare, but he just laughed and ducked under his bed. He came out the other side with my slippers. He was still laughing.

Kyung: I just couldn't resist, you know.

Me: It's always like that.

Kyung: Sorry.

Me: Hmmppff

And I went downstairs. Lay and Chanyeol were on the stairs playing chess.

The stairs seemed to be the place where chess should be played in this house.

Chess exclusive area.

Except that they were blocking the way.

Me: Excuse me. Coming through.

Lay: Ten minutes.

Me: Gege please.

Lay: Just ten minutes, mei baobei. I'm winning here. If I move, I might lose.

Chanyeol: Make it fifteen minutes. Because I got a move that will make you think how you're gonna escape it.

Lay: Harrrrrr...

Me: If you won't move, I'm gonna step on your chess board and kill all your kings and queens.

Lay: Harsh.

Chan: Violent. Tsk, tsk.

Chan: Let me guess...She probably learnt it from Taeyong?

Me: Ugghhh!!! I hate you!

Lay: Awww...that hurts.

Me: I'm gonna scream and Luhan will hear.

The two of them scrambled up and went to stand by the wall. I smiled triumphantly and went down the stairs. But Chanyeol caught one hair strand and pulled it. He waved it in my face as I turned to glared at him. I kicked him in the shins and he half laughed, half howled in pain.

I'm gonna get bald if I stayed near them. Grrrrrrrr!

Luhan was not downstairs. He had said that he was going to be in his room and just to call him once papa arrives. The lights were dimmed in the kitchen and off in the living room. Baekhyun was in the living room making use of the large TV screen for his movie. He was watching the recent Samurai X installment. Chen, Tao and Kai were plopped on each armchair, feet on an armrest and their back on the other armrest while they ate popcorn.

Where did they get popcorn at this time of the night?

I didn't recall the oldies buying them recently.

I went to sit beside Baek and he didn't even turn his head to acknowledge me. He just patted my head.

Normal.

Baek: Not sleepy?

Me: Nope.

Baek: Okay. You wanna watch? It's good.

Me: Hmmm...alright.

Then I curled up on the couch beside him. Halfway through the movie, there were three honks outside the gate.

They were home.

Lay had gone up to tell Luhan. Baek paused the movie and he went out to open the gate. Luhan went down the stairs with Lay and Kris. They went to stand by the door, waiting for our parents and Xiumin to come inside the house.

It was papa who first stepped inside the door, followed by mama, then Xiumin oppa. Kyungsoo and Sehun appeared on the stairs.

So, Setan had decided to come down...

There was only one question all of us wanted to know.

When will we meet Sohee eonni?

And papa seemed to read our thoughts.

"Clear your schedules tomorrow. We're going to spend the day with Sohee. Make her feel at home and boys, be nice."

The idiots clapped and jumped. I smiled. I was going to finally meet my future sister-in-law tomorrow. How awesome was that?

Papa shushed everyone because it was already late at night.

Papa had called Luhan, Kris, Suho and Xiumin to his office afterwards. Sehun went down and hugged mama. I bet he was going to tell mama that Luhan had grounded him for the whoke week which was crucial for being in the skateboard team.

Baek had resumed the movie. My phone buzzed in my pocket. I took it out and had to rub my eyes for me to see who was calling.

Jungkook.

Wasn't I just dreaming of him earlier?

Me: Yeoboseyo?

Him: Hi. Is it bad timing?

Me: Nope. It's okay.

Him: Uhm... I was just...thinking about that twenty four hours I asked of you before.

Me: What about it?

Him: How about tomorrow?

Me: Uhm... I can't.

Him: Oh.

Me: Papa asked to clear our schedules because Sohee eonni is in China. We're going to finally meet her!

Him: Who?

Me: Oh.

It was my turn to say "Oh."

Him: Sohee is...?

Me: Xiumin oppa's girlfriend. She's from Korea and papa came back home with her.

Him: Is she staying in your house or...?

Me: Ooops! I meant, papa came back to China with her. She's staying at a hotel. Same hotel where Taeyong's family is staying.

Him: Who? *chuckles*

Me: You know who.

Him: Okay. So, maybe not tomorrow. How about Sunday?

Me: Hmmm...

Him: You already promised twenty four hours...

Me: Alright. Sunday.

Him: I'll see you then.

Me: Okay.

Baek: Hi Kookie. Mwahh mwahhh...

Jungkook laughed on the other line. I moved away from Baek, who was making awkward kissing noise.

Ugh...

I went to sit at a corner where neither Baek's sounds nor the sounds from the TV could be heard.

Me: Sorry about that.

Him: That's okay.

Me: My brothers are pabo most of the time.

Him: Just like Jimin hyung. Hahaha. Pabo.

And I heard Jimin shout, "Who's pabo? Huh? Kookie-yah! You hurt hyung's feelings."

Me: Tell him, he's not pabo.

Him: Hyung, Xiao Yi says you are pabo, too.

Me: Aish.

Him: Ah, he's fine. Don't mind him.

Me: Okay.

Him: Don't change the topic.

Me: Uh...hmm...uh...

Him: Hahahah. I like it when you're at a loss for words sometimes. You're just like me.

Me: You seem to be always at a loss for words.

He was laughing softly. I could almost imagine his eyesmile and cheeky laugh.

I think he heard me.
