— Hot and not ugly.

"Amy!!" I exclaimed when my best friend's face finally appeared on my laptop screen.

"Suyeon!! Bonjour! How is everything?" She asked with a smile.

"Good. Good. Though, my room-mate is a jerk..." I sighed.

"What do you mean?" 

I couldn't help but sigh again. Where do I even begin... "He told me to sleep on the couch and he smirks all the time... I already hate him!" I hissed, but Amy started laughing. "What?" I asked her.

Her eyes suddenly got weird. "You know that people fall in love like that, right?" She chuckled. “At first, you’ll hate him, but then, you’ll love him.” She teased and laughed again.

"Yah!" I raised my voice and at that moment, just for my luck, Luhan came in the room. I glared at him for no reason before looking back at Amy. "This is not a movie, Amy Lee. And he came into the room – I have to go.” I said, but Amy shook her head and started doing some weird signs with her fingers, telling me to turn the camera to Luhan so she would see him. I did what she wanted, but regretted it in a second...

"YAH!! HE'S SO HOT!!" My soon-to-be dead best friend yelled. I knew she did it on purpose.

I quickly shut the laptop in embarrassment and hid my face in my palms.

"Your friend is sure interesting." Luhan commented.

"Yes, she is...  Uh, I'm sorry." I said and sat on the couch, sighing deeply as we both locked eyes.

"Why are you sorry? Annoying me, or just existing in general?" I held myself back from glaring.

"Just… For everything, I guess... You probably feel burdened because of me staying in your room." I was slightly surprised that he said nothing and just looked back at his phone. I really wanted to say how rude he is, but two maids burst into the room and Luhan was first to speak,

"Yah! I told everyone to knock before coming in!"

"Ah.. Sorry, young master.." Two maids bowed to him, and then turned to me. "Miss,” one of the maids came closer. "Mrs. Wu said to give this to you." She handed me... a bag?

"What is this?” I asked.

"It's your school uniform. You’ll go there tomorrow.”

"You did what you needed. Leave." Luhan snapped.

"Yes, young master." Both of the maids bowed again and left the room, I glared at Luhan.

"You shouldn't be so mean.." I muttered while opening the bag. "Ew! This is your school uniform?? What the..." I took out the black skirt with thin red stripes. "Long socks???" My eyes widened. “God, I hate skirts.” I really do… I feel uncomfortable wearing them. I prefer something less revealing and more comfortable.

"Are you sure you're a girl?" Luhan scoffed.

I turned to him. “Excuse me?” How dare he ask me that when his face is more feminine than mine??

"What kind of a girl doesn't like skirts?" He asked and clicked his tongue.

I put the bag down and crossed my arms over my chest. "Me. I don’t like skirts. Do you have a problem?” I raised my brows. He turned to me, but soon enough just scoffed and looked at his phone again. I thought he’s not going to say anything anymore, so I just sat down on the couch, but his next comment made me groan in frustration,

“Maybe you’re not a girl.”
 

"Mom!!" I cried out when my mom called after figuring out how to use Skype.

"HI, DEAR! DID YOU GET THERE SAFELY?!!!!" She shouted.

I palmed my forehead. "Mom... You don't need to shout, I can hear you perfectly…" I rolled my eyes.

"Oh? Really? That's great! We can talk a lot!" She smiled and put her hands together. "Anyway... How is your room? How's Luhan?" She smiled.

I turned my head to the side and looked at Luhan who has been sleeping for an hour. "H-he's fine..." I stuttered and faked a smile before quickly changing the topic. "Let me talk to Tobby!" My face lit up when I saw Tobby's little nose on the screen... "Tobby-ah!! I miss you so so so so so much!! God. How much I love you... Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are!" I laughed.

"Yah! You should talk to me like that!" my mom hissed.

"Okay... Okay...” I rolled my eyes while still laughing. “I'm going to sleep now, mom. I have school tomorrow, unfortunately… You have no idea how disgusting my uniform is..." I said and pretended to gag.

"Ha-ha. How funny.” My mom narrowed her eyes. “You're a lady! Stop acting like this or you’ll never find a husband!" 

"Shh... You’ll wake up the beast.." I put my index finger on my lips.

"What?" My mom got confused.

"Anyway, bye mom! Goodnight!"

“Okay... But Suyeon... How do I turn this of—" I cut my mom off by ending the call.  

"Finally..." I suddenly heard Luhan groan.

I turned to him and my eyes widened when I realized that he’s awake. "Sorry, I thought you were asleep." I said and couldn't help but chuckle when he rose from his bed, his eyes tired and sleepy, and his hair messy.

"Whatever.” He said and walked to the mirror, fixing his hair. “I'm going out, but don’t even think about touching my things!" He shouted and pointed his finger at me. For a moment, we held eye contact, but as soon as he left the room, I scoffed and rolled my eyes. Who would even want to touch your things?

 

Author's POV.

“Hyung, are you really going to live with a girl in the same room?” Tao asked.

“For the  millionth time… YES!” Luhan yelled.

"Is she pretty?" Lay asked.

"I don’t know!!" He threw his hand in the air, sighing loudly. "Who even cares?! She's so annoying! And she pretends to be cool, like, oh, oh, I don't like skirts, oh my god, I'm sooo different! UGH, annoying!"

"Luhan hyung, by any chance... do you like this girl?" Sehun grinned teasingly.

"Like - my ! She doesn't even know us! She doesn't know that I'm a singer! What is she, a caveman? Who doesn't know EXO?" He rolled his eyes.

Kris patted his back. "Okay, we see that you’re frustrated with this, but Luhan, did you thought about the Park Dara problem?" 

Luhan sighed. "No. Not yet. I got distracted..."

"HYUNG!" Suddenly Tao shouted.

"What?" Everyone looked at him.

"As I remember, there’s only ONE bed in your room… ARE YOU GOING TO SLEEP WITH HER ON THE SAME BED AND CUDDLE??!" Tao's eyes widened as Luhan almost choke to death.

"Yahh!! Are you crazy!!?" Luhan shouted before Kris could come up to maknae.

"Is she going to come to school tomorrow?" Chen asked.

"Yes..." Luhan grunted.

"This will be fun!" Xiumin laughed.

Luhan rolled his eyes. “Fun… Yeah…” He scoffed before shouting. “YOU ARE NOT THE ONE LIVING WITH A GIRL SO IT IS NOT FOR YOU TO SAY!” He panted. How can she not know me... I'm popular.
 

Luhan’s POV.

When I got home, I went straight to my room and groaned when I found that annoying girl sleeping on my bed. “Aish,” I cursed. “I told you to sleep on the couch…” I sighed as I walked up to the bed.

"Is she pretty?" I remembered Lay asking.

I observed her sleeping posture and frowned. Even though she's not ugly, I can't help but hate the way she’s hugging my blanket, her leg and arm around it while she drooled all over it. "What kind of a girl sleeps like this??" I clicked my tongue before walking to the other side of the bed and grabbing another side of the blanket. I pulled it towards myself roughly and bit my lower lip to stop myself from laughing when she rolled off the bed.

"Ya—YAH! Why did you do that!!?" She shouted as soon as she stood up and saw me.

"You were sleeping on my bed!" I shouted back, just at the time when Max – my dog – ran into the room and started barking loudly, jumping around. I smirked when I saw her scared face. She was trying to run away, but my dog followed her everywhere. "Max! Attack!" I commanded, but glared at my own dog when it suddenly started her face...
