“I can’t work from 5pm till 2am!” Sooyoung was whining in front of Tiffany, the VP’s assistant. “Aishh not again..” Tiffany sighed heavily. She just didn’t understand how her friend Seohyun could recommend this girl.

“Every night I would play Dynasty Warriors 6 with my online friends at 11pm.” Sooyoung explained innocently. “If I miss it, they would attack my kingdom. I’ve worked so hard for 6 months building it.” Sooyoung again explained.

“What?” Tiffany looked at her weirdly. “Oh god, please don’t make regret giving you a second chance.” Tiffany again sighed heavily. “Look, why don’t you go home and play your games now and report back at 5pm later. The Lounge okay?” Tiffany said after she looked at her watch. The time was 1PM.

“What?? I can’t play now! Everyone’s at work now!!” Sooyoung whined. “I don’t wanna play aloneeeeee..” She kept on rambling and whining.

 “Go home nowwww Choi Sooyoungggggggg!!” It was Tiffany’s turn to whine. Sooyoung finally obeyed the woman and had gone home. She was still trying hard to accept the fact that her whole kingdom would be destroyed in a matter of days; the kingdom that she had built with all her hard work of staying up late for 6 months.

“Mummyyy I can’t live like thisssssss!!” Sooyoung whined on the phone just now to her mother.

“Choi Sooyoung, are you for real?” Her mother asked back. “Are you going to cry because a stupid game?” Mrs Choi asked again.

“Mommmmmmmmm!” Sooyoung exclaimed back. She thought of all the people in the world, her mother would understand, but sadly no. No one understands what she was feeling at the time. “Urghhhhh!” She groaned loudly and jumped on the bed. Then, she switched on the air-cond and covered herself with a blanket.

Since she had nothing better to do, she planned on sleeping until 4.30PM. She had set 3 alarms, first at 4.01pm, then 4.05pm and lastly at 4.10pm. Even though work stars at 5, she wanted to be early.  

She woke up that evening to the last alarm. She forced herself up from the bed and carried her heavy feet to the toilet to freshen herself up. As soon as she was done, she picked out a black shirt and green plaid collared shirt to wear on top of the shirt.

“Or should I wear pink?” She asked herself. Since the VP was the president of the Korean Cancer Foundation, she knew for sure the woman would be proud if she wore pink. She rummaged through her closet but couldn’t find a single thing in pink.

“Oh mannnn..” Sooyoung whined to herself. Therefore, she decided to stick with what she was wearing at the time. The moment she was done getting ready, she took her bag pack, left her decent looking apartment and went down to her small car. She took her phone and started to search for the location of the so called place ‘The Lounge’.
