The front door cracked open as Taeyeon walked in. She scrunched up her nose at the literal vision of a wrecking ship. She hated move in and out because so much work, so little time and she was just too lazy. But this was an adult thing to do. She was a responsible grown up woman, taking a step forward to the future with a person that she–

“You’re late.”

“Yes, but I bought ice cream?” Taeyeon lifted the plastic bag, grinning nervously. “Your favorite, I might add.”

“We have to get the bed today, Taeyeon-ah.” Tiffany took the ice cream pack then pecked Taeyeon’s cheek lightly. “I can’t sleep on the couch and hearing you complain about back ache all night long anymore.”

“I know,” Taeyeon followed Tiffany to the kitchen. “So let’s go find a bed.”

“Right now?”

“Duh!” After finishing a glass of water, Taeyeon wrapped her arms around Tiffany – back-hugging her. She buried her face to Tiffany’s long black hair and tightened her hold.

“What are you doing?” Tiffany giggled. Taeyeon’s nose tickled her neck giving her goosebump.

“I’m glad we’re moving in together but I hate this mess.” Taeyeon mumbled, pampering kisses to whatever part on Tiffany’s skin she could reach.

“Oh shush! You didn’t even unpack your own stuff. I did it all.”

“You’re the best, baby.”

Tiffany leaned her weight on Taeyeon, placing her hands over Taeyeon’s. “Finally we have our own home, Tae.”

“Yeah,” Taeyeon sighed contently. “Come on. I can’t wait to sleep and wake up next to you on the bed, not on the floor.”

“Floor? We sleep on the couch.”

“Yes and you somehow always manage to kick me off in the middle of the night. Come on!”

“You’re not going to shower first?”

“No need. Bed first, shower later.”
