“I look okay, right?”

Hana threw a pillow at me instead.

“Hey!” I held it. “What was that?”

She pouted. “I’m still mad at you.”

I sighed.

I finally told the girls that Jin Young and I were dating few days ago. They were mad and happy at the same time.

It not that I don’t trust them it’s just, well, complicated.

“Seriously? Don’t you have anything shorter?”

“What?”

Yuri turned around and faced the bed. “Hana, everything she owns are below the knees.” She fakes a cry.

“Erm, is that supposed to be bad?” I ask her.

“Found it!” Yuri shoved me a sweet pink dress with a white belt.

“Wow, I don’t even remember having this.”

“Come on, time is ticking.” She said before pushing me out my closet.

“Oh wait.” Hana jumped down from my bed and walked towards us, both hands behind her back.

“Yes?” I asked.

She and Yuri exchange glances before popping a party popper in front of me.

“Congratulations!” they laughed. I flicked them in the head and laugh too.

Jin Young rang the bell when I was walking around the garden.

Hana and Yuri looked more excited than me. They got off the chairs and drag me back to the front.

“Hello oppa!”

“Looking good!”

Jin Young laugh and put his hands in his jean pocket. “Hi girls.”

He was a long sleeves sweater with a dress shirt underneath it. He had a sling bag over his shoulder too.

Hana practically shoved me towards Jin Young until he had to catch me.

I turned around and gave them a hard look. They just giggled and mouthed ‘call us’.

“So.” Jin Young said when the girls ran away. “You ready?”

“Y-yeah.”

I hugged him arm as we walked down the street.

Even though we have been to so many dates, I still have this funny feeling in my stomach.

Well, today isn’t just an ordinary date.

It was our one month anniversary.

Dinner. Cakes. Flowers. Presents.

I felt so guilty.

“You don’t have to…” I said, hugging a bunch of roses he got for me.

“Let me spoil you.” he kissed my temple and interlaced our fingers.

I touched the necklace he got for me, okay, for us. It has our names engraved on it. I was wearing his name while he wore the one with mine on it.

It was hard walking with me leaning against his shoulder, but I didn’t care.

One month may not mean anything to other, but it meant a lot for me.

No one had ever treated me this way before.

No one had ever made me feel this way before.

I couldn’t even express the feeling I had for Jin Young, it gives me butterflies the more I think about it.

“What are you thinking?”

I smiled. “I knew you would ask me that.”

Jin Young belly flopped on my bed while I close the door.

I laughed and sat on the floor, leaning my back against my bed.

“Aren’t you going to scold me?” he asked.

“Hmm? For doing this again? Nah.”

He pouted. “But I like it when you scold me, you look so cute.”

“Whatever.”

Actually I was quite happy when he said I look cute. I took my phone out and replied Hana’s message. These girls had been texting me nonstop during the whole evening.

I put my phone on the table and lean my head on the bed.

“Mia.” Jin Young called.

“Hmm?” I turned my head to the right to only find my lips meeting his.

I could feel him smiling.

“Hey.” He said after kissing me.

“Yeah?”

“Do you remember how Mary Jane kissed Spider man in the movie?”

“Huh?”

He laughed and lifted his hand up to support his head.

“You don’t?”

“There’s so many of them, which one?” I asked.

“You know….The one where he saved her and she gave him a kiss…..”

As he speaks, he started moving towards me. My head followed his movements, until his head was hovering above mine.

“Like this.” He whispered.

Oh right, why didn’t I think of that? Everyone practically scream when they watch that scene.

“You look scary.”

He laughed and kissed my forehead. “Then close your eyes.”

I felt him putting a hand at my shoulder as I close my eyes.

Wait a minute….

Is he going to kiss me like that? Okay maybe not. Wait is he? I mean, he could just be…..oh, yes he did.

I shut my eyes so tight that I could see stars appearing. My blood was boiling inside of me and my heart could explode anytime.

Jin Young slightly brush his fingertips over my cheek. I held his hand that was on my shoulder as he continued kissing me.

Something about this kiss gave me mix feelings. He had never kissed me this way before.

Unknowingly, I returned the kiss.

I choked on a whined when Jin Young pulled away.

“I should stop.” He exhaled.

I turned around so my body was facing him.

He chuckled and lifted me up from the floor.

“Stay?” I said.

He smiled and nodded.

Jin Young was already on the bed when I came out after brushing me teeth. I slip under my blanket as he wraps his arms around me.

“Happy one month anniversary, baby.”

That word still made me blush.

“Happy one month to you too, oppa.”

He embraced me tighter until I could feel his heartbeat even though my back was facing him.

“I love you.”

My eyes rounded at that statement.

“Me too.”

What the hell? Why did I say that?

“I mean, I-”

“It’s okay, you don’t have to.” Jin Young whispered into my ears.

“But..”

“Shh…It’s okay. Let’s sleep alright?”

I couldn’t remember did I fall asleep or I was just closing my eyes waiting for the time to pass.

By the time I woke up, Jin Young was already gone.

I left early. Don’t worry I wasn’t caught, I took your key though. Text me when you’re wake up. Love you.

“Love you…” I repeated. This is the first time he had ever type this word in our text messages.

I messed my hair and groaned in frustration.

Why can’t I say those words?
