Two weeks and four days.

That’s how long I’ve been with Jin Young, as his girlfriend.

“So have you both kissed?”

I choke on my saliva when Mrs. Kim suddenly brought up this question.

“Guess you both have.” She laughed and sat across me.

I pretended I was busy eating.

“Hmm…that’s quite fast.” She said, tapping her chin.

“When was yours?” I asked.

“Few months after we dated.”

I smiled. “It wasn’t planned actually.”

“Anyways, you haven’t actually told me about the both of you.”

“Nothing much.” I said, munching on my rice.

“Well, I need to run down the store and get a few things.” She got up and patted my back. “And when I come back, its story time okay?”

I nodded. “Okay.”

A piece of paper fell out as I open the door of my locker.

I took the paper up from the floor and saw a chocolate bar in my locker.

You look tired lately. Take a bite before the class starts.

I laughed at the thought that Jin Young didn’t write his name on the note. I took the chocolate bar and slip it in my pocket.

Classes were going on as usual, met with Hana and Yuri on my 3^rd period.

 “Lunch?” Yuri asked when the bell rings.

“Mine’s after the 4^th period.” I told her.

“Aww..” she pouted.

“You know.” Hana said as we left the classroom. “We seriously need to have a sleepover and catch up. We barely see you now.”

“I know.” I sighed.

The girls hugged me goodbye and left.

While waiting for the teacher to come, I munched on the chocolate Jin Young gave me.

“That looks good.” A familiar voice said.

Jin Ah.

“Hello.” I said.

She nodded her head and sat next to me.

Thank goodness the teacher came right in after that.

“I have a meeting to attend in a while. I want all of you to finish this worksheet and pass it up by the end of the class. You will work in group.”

Groups. I hate groups.

“How many sir?” A boy asked.

“Two in a group.”

Suddenly Jin Ah grabs my hand and gave me a really weird smile.

“Let’s be partners!”

Are you freaking kidding me?

“What’s wrong?”

I looked up and gave Jin Young a smile.

He leans over and put his hand on my cheek. “Tired?”

“Something like that.”

He nodded and started packing.

“Come on, I’ll bring you home.”

“Didn’t you say you want to hang out?” I asked.

He chuckled and zips his bag. “Not when my baby is tired.”

My heart starting pounding in my chest.

Did he just call me baby?

“What’s wrong?” he asked. I quickly shook my head.

He bends down and lifted my chin. “What’s wrong, baby?”

“Stop calling me that.”

I covered my mouth when I realized I’ve said those words.

He laughed and came closer. “Why not?”

I pushed his hands away and closed my book. “Let me pack.”

He grabbed my hand. “I asked, why not?”

I gulped. “B-because, I don’t know, weird.”

He smiled and kissed my cheek.

“Hey!” I hissed. “Not in the library!”

“Don’t worry. We’re at the corner, no one will see us.”

Before he could take advantage, I clamp my hand over his mouth.

Three weeks and two days.

I look at my calendar as I counted the number of days we’ve been together.

Things were still the same between Jin Young and I, except that he never fails to call me different names that makes me blush.

“Good morning, Mia!”

I sighed. She’s been doing this every day.

I closed my phone and put it back in my pocket. “Morning, Jin Ah.”

She chased the girl sitting next to me to another table.

“So! Any good news to share?”

“Erm, nothing much.”

“Are you sure?” she asked.

“Yes.”

She shrugged and opens her bag.

“Oh, Mia.”

“Hmm?”

“Jin Young oppa asked me to give you this.”

I stopped reading my book and turned to face her.

She was holding a lollipop and there was a note attached to it.

I snatch the candy away and hide it under my palm.

“T-thanks.”

“Don’t worry, I didn’t read the note.” she said.

I doubt that.

“Why is he giving you a candy?” she asked.

I slid the lollipop into my pocket. “He’s just being nice. He does this to Hana and Yuri too.” I lied.

“Really.”

I nodded. “Really.”

“Hmm..Since he’s doing this to anyone, I guess it doesn’t have a special meaning.”

“Yes, of course.”

Gosh I hate lying.

“And I thought I was special.”

I froze. What did she just said?

“I’m sorry but, I don’t get what you said just now.”

She sighed. “Oppa used to give me candies with notes too so I thought I was someone special to him. Guess not.”

Before I could ask her anything, the teacher came in.

“Oh! I just remembered.” She whispered to me.

“What is it?” I muttered as we bowed.

“We got perfect score for our worksheet last week. We should be partners’ again.” she winked.

Being my partner.

Being so friendly to me all of a sudden.

Bringing up her past about candies.
