In a matter of minutes, I was already at my mansion.

"Thanks Mr. Oh!" I waved and headed inside. The maids opened the door and greeted me. I bowed back and went upstairs to clean myself up.

I walked into my bathroom and washed my hands.

After changing into a comfortable dress, I headed downstairs for dinner.

"Yah ___. Why do you smell like smoke?!" My assistant, Park Jiyoon, harshly whispered as we walked down the stairs together.

"What?" I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at her. She raised both brows and looked for an answer.

I gasped and ran back to my room, sniffing myself.

"___? Explain please." Jiyoon unnie leaned against my door frame.

"My partner, he... He lives in a... It's hard to explain! I'll tell you later, just help me find my perfume!" I whispered and started overturning everything. I heard my assistant unnie sigh and walk over to my vanity. She reach behind tall bottles and creams, "Here you go. Now come on! Your parents have been waiting."

I sprayed the fragrance all over me and ran out with her.

"Sorry I'm late umma, appa. You should've just ate without." I sat down quickly and smiled.

"It's okay ___ and eating without you would be unfair." My dad smiled at me, "Let's eat!" My mom lightly clapped and we enjoyed our meal.

*Sniff sniff.* My mom sniffed the air.

"Honey, do you smell that?" She asked my dad, "Smell what?"

"___, do you?" She questioned me. I shook my head and shoved my salad into my mouth.

She suddenly made a face of disgust, "It smells like, smoke." I heard a quiet sigh and turned around to see Jiyoon unnie closing her eyes in disappointment.

"Smoke... mixed with... perfume, I think." My mom frowned, "Yeobo." She slightly glared.

My dad help up his hands, "I'm clean. I never smoked in my life, you know that  honey... And I don't wear perfume." We all laughed a bit.

I ate one more spoonful of soup and stood up, "Oh, well I have to go finish up my homework. There's so much these days. I'm sorry. Have a great dinner!" I waved and ran off.

Jiyoon unnie followed me, shaking her head.

We reached my room and I jumped into my bed, "Explain."

I sighed.
