An hour later, the Kims finally left. I was done holding my breath and shaking. I wanted to call L.Joe so badly but I wanted to show him that I was strong.

When Jiyoon unnie left my room to send the Kims my goodbyes instead, I looked out the window to see L staring up at me a few minutes later. He winked and I gasped. After closing my curtains, I laid down on my bed.

Light tapping sounds were heard when I woke up. Curious and scared, I walked over to my window slowly. I drew the light pink curtains up and covered my mouth in time to conceal my scream. I ran over to my balcony door and opened it so L.Joe could get in.

"Oppa, what are y-." I got cut off as L.Joe suddenly embraced me in a breathtaking hug. Slowly, I brought my arms around his waist too.

"I just missed you." I giggled, "But you just saw me not long ago oppa." We broke away, "Still. A guy can miss his girlfriend anytime." He slyly smiled at me and tapped my nose.

We laid on my bed together and started talking. Our hands were wound together as we looked at the barely noticeable stars through my skylight.

He hugged me again, "Promise me that we'll always be together?" I suddenly looked at him, "Why would you promise that? You know I'll only love you." I smiled and hugged his waist. I rested my head on his chest and listened to his steady heartbeat.

"I'm just afraid." He whispered and pat my head, "You're too pretty. There are other guys that might want you." He nervously chuckled as my smiled faltered, "I promise." I nodded and held out my pinky. L.Joe intertwined our pinkies together and smiled down at me. My eyes shifted down to his lips as did his. We leaned in and shared a soft kiss.

*Oppa, there are so many things I'm worrying about, but with just one small movement, you wash all those fears away and calm me down.* I smiled into the kiss and he deepened it.

He laid me down on the bed completely without breaking the kiss. When we broke apart, he looked at me with gentle eyes. Although he was calm, his eyes showed it all. He was feeling nervous, uneasy, scared, doubtful.

*Does he know about my dinner surprise?* I worried but waved the thought away.

I laid a gentle hand on his silky smooth skin and smiled, "Don't worry oppa." I kissed him one last time before we both fell asleep.
