I was stuck sitting next to L.Joe every single second. Those seconds turned into minutes which turned into hours which turned into days.

I learned to ignore him and had fun in Social Affairs. To my surprise, I became friends with a lot of the unnies in my class. They told me that I was known by a few seniors for my kindness. Although we shared jokes, went shopping together, worked on homework together and just hung out in class, I never really felt like one of them.

In times like this, I would turn to L.Joe who I learned to call oppa after finding out he was a senior.

"Pst! Oppa! What's the answer?" I whispered while Mrs. In was teaching.

"Shut up." This happened every day.

Three weeks passed since the start of the semester and we were getting into our projects.

"Class, settle down. So for our first project, you'll have the most time." Mrs. In clapped her hands and smiled at our confused faces.

"The project? In My Eyes. You can make it a documentary, write an essay, make a song, be creative. You and a partner will have to look for social affairs in Seoul. Unless you never checked what class this was, it's Social Affairs- Relationship Course. Your objective is to study relationships. Look for arguments, look for cuddles, look for flaws. Relationships are never perfect."

I perked up in interest as the teacher kept explaining. I understood right away and started getting brilliant ideas and thoughts.

"Now time for partners. Sorry folks, I've picked them for you." Mrs. In started naming pairs.

I tapped my fluffy pink pen against my chin as I waited for my name. I quickly wrote down ideas that I got.

(L.Joe's POV)

"___, and... L.Joe. Yena and DongHoon." Mrs. In read off the last four names.

___ and me turned our heads and looked at each with bored somewhat shocked eyes, "Grrr." She growled and madly rested her chin on her hand.

"Like I like it." I snorted and mumbled.

We both got our rubrics and peered at it.

• What is a relationship?
• What causes breakups?
• Why are there moodswings?
• Etc.
• Explain.

We both sighed and took more notes.
