“Sir?” Rim softly whispered.

Changmin didn’t reply. Instead, he snuggled to her, his left arm holding her right arm, making him embrace her.

“Aish this guy!” Rim sighed.

Her boss’s head was on her shoulder for a long time now. How did she end up like this? You have to thank grandparents for this. As soon as they sat in the car, Rim somehow was seated next to her boss, with Mrs. Shim on his other side while with grandparents sitting opposite to them. The grandparents were quiet happy with the scene in front of their eyes, satisfied with their interference.

“Oh, we’ve arrived!” Mrs. Shim squealed happily as she opened the door.

Everyone got out, except Rim and Changmin. Rim began to softly call out his name, gently shaking him.

“Oh, we’re here?” Changmin asked, rubbing his eyes and pouting.

*Cute* Rim thought. *Yah! Lee Rim! What the hell are you thinking???*

Rim quickly shook her head and opened the door, getting out of the car. They walked inside the hotel and took their keys.  Rim was shocked as she saw her room. It was luxurious:

“Rim-ssi!” The door opened and revealed a smiling Mrs. Shim.

“Yes, Mrs. Shim?” Rim quickly stood up.

Mrs. Shim arched her eyebrow.

“Sorry… Eomma.” Rim said.

“Now that’s better!” Mrs. Shim smiled and clapped her hands. “Rim-ssi, today there’s nothing to do, so you can rest.”

“Kamsahamnida, Mrs. - Eomma.” Rim smiled.

Mrs. Shim smiled and went to her room. She was smiling widely as she unpacked, not noticing the two visitors who were sitting on her bed.

“Ehm.” Grandfather Shim loudly cleared his throat, startling Mrs. Shim.

“Omona!” Mrs. Shim gasped and put her hand over her chest. “You scared me!”

“Mianhe, Eun Ji.” Grandmother Shim smiled.

“What are you doing here?” Mrs. Shim asked as she sat on the floor. “How come you two decided to come?”

“You know that Changmin hates Rim, right?” Grandfather Shim asked.

“Bwoh?!” Mrs. Shim exclaimed. “He hates her? Wae?”

“We have no idea.” Grandmother Shim sighed.

“That boy!” Mrs. Shim hissed.

“Don’t worry! We came up with a plan!” Grandfather Shim smiled.

“What plan?” Mrs. Shim asked.

“The ‘Make Them Friends!’ plan!” Grandmother Shim smiled widely.

On the other hand, Rim decided to take a walk down the coast. So she put a pair of beige shorts and a white tank top. She put on brown slippers that matched with her thin brown torso belt and accessories, and white shades. She tied her hair in messy bun and hurried to the beach.

The sun was shining brightly as its rays hit the crystal mirror-like surface of the water. Rim took off her slippers and let the gentle waves engulf her feet. The water was warm and inviting, since it was still the middle of August.

After some while, Rim turned around and made a step, when she hit someone, forcing him to fall. To Rim’s surprise or rather her horror, it was Shim Changmin!

“Yah!” He glared at her.

“Oh, mianhe!” Rim said.

She held out her hand, which Changmin accepted.

“But it’s your fault… You’re weak.” Rim said.

Changmin glared at her. Ok, his secretary was strong. He admits it. But did she have to say that he’s weak?
