"Sorry, sir but she's still undergoing surgery at the moment." The nurse announced, making Fei Yu's brother to breakdown to his knees

Fei Yu, if only I could take the pain away. If only I was the one that got hurt and not you.

"Sir, I think it's better if you take a seat for the meantime." The nurse guided the boy towards the waiting room where he sat down onto the blue cushioned seat.

His mind was raising and he recited prayers while the minutes slowly became hours.

Fei Yu's parents finally arrived at the hospital with her father holding her mother who was in tears they met with her brother at the waiting room where they saw him holding his hands into fists as he desperately tried to stop himself from crying.

Fei Yu's family sat quietly in the waiting room. Each of them recited soft prayers for her to recover quickly.

"Xiao Fei Yu?" A nurse came into the waiting room with a clipboard in his hands. "We're glad to say that the surgery went well. The shards of glass were extracted and we fixed her arm and ribs."

Everyone was finally able to breathe normally once again. "Thank you so much!" Fei Yu's mother shook the nurse's hands vigorously while tears spilled down her face.

The nurse smiled but quickly calmed her down. “But at the moment—“

"But? What do you mean 'What'?" Fei Yu's father inquired.

"She's comatose. The doctors said that she might come back in a day or two but none of them are so sure of it. All we have to do now is to wait."

Luhan had just gotten home from a long day at work. He let out a tired sigh once he sat down on the couch and raised his feet on the coffee table.

If Fei Yu was here then she would be nagging me to put my feet down. He thought.

Luhan let out another heavy sigh once he caught himself thinking of her once again.

It's been three weeks since she broke it off with him. She told him that the spark that she used to feel when she was with him was gone and that it had been happening for quite long enough. They were oblivious to the fact that they were slowly falling out of love.

Although it's been quite a while since he last saw her, Luhan still felt his heart ache at the thought of her, because, honestly, he didn't fall out of their love.

He would give anything to be with her again, because he didn't want a lot of things in the world. He just wanted her to love him again. He just wanted even just a little bit of her heart.

Luhan wouldn't deny that he was, in fact, still in love with her. Her scent still lingered on his sheets that were due to be changed last week. But he didn't because it reminded him of her.
