“Look at the shark!” Hyoneul chirped as she let go of my hand and rushed to the giant glass in front of us. Today I decided to take her to the aquarium since it’s been almost been a year and half since she last visited one.

She always told me how watching the fish swim made her calm and since exam week just ended I thought that maybe taking her here would relax her. “Jungkook look at them!” She squealed and tapped her finger softly onto the glass.

I couldn’t help but smile at how childish she was. I walked towards her and watched as a school of fish swam right in front of us making her jump back a little. “They’re so beautiful.” She said for the nth time today. If only she knew how badly I wanted to say the same thing about her.

Hyoneul stepped back and snapped a picture of the colourful fish then went back to my side once again. “Let’s go,” She smiled and tugged me to the next attraction. She had her hands wrapped around my arm which sent unbelievable butterflies tickling my stomach making me feel so giddy.

“Watch your step,” I warned her as we entered the dark room where the glowing jellyfish were kept. She tightened her grip on me as we went up the stairs and the temperature started to drop. “It’s really cold here,” She chuckled as she rubbed her hand up and down her right arm. This is my chance.

“Come here,” I smiled, even though I knew she couldn’t see it, then wrapped my arm around her shoulders. “Stay close or you might trip,” Taking her to the aquarium was actually a genius idea. “Holy crap, look at those jellyfish!” She pointed at the jellyfish floating in the round aquarium with lights that changed colours.

She pulled me towards the aquarium and even squeezed her way through the crowd just to see them closer. “They look like floating cloth,” Her voice was suddenly so close to my ear, I could even feel her warm breath on my neck. Oh shoot.

I guess the only reason I took her to the aquarium is because I was planning on confessing to her but it seems like I won’t be doing any of that soon. “Let’s go over there, I’m getting hungry.” I pointed at the food stalls right when we stepped out of the jellyfish place.
