Nobody is breaking the silence..
Nobody is attempting to let go of each others hand..
Their hearts are having conversation..
Their hearts understands each other..
No voice heard...

For more than a decade he only knew her..
For more than a decade she love him..
For more than a decade they've been together..
More than decade but felt less than a minute for the two of them..
More than a decade passed like a cool breeze in the middle of a freezing winter night..
Chills all over his body, leaving him shivering in the dark..

She can't utter a word..
Even she completely understands what he feels..
She knows..
She knows how much pain he's feeling at this very moment...
Yes, it does hurt her seeing him like that..
It hurts her so much..
But even it hurts her until she passed out, the pain he bears are nothing to compare..

Once she thought..
What if she's the one left here, and he's the one leaving..
She caught herself so afraid that she doesn't even thought of it anymore..
She thought, leaving someone is better than being left...
The pain to those who's being left are unexplainable..
More painful than the one's leaving..

Shinhye's tired head was resting on Yonghwa's arm..
Again.. No one is talking..

Shinhye felt her husband's warm tears falling on his cheeks..
His silent crying, once again..

"Yonghwa ya... Don't cry.." Shinhye caught his tears up. She touch his face carefully, caressing with all her might..

Yonghwa run his fingers on his wife's hair strands. "I'm so scared.. I feel lost thinking I'll never feel your head's weight suppressed in my arm, not seeing your morning face, not eating beside you, not talking about our daily lives.. I feel so lost because my other half will be missing.."

"Yonghwa.. Don't be scared.. I will be in you forever.."

"Shinhye ah..."

"Yonghwa ya.. Do you remember when I’m throwing snow balls at you? Before we graduated in high school? Do you remember?"

"Very clear, Shinhye."

"I missed those days.. Those days when we just laugh in every little thing.. Those days are the best.."

"You're right.."

"Yonghwa ya.. Do you remember when the big girl bumped at me on the basketball game? I don't remember their faces anymore but I remember your expression while you rushed to me.."

"I remembered how they played so dirty. I'm really angry at that time, seeing you down."

"Hmm. And you even had a minor injury. I patched too many cool pads on your ankle."

Yonghwa smiled while his tears are falling.
He began to reminisce those times..

"I had never said this to you, but you're really awesome back then. You played so cool."

"You've been so braved too, back then. I know you haven't thought of anything sport but you said yes. So I said to myself I'll take care of you.."

"Yonghwa ya.." Shinhye looked up.

"Hmm?"

Shinhye stared at her husband's tired eyes..
Those eyes..
From the very start she have fallen for..

Slowly she kissed his lips passionately..
These are the things she want to leave to him..

"Shinhye.."

"Yonghwa.. I love you.."

Yonghwa hugged his wife tightly..
Caressed her soft back hair..
"I will wait for the right time.. Till I see you again.. I will patiently wait for that moment.. And I know when that time comes, we will be forever united.. No more pain, no more sadness.. I'll wait for that moment.."

"We will, Yonghwa. Because God knew how much we love each other."

Yonghwa kissed Shinhye's forehead. "I love you.."

Shinhye smiled.. "Tomorrow when we wake up, I'll start calling you Smiley."

"Okay, Clum."

"Yonghwa ya.. Let's be thankful for all what we received. Let's be thankful that God gave us each other. Let's be thankful because He gave Yeji to us.."

"I will, Shinhye.."

"Thank you.. Let's sleep now, Smiley! Yeji will be here with Mom tomorrow."

"Goodnight my Clumsy.."

“Sleep well, my Smiley.”

Yonghwa smiled at the midst of pain…

He was able to smile for Shinhye..

He wanted her to see him smiling..

He wanted her to bring those smiles on her own journey..

As same as Shinhye sending her kisses, kisses that will lead him the way..

The way for him and their daughter to live in her, through her..

                      ***

                          Mom’s silent prayers..

“Mom..” Shinhye hugged her Mom as she saw her walking with Yeji.

“Shinhye ah.. How are you?” Her Mom kissed her soft hair.. Just like she used to be..

“Mom.. I want to go home..”

“This is your home, Shinhye..”

Chapter 66: Nossa que história triste.
Eu estava confiante que Clum quer dizer Shinhye conseguiria sobreviver e viver junto de seu Smiley felizes como conto de fadas.
