Chapter 35
The one I lost my first kiss to...“Donghae-ah, have you seen Siwon today?” Sungmin asked the brunette as he took a bite of his lasagne. It was break time and it goes without saying that the two were in the cafeteria, having their meal.
“I haven’t seen him for the past two days now.” Donghae replied back innocently as he his lips to wipe off the sauce from his noodles he had smudged by mistake.
It was Thursday; two days after that dinner the Shins had held. And since then, Siwon was kind of invisible to those coming regularly to the SNU hospital which also meant that both Donghae and Sungmin had not seen their friend for that same span of time either.
I wonder if something happened to him… Sungmin, I really would like to suggest you to not worry about Siwon so much since he clearly would only be encouraged by your friendly concern in the other way…which you won’t like.
“Donghae-ah, do you know where he lives?” the boy really can’t understand what I meant earlier.
Donghae eagerly nodded his head, indicating his answer to the blonde sitting across him.
“Let’s visit him and see if he is fine.” Sungmin worriedly suggested. He was genuinely concerned about his friend. He got a slow nod from Donghae.
Donghae had somehow realized that Siwon was in the same boat as Kyuhyun when it came to Sungmin. He hadn’t realized that on his own. His surgeon boyfriend had given him the hint by pointing out the obvious signs of Siwon always trying to grab Sungmin’s attention whenever Kyuhyun was anywhere near the blonde. And since Donghae had started believing that the whole world thought Sungmin would be much happier with Kyuhyun instead, he too had found himself slightly against the idea of Siwon ruining his fangirling mother’s and his Hyukkie’s hard work to vain. No matter how against he was of Kyuhyun, he couldn’t deny that the arrogant pharmacist had started to change little by little.
So Sungmin suggesting about visiting Siwon after the end of the day didn’t sound like an appealing idea to Donghae one bit.
“You’ll take me there later, right Donghae-ah?” but Donghae couldn’t even let Sungmin worry over their friend either. Hence,
“Don’t worry, we’ll go together.” he agreed.

“Heechul hyung, do you think the plan will work?” Siwon nervously asked the diva who was sketching a new design in his sketch book.
Heechul just smirked at the anxious tone of his best friend as he continued working and scribbling on the white paper with his semi-sharpened pencil nib.
“Can’t you just stop smirking and answer my question? I’m scared about the plan.” Siwon heaved a sigh in impatience.
“My hot best friend who recently turned gay, my plans always work. Yes, it is going to be asking for risking a few things but I can bet my Armani suit on it being successful.” Heechul had that leer plastered on his beautiful face.
“But it has been two whole days yet he has not come to check on me. What if he doesn’t come at all? What if he doesn’t even consider me as his friend after drifting apart from me slowly due to that bastard?”
“Siwon-ah, one; that pharmacist is anything but a bastard. He’s too hot to be one.” Heechul had his yellow lead pencil in between his thumb and the middle finger of his right hand while the index finger was being used for his counting. He then held his middle finger up as well to gesture as ‘two’, “and two; never doubt my genius brain. My instinct is telling me that your bunny will come looking for you today. It is just a matter of time that he actually rings the bell to your house and walks in through that main door of yours.” Heechul pointed at the brown wooden door with the same fingers he had used to count earlier.
And no sooner, the door bell did ring.
Siwon looked at his best friend’s still smirking face in question. “I guess I could qualify as a fortune teller after this.” Heechul snickered at his own statement.
The door bell rang again after some pause from the one doing the ringing. “Now go, lover boy.” Heechul snickered again and went back to sketching while being seated on the comfy, posh, velvety purple couch in Siwon’s living hall.
Siwon neared the intercom and pressed the button to ask who the person outside was.
And he was greeted with Sungmin’s worried face on the small digital screen; who had his naturally pink lips puckered into a pout while listening to something Donghae was telling the other short intern in pink plain t-shirt.
Without realizing, a scowl was formed on Siwon’s face upon seeing Donghae. But the pout on Sungmin’s lips made the taller boy ignore Donghae’s presence next to Sungmin’s and Siwon touched the screen and traced the outline of those pink, pouty lips being displayed on it.
The lips opened and Sungmin’s voice was heard with a, “Hello? Is anybody there?”
That’s when Siwon snapped out of his reverie and o
