Hana's POV

Life these next weeks seemed different after what had happened. People seemed to whisper behind my back a lot, and I didn't know exactly why. I tried to ask people what they were talking about, but they waved me off. Guys kept on coming up to me too and asking me if I wanted to come over, which puzzled me too. Why would I sleep around or trust another guy after what had happened to me?

Mary and Kris seemed like the only people I could comfortably hang out with too. I didn't trust my "friends" that had caused this whole situation any more, and I wasn't about to give them another opportunity. I sure didn't know when I would feel comfortable trusting anyone besides my close friends again, but it wouldn't be anytime soon. 

Ellie and Carl where very comforting and I spent a lot of time there -maybe a little too much time, but they didn't seem to mind.  Kris, Mary, and I would often go over there to study and just to be away from all the chatter. We often brought food over to share with Ellie & Carl, since we had eaten so much of their food too. 

Mary and Kris found out what the people were whispering about behind my back -I guess Matt had taken some rather indecent pictures of me when he had me, since he had done it for a bet. That hurt me more emotionally than the actual had, because he seemed to think I was a game and something to be flashed around flippantly. I cried so hard when I found out. 

I somehow had avoided running into him around campus, but I know it would happen at some point. Mary and Kris were very protective of me and they wouldn't let me go anywhere on campus alone. Kris and a few other people from our CRU group had stepped in to help out with this too. It was a little awkward, but at least they weren't totally two faced like my "friends" had been. 

 Kevin and I kept in touch as much as we could, but it seemed like he was getting busier by the day. The more I talked to him, the more I wanted to talk to him. Mary laughed at me pining for Kevin to send me some form of communication, but I back that her & Kris were the same way -which she totally denied. 

Matt's POV

I watched Hana from a distance, and enjoyed every minute of the stares and whispers she was getting -she deserved it after dumping me like that. Plus, I got a nice chunk of money from the guys who didn't think I would get "it" done with her. I have to say if I had the opportunity I would do it all over again. 

When I came back from a game with my roommate, the dorm supervisor caught us in the hallway and handed me an envelope. "What's this?"

"I don't know, but it was brought over from the mail room -it must be pretty important."

"Hmmmm" I shrugged and looked at the envelope -it was addressed from the NY District Court. "I guess I'll find out."

"It's from the court? What did you do man?" he asked. 

"Beats me? Maybe it's for Jury duty or something?" I shrugged. 

"Well, open it and see." he urged me.

I slit the envelope and pulled out the letter inside. My eyes got bigger and bigger as I kept on reading. 

"What did it say?" he asked.

"I've been summoned to court."

"For?"

"Well, apparently Hana decided to press charges for what happened. That ****! How could she do this to me? She's going to get it!" I said gettting up furiously. 

"Calm down man. Doing something to her won't make this any better." my roommate grabbed my arm, and I shook him off. 

"How? My life's going to be ruined by this." I said careening towards the door as I pulled on a jacket and shoes. 

"Seriously chill dude -do you want to get arrested?" he asked me.

"No, but she has to pay for this! My NBA career will be ruined and I'll be blacklisted for this harmless stunt."

"Well, maybe your little prank wasn't so harmless after all -did you think about that?"

"**** man!" I said throwing a punch at him. 

"I'm only saying the truth."

"Why didn't you tell me that it was such a bad idea? This is all your fault!" I pushing him down and punching him. 

"You didn't tell me what you were going to do until after the fact, so how could I?" he said blocking my punches with his arms. "Can you get the **** off of me man?" 

"Make me." I said. 

"Okay, Good night **** head." he said clocking me on the chin and making my world go black. 

**Merry belated Christmas everyone! I feel like this wasn't much of an update, but I'm going to start working on new chapter ASAP here. Hope everyone's staying warm and enjoying spending time with their families. May God be with you in this coming new year! ~AA
