CHAPTER 32

       Some people were agree with the statement that the first thing to do when they woke up in the morning was giving thanks to God, for another brand new day, and for the another chance to continue their life.

       While, the other might be just forgetting this “little” thing, and just dashed either into bathroom or kitchen to do their daily morning work. Some might clean up, some might prepare for the breakfast for their family or beloved one.

       And well, as I mentioned above, “some people” definitely implied that it just didn’t refer to “all the people”, which means, the other one might start their day in other way.

      For an instance, you can mention Tiffany Hwang.

      She woke up with this deja-vu uneasy feeling this morning. Or it might be more accurately said, she even didn’t sleep well all the night. She tried to close her eyes, she tried to not over-thinking, she tried to calm herself down, she tried to convince herself that everything just doing well, but no matter how hard she tried, she already knew it wouldn’t work that way. In the end, she knew she would never fall asleep with no knowledge at all where her part of life was up to. Or doing. Or be. Or at.

       Simply said, she had no idea at all about her.

       The last conversation they made was... was all the sincere lovey-dovey talking... and was sealed by the sweetest remarks from her... “Everything you do just make me know how much I love you.”

       At the moment Taeyeon murmured the words, Tiffany knew for the thousands times, she was just falling into her again. And again.

       But again, back to this morning, it wasn’t she didn’t want to reminisce the precious moment; however... she got the alarm already. Her gut said there’s something wrong. It’s very not normal to discover Taeyeon didn’t even text her more than 12 hours. And for adding some horror, when she found herself always reached the robotic voicemail every time she tried to call her husband during this morning, she knew, something was definitely going wrong.

       Taeyeon would never turn the cell off. At least not, apart from if she’s on the plane, or... when they’re in the middle of... kind of... sort of... their... session.

       But we also had to remember, it wasn’t Tiffany Hwang if she just gave up this way. Leukemia might kill her. But she got the knowledge already that having no idea about the most precious person in her life was absolutely kill her already as well.

       In time, when she was about to leave the room, the door was squeaking open.

       It made her eyesmile just appeared, guessing it’s time to relief.

       “Taeyeon, Baby... Oh God, I think you....”

       Tiffany got her words abruptly interrupted at the time she recognized the people entered the room. Actually, she could barely believe the guest visiting her this morning.

       For some seconds, the atmosphere just turned into silent awkward one. Until the guest released a fake cough.

       And until Tiffany could let out some words.

       “Oppa?”

       “Mmmmmmhhhhh... It’s hot...”

       “Is it? I think yesterday we just got the Ei-con repaired...”

       “I’m talkin’ bout you, Babe...”

       “God, take it as compliment.”

       “Just it? Oh, you’re welcome.”

       “Oh, come on my Baby Seobang,” the blonde girl couldn’t suppres her giggle. “We tacitly know that I’m indeed hot.”

       “But today I rather feeling... you’re really smokin’ hot, Baby.”

       Jessica rolled her eyes in disbelief and at the next second all the things she did was just stared at her silly husband as she knew her husband meant something.

       “What?” The tan girl questioned confusingly.

       “Something to tell, huh?”

       “Emmm, nope... W-why you’d think that?”

       Again, the blonde rolled her eyes, but this time she cupped her beloved’s cheeks.

       “I’m your wife. I might be silly but I’m not that ignorant to not noticing your change of behavior. Believe me, the last thing you’re able to do to me is cheating on me.”

     “Hey hey... I wasn’t cheating on you, and I would never do such a lame and stupid thing!” Yuri spontaneously half shouted in defense. And it just made Jessica giggled a little and kissed her.

       “I know it, Seobang. Don’t worry. I know you’re terribly in love with me,” she said cockily. Though Yuri had to seem like a loser, she had to admit, Jessica’s words-of-full-of-herself was totally true.

       “You sounded accused me,” she grumped and pouted. It just made the blonde giggled even more. Sometimes her gentleman just acted otherwise, turned out like a giant baby.

       “And... so cocky.”

       “First statement, no. Second statement, yes. And you knew it already, even from the day you had no idea that you’ve fallen in love with me,” Jessica smiled even wider, and said it in such a prouder way.

       It just could make Yuri shook her head and did nothing but landed a kiss.

       “I love you. With all the things you’re.”

       “Me too. And I’d say everytime to you because I mean it.”

       There’s a short pause before finally Jessica spoke up again.

       “So what is it, Seobang? You don’t need to over-praising me to make me do a favor.”

       Yuri gulped. Half relief because at least her wife already opened the pathway, and half mad to her ownself, for being so-easy-to-read by her wife.

       “Am I that easy to read?” she asked innocently. Jessica shook her head in disbelief. They held their stare for some moment.

       “Not really,” Jessica replied. “But I just couldn’t make any sense at the time you’re saying I’m smoking hot out of the blue, at least not when my lower abdomen is getting flabbier due to this menstruation, and my hair was such a mess because I had no time to meet my hairdresser yet, and...”

       Yuri couldn’t help but smiled and just hushed her by kissing her lips.

       “All the things you said were right,” she whispered and gave a short pause before continuing. “About the flabby abdomen, about the mess hair... about everything on your mind you haven’t spilled out yet...”

       “But all the things you need to know if I’ve never told you yet is... for me, you’re always be my baby, my honey, my brightest diamond..., my most beautiful princess, my hottest one..., my reason for never regretting any single day in my life... as long as it’s going through with you.”

       Jessica couldn’t help but staring her speechlessly due to sincere sweet words earned by the person she loved most in this world.

       It, of course, worth as she couldn’t fight back her tears.

       Yuri gently smiled and wiped it with her thumbs.

       “One day, this kind of little thing would be a great memories. One day, we’d find a moment like this, but at that time, I might be not a smokin’ abs Kwon Yuri anymore, and you might be not a y cold Jung Ice Princess anymore... Maybe, we’re only an old couple, with gray hairs, wrinkles, fat here and there, and with everything once attached at us, which made Sone crazy about us are all gone...”

       “At that time maybe people also would forget about us... Maybe even younger people and the next generation would never have any idea about us... We’d be just very ordinary people... but you know what still stay the same?”

       Yuri smiled and went on.

       “Our love.”

       “My feeling would never change, even from the day I had no idea about you until the last time I breathe. The years would surely make us grey, but our love, our feeling, would always stay young... stay red... and stay bold. I promise you that, my Princess.”

       Jessica couldn’t help it anymore. She started to cry even harder, feeling touch a lot.

       Yuri pulled her into her embracement.

       “You have no idea... how luck-...”

       “It’s me the one who’s so lucky to win your heart. Don’t argue with me because in this matters I’m so much in confidence.”

       “I love you again, Seobang.”

       “I know.”

        There’s a short pause before finally Jessica was back to her sense.

       “S-so? There’s nothing... no... I mean... errr you have no intention to make me do some favor?”

       Yuri giggled. “No way.”

       “It’s a pure compliment. I just simply wanted to say that you’re hot. Because no matter what, for me you’re always looked like that way.”

      
       “Your cell is blasting!”

       Both of them yelled each other in surprise. And it was indeed, both of their cells were ringing at the same time. It’s message tone, actually.

       “It’s from Taeng,” Yuri said.

       “And gee... it’s from Tiff,” Jessica said.

       “What does she say?” Again they exchanged the question.

       “Gee!!!!” again, they yelled in shock. But this time, Yuri’s face just turned into the dark one, while Jessica’s seem so bright.

       “W-what? What’s with your face?” Jessica asked confusingly. Yuri sadly handed her cell to Jessica, and vice versa.

TO: YURI

There’s no point to continue my life. I feel so dirty. Such a shame. I never felt hate myself so much like this before. And I just would never find a way to say goodbye to Fanny...

FROM: TIFFANY

TO: JESSICA

I have no idea why God is so generous to me! You know what, this morning my brother came and said he’d do the surgery! He changed his mind, out of the blue. I never felt so alive like this before. And I just can’t think some way to share this very very good news to my beloved Taeng in the most surprising way. Until I can touch her, maybe you can help me with your idea? Love ya, Jess. :*

PS: I can’t reach her yet, but I’m sure, we’d get in touch soon.
