Narrator’s POV

After eating dinner, Soomin went back to her room and changed into a pair of jeans and a sweater. She went down. Yunho was still in the living room.

“Heading out?”

“Hmm,,…Haraboji’s looking for me.”

“I’ll drive you~”

“No, it’s fine. Just rest.” Soomin replied as she headed for the door.

A few minutes later she found herself standing in front of the Jungs’ door. The butler opened the door and greeted her.

“Is Abeonim inside?” She asked.

She was guided to the elder Jung’s office.

“Oh, what brings you here my child?”

“Good evening abeonim.” She kissed his cheek and sat down. The butler placed a cup of tea in front of her. Soomin nodded in thanks.

“Do you something you want to talk about?” Mister Jung asked. Soomin took a deep breath.

“Actually,,,,,it’s about the will and Yunho.”

Soomin stepped out of the house, she was happy that her father-in-law had listened to her. The elder man understood her feelings, despite trying to stop her. She sighed as she got in her car.

Yunho was already asleep when she got home. She went up to her room and found a long brown envelope on her desk. She sat on her chair and opened it. She signed her name on the papers emotionlessly. Then she found her ticket, she checked the time and day.

She read the details of the documents and nodded, then she found a note.

I don’t know what you’re thinking Soo, but I’ll come pick you up tomorrow. –Khun

Soomin opened her walk-in closet.

“I arrived here with less clothes, how did I end up with a ton?” She muttered. She checked the time; it was already 12:30 AM. She couldn’t sleep so she decided to pack. Her flight was at six AM and she needed to be at the airport by five. After locking her luggages she went to bed.

Around 4:30 PM her phone beeped, it was a text from Khun. She stood from her bed and changed into a pair of black skinny jeans and a black Balmain coat. She grabbed her Hermes bag. She took the envelope her, with one last look at her room she closed the door behind her.

She quietly walked to Yunho’s room. She got inside his room, he placed the brown envelope on his desk. She looked at his sleeping figure and walked near him.

“I’m sorry.” She whispered as she traced his nose and eyelashes.

“I’m letting you go, please be happy.” She leaned over and kissed his cheek. She quickly went out of the room and closed the door behind her.

For the first time since she landed in Seoul, a tear flowed down on her cheek. She wiped it way and went out of the house. Khun was already waiting in his car with her luggages at the trunk. She got inside the car.

“Soo, you can still~”

“Just drive oppa.” She said. Khun frowned and he drove for the airport.
