Your POV

 

 

I went back to my room. This is all too much, my in-laws are so mad at Hyoran and it’s not even her fault. And I can’t stand talking to Yunho. I feel so awkward. I don’t want to be so attached him.

I heard someone knock, and then the door opened. Yunho came in.

“Oppa left already?”

He nodded and sat beside me. I tried to move but he pulled me back.

“Don’t move away.”

I looked at his long fingers on my wrist.

“I know what you’re thinking, but can you at least stay?”

I nodded. I honestly don’t know what he’s talking about then I felt his strong arms around me.

“Let’s just stay like this for a while.”

 

Narrator’s POV

Soomin stayed still, she didn’t know what Yunho was thinking. But she understood that he needed her comfort.

“Don’t worry, I’m sure they wont touch Hyoran.”

“I wasn’t thiking about that.” Yunho said as he touched her hair.

“Then what? You seem bothered….really bothered.”

“I was worried about how this would affect you, with the investigation going on and this. Did you cut your hair?”

Soomin nodded.

“Pretty.” Yunho said. Soomin just smiled and leaned on him.

“Something’s bothering you.” Yunho stated. Soomin looked at him.

“We’ve been married for almost four months now, Soomin. I know a lot about you already. You smile too much when you’re worried.”

“I’m okay.”

“You’re not.”

Soomin looked away.

“It’s about the investigation.” Soomin said. Yunho nodded.

“They found a video…..the police thinks that….the toher car really wanted us to fall from the cliff.” She said slowly.

Yunho tensed.

“Are they sure?”

Soomin shook her head.

“Its just a possibility, they still have to get the license plate number of the other car.”

“I’ll come with you next time.” Yunho patted her hand. Soomin just nodded.

 

Yunho fell asleep while holding her. Soomin looked at the time, it was only 3 PM.

“You must be really tired.” She whispered as she traced his jawline lightly.

“Good looking idiot.” She smiled. She gently moved away and stood up. She placed a fleece blanket around him. Then their butler came in.

“Madam, this came in just now.”

She nodded and thanked him. Soomin sat on her divan and opened the envelope.

 

Your POV

 

It was our company’s anniversary party tomorrow. I looked at Yunho. He must be really stressed. I wonder if he already called Hyoran.

But…why is it that Mrs. Jung oppeses Hyoran so much? Hyoran’s a working proffesional. The Jungs aren’t the typical rich marries rich family.

I sighed. How many months left? Eight. That’s around two hundred~

“Soomin?” Yunho sat up while rubbing his eyes.

“You fell asleep. We have a party to attend tomorrow.” I said as I stood up and sat beside him.

“Hmmmm, your company.” He muttered. I felt his chin on my shoulder.

JUNG YUNHO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

“I’m hungry, should we go out?”

 

Yunho’s POV

Soomin was walking beside me. She looked a little anxious. I smiled at her direction.

“I don’t understand why we have to go out I can just cook~”

“It’s fine, you’re also tired.”

I took hold of her hand and we went inside a ramen shop.

 

“Who do you think got hold of those photos?” She asked. I handed her chopsticks.

“I don’t know. I try not to be…..bothered by it.”

She nodded.

“Have you spoken to Hyoran yet?”

“Ani, I don’t know what to say.”

“Yunho, just check on her. I’m sure she’s also worried.”

“Her name’s not mentioned, so she’s okay.”

“You always place me in an awkward place.” She sighed.

“She knows you’re with me always, then you don’t check on her? What does that make me look like, huh?”

“Soo~”

“Cheonhwahae.(Call her.)”

“Why are you always forcing me to go to her?”

“Yunho~”

“What if I don’t want to go to her? Will you still force me?”

 

Narrator’s POV

 

Soomin eyes widened. Yunho was looking at her with intensity.

“Don’t you love her?”

“Why are you so sure?”

Soomin sighed as she picked up her utensils and began to eat.

They ate in awkward silence. Yunho paid for the meal and he left the place abruptly.

“What the hell is wrong with him? Mood swings?” Soomin muttered as she went out of the shop. She looked around; it was already a bit dark. She was bothered by Yunho’s reaction. She was shocked that he lost his temper.

“Let’s go.” She heard his voice behind her. She nodded. Yunho sighed and called out,

“Soomin-ah.”

He walked towards her.

“I’m sorry, I lost it earlier, I was just worried.”

“I know. It’s okay.”

“But…..I meant everything I said.”
