"Ladies first." L.Joe suddenly held the door open for me and it surprised me. I was about to walk through.

"Not." I thought so. He walked right in front of me and I came in contact with his hard shoulder and then the door.

"Ow!" I cried out and held my head. I pouted and glared up at L.Joe with teary eyes, "You know what? Class and elegance are some of the things you don't have!"

He was shaking his head then he took out a post-it note a pen.

"Here. Since I'm a little annoyed whenever I'm in school, it'll probably be better if we meet after school. That way, maybe we could actually get something done. I usually take a nap so if you knock and there's no answer, just wait." I looked at the note and on it was an address, his address.

I was happy but hesitant. I didn't want to go anywhere today. I just wanted to stay in my room and have everything come to me.

"But, why yours? Can't you come to mine?" I whined.

"You're rich. I don't think your parents want me in your house. I don't think I'll be invited." L.Joe smirked and wiped his thumb over his bottom lip.

"Mwoh? You're not making sense." I furrowed my eyebrows.

"When you come to my house, you'll understand." He straightened up and stuck his hands in his pockets, "You better come. I don't want to fail this class. I've got things to do, places to go." He sighed, looking up at the sky, and ruffled his hair.

"Sounds like an invite." I scoffed then walked towards him.

"You can think that." He smirked and ran away.

*Aish.* I unclenched my fist that I was going to use, "And you don't think I'm not busy?*

I scoffed and walked to where my driver was waiting.
