Chapter 25: Evidence

Once you got home, you saw your parents at the living room, just sitting there.

"Umma. Appa" you called. 

Right away, they caught all the bandages on your body and how dirty your uniform was. "I knew it.. someone is bullying my daughter" your mother cried.

She and your father went to you and gave you a warm hug. The abrupt hug from your parents made you smile, they actually care. you thought, bursting out into tears unconsciously.

Later on that night, you told them everything that happened. except for the part about the situation between you and Lu Han. They didn't blew up into rage, they just carefully listened to you since they know that getting mad would make the problem even harder for you.

"We'll come to school with you tomorrow" your father said, without thinking twice. He looked at his wife hoping that she will agree to go too and just forget about their work. Your mother nodded and wiped her tears away "We'll come" 

And so the following day, you got ready quite early. You felt like a huge weight was taken off of your shoulders, it was like a whole new start. While you were fixing your hair into a pony tail, you suddenly remembered it again.

"Are you two dating or not?!"

"Yes we are"

Your cheeks grew warm and pink. You planted your hands on your face, squealing as you felt strung out with another new situation in your life. The fake girlfriend of Seoul high's ice prince was your new title.

"I think I'm going to die later" you whimpered.

School's office

You were sitting beside your parents, infront of you was the principal, Mr. Jung. He was staring at the girls who bullied you with hostility. Their heads were lowered, with a remorseful bearing.

"Ms. Kim!" Mr. Jung called. The pretty and tall girl shot up and bowed again "Ne.."

"You appeared to be very outstanding in academics" he said, with his nose flaring in anger. "But, I never knew you would become involved in this kind corruption"

She was just speechless and so was her peers. They knew they had done wrong, they already concieved the fact from what Lu Han questioned.

The expectation of looking powerful towards you just made them look evil. Although you were a little angry, you already had forgiven them since they only did it because of their love for the prince.

"I'm sorry girls, but we take bullying very seriously and I'm going to suspend you for a month. Report here with your parents first thing tomorrow"  he declared. "You may be dismissed" 

The girls left the office, you were watching them leave but they weren't looking back, they just seemed to be really disappointed, especially the pretty one.

"Thank you Mr. Jung" your mother returned a solid and thankful smile to the principal. She was happy that her daughter won't ever go through it anymore.

"No problem" he smiled back. When you left the office, your parents bid their goodbyes and gave you one last hug before leaving. "Thank you Umma. Appa" you said, and waved at them as they were departing.

"___-ah?"

You turned around and was staggered from the sight of your friends Ji Eun and Hana.

"Ji Eun-ah.. Hana-yah"

Hana attacked you with a hug and you were bewildered from your friends reaction. "I missed you" she mumbled. "We missed you" Ji Eun re-worded. You smiled and hugged the both of them.

You and your friends sat down at a bench by the school gates while you were eating sweet potato chips. You told them what happened to you and how you fixed the problem.

But your friends somehow, felt guilty of not being there with you through those times. "Are you okay?" Hana looked at you worriedly, touching your forehead and neck as if she was checking your temprature. You slapped her hand away and giggled "Yah. I'm not sick"

Both Hana and Ji Eun giggled away as they saw you finally laughing. They felt recharged and all the worries are gone, everything went back to normal.

"So is it actually true?" Ji Eun brought out.

You tilted your head in curiousity "About what?" you asked back.

"That you and Lu Han are dating. People said it was confirmed"

You stared at them, completely convicted. Crap, nobody had even mentioned it this morning. I almost forgot about that.

You mentally face palmed yourself and looked around nervously. Hana suddenly pointed to you face and grew into a wide smile "Oh. she looks guilty. THEY ARE DAT---" You capped with your hand and shook your head.

"Oh.."Ji Eun's eyes rounded and she pointed  behind you. You all turned around and saw the angelic boy walking to where you were, looking very annoyed.

He suddenly grabs your hand and drags you without warning.

"S-sunbae!?" you turned to your friends as you were moving away "Ottoke!" you mouthed. They both shrugged and was surprised that the rumour came out to be true. You two were really dating.

As you two were passing through the hallway, girls were startled and heartbroken. The rumour was true! was what they all thought.

"Where are we going?!" you asked Lu Han.

He turned to you quickly and looked at you with his famous expression "Sorry, I just have to prove something"

Your forehead crinkled, unable to comprehend by what 'proving something' meant.

His hand that was holding your wrist, crawled down to your palms and intertwinning it between your fingers.

You looked at him, just flabbergasted.  What is this?! You felt that annoying fluttery feeling inside your stomach as you realized that he was holding onto your hands. 

You found yourself heading towards the cafeteria and everyone gasped as they witness the real evidence of the news going around the school.

"Yes. We are dating! does this prove enough?" he lifted your hands showing it clasped together. They all began to gossip to each other and you just covered your face with your other hand from Lu Han's boldness.

Lu Han. Are you trying to set my death?!
