Kim Hyun Ah's Disobedience
Fated to Meet YouIn a rich home filled with light and beautiful leather couches, sat a man and lady, well-dressed, in their huge kitchen with food all over the table. As soon as the door swung open, the father quickly stood up with an angry expression.
“Kim Hyun Ah!” he yelled loudly throwing his napkin on his shirt to the floor.
She paid no attention and stuck her headphones deeper in her ear running up their 3-story tall house to her bedroom in the top floor. Her father gazed at her mother who slowly ate without speaking and lightly coughed.
“You’ve gotta teach your daughter some discipline!” he yelled angrily. She remained seated and eating. “All she does is go out, come home, she NEVER eats at home, and then she sleeps!” he yelled loudly. “Are you listening to me at all-“
“You think I haven’t tried at all?!” she yelled quickly throwing her fork to the ground. “She’s MY daughter! I think I’ve talked to her enough! She doesn’t listen!” she yelled angrily. He kept his stare on her. She quickly looked away rolling her eyes and scoffed. “I’ve done everything with my power.” She said looking down intensely.
Hyun Ah threw her skateboard on the ground watching it roll to the tip of her bed and stopped. Her bedroom was huge with black and white covers. On her wall were posters of heavy metal rock bands and in the corner of her room sat a huge stereo. A huge amount of albums of CDs were in a huge pile all over the place. Her windows were widely opened to get fresh air in while her clothes in her opened closet lightly flew with the breeze. In her closet were about 20 pairs of jeans that looked exactly the same, just different textures, but all black, only some very dark blue. She had a variety of black shirts, some stripes, but none with any bright colors. She had about 15 broken ipods in a trashcan nearby her bathroom that had been broken by her or ran over by her skateboard. She turned her music in her ipod lower as she sat on her bed criss-cross-applesause and smiled with the loud ringtone of her phone.
“What’s up?” She answered looking at her nails with a few books of concert pictures she’s been to.
“Hey Hyun Ah... you doing anything today?” asked a man’s voice, Yoon Doo Joon. “Uh...what do you think,” she said with a sarcastic smile, “without you guys I got no life.” She said laughing as she got up and took her ipod to her computer charging it.
“Right... I forgot.” He said with a light chuckle. “Anyways...the groups having a party tonight for the arrival of Jang Hyun Seung. Bet you forgot huh?” he asked snickering. Hyun Ah sighed and came back to sit on the edge of her bed crossing her ankles and arms.
“I don’t know...I mean...I was the only one there at the airport to GREET him.” She said smiling cleverly. Doo Joon became speechless. “Yeah...anyways...lets forget about that. Where’s the party at?”
Hyun Ah’s parents sat in the kitchen room slowly finishing their food as she walked across them and out the door. They both looked at her as she stormed out. They both sighed and looked at each other. “If she won’t behave well...we’ve gotta find her a place where she will obtain discipline.” Said her father poking at his food as her mother stared at her filled up plate of meat.
