The door suddenly burst opened, startling the women inside who were having a discussion.

"I-I'm sorry, ma'am. I tried to stop her already."

"That's okay, Lia. You can go now." Said one of the women.

"Yoo Jimin, we need to talk." The intruder said, crossing her arms and puffing her cheeks adorably.

Yoo Jimin, Finance Director of RV Company which was owned by her elder sister, Yoo Joohyun. She was having a discussion with one of the company's loyal investor when her best friend suddenly showed up with an upset face.

"Ms Hwang, I'm sorry. I think we need to reschedule our meeting. Would that be okay?"

"Oh. Sure. I have to go meet someone important too."

Jimin then thanked the investor for her kind understanding and walked her out before closing the door.

"Kim Minjeong. Luckily, Yeji is an old friend of mine. So this won't affect me and the company."

Kim Minjeong is her best friend, they got closed during university and have been inseparable until now. Minjeong is clingy with Jimin. She would always bother Jimin whenever she can and Jimin will always give in to her. Many have said that Jimin is being too kind and soft for Minjeong but she does not mind. Jimin loves spoiling the younger, especially when she gets to see her cute and pretty smile.

"What? Are you scolding me now?"

Jimin looked at the angry puppy in front of her and shook her head. Then she went to sit on the couch again.

"I am not. So, what brings you here?" Jimin asked her.

"That old friend of yours."

"Huh?"

"I think she likes you."

Jimin looked at Minjeong's serious face and sighed. Minjeong always accused anyone who tries to get close to her is having a crush on her. Jimin finds it cute when Minjeong shows her jealousy but then not all of them sees Jimin that way and Jimin would know if someone likes her more than just a friend, and she's certain that Yeji is not seeing her more than just a friend.

"Minjeong ah, she's my friend from middle school-"

"That's it! She must have been crushing on you since middle school! Now that you guys have met again, she wants to make a move!"

Jimin blinked her eyes and looked at Minjeong in disbelief.

"No, she's not."

"She is! I can see it, I can feel it Jimin!" Minjeong whined and stomped her feet.

"Well, what did you see and feel?" Jimin asked in amusement.

"She was looking at you with heart eyes! And and, I can feel the tension too!"

"She's a very good friend of mine. She is happy to see me as we hardly meet. There is no tension, Minjeongie." Jimin told her softly.

"You're ugh! You're always like this. You never believe me when I said someone is having a crush on you."

"Because they are not."

"Yes, they are."

"Okay but what brings you here? You haven't answered me."

"We need to do something about this."

"Huh?"

Minjeong then sits down beside Jimin and Jimin turned her head to look at the pouting Minjeong.

"We need to make people stop thinking that you are single and available."

"Why do we- but I am single." Jimin chuckled.

"Not for long." 

"How so?" Jimin asked, confused.

"Is it possible for you to be my girlfriend if I ask?" Minjeong asked and Jimin's jaw dropped a little before she leaned in and put her palm on Minjeong's forehead.

"Did you drink?" Jimin asked and sniffed as she tried to smell her.

"Yaaaahhh." Minjeong pushed her slightly.

"I am serious!" Minjeong exclaimed.

"What? So you want me, your best friend, to be your girlfriend?" Jimin asked to confirm it again.

"No."

"No?"

"How about you marry me instead?"

"What???"

"Cannot?" Minjeong asked, pouting and showing her puppy eyes at the shocked and speechless Jimin.

"Min- You- Minjeong, did you really not drink anything before coming here?" Jimin asked, worrying about Minjeong for real now. She held Minjeong's shoulder and checked if she hurt herself anywhere.

"No I- Yah, is it really hard to believe if I ask you to be my girlfriend?"

"Well, the last time someone suggested that we should be together, I remembered you said that we are just best friends by heart and soul." Jimin replied, crossing her arms as she leaned her back against the couch.

"Yeah..." Minjeong pouted and scratches her head.

"What is it? Just tell me." Jimin asked.

"Dad, he- He said I can only go to Switzerland if I bring someone with me."

"Uh, okay..."

"And by someone, he meant not a friend or even a best friend."

"Uh huh."

"He said only if... If... I bring my husband or well, my wife with me. Someone who he can trust to take care of me."

"But you're not married."

"Yes, but I can marry first before going. Dad will finally allow me to go if I marry someone he can trust."

"Wait, Minjeong. I don't- Huh?"

Minjeong groaned when Jimin was having a hard time to understand her point.

"Let me get straight to the point then. I am here before someone else steal you from me. I- I really need you right now, dear Yoo Jimin, my hot best friend. Would you please be my angel and save me from my despair and marry me?"

"Wait- Are you being serious right now?"

"Well..." Minjeong moves and lay her head on Jimin's lap then crossed her arms, sighing as she looked up at Jimin who was already staring back at her.

"You know how scary and strict my dad is. He told me if I want to go to Switzerland, I need to marry first. And if I want to marry, it must be someone with a specific type that he mentioned."

"Specific type?"

"Yes! Can't you believe that? He is so difficult. He will never make it easy for me. So, as I was saying, he said... I have to marry someone with good attitude, good looking, tall and reliable, the family background is clean and the person's parents have to have a good relationship with him, someone's working in a high position at a big company, at least older than me and can win mom's heart too with kindness."

"..."

"And I can only think of one person that have all of that. It's you! Our family knows each other and are close! Then, mom loves you, obviously. You are my trusted and loyal best friend, for sure dad will accept you to be my wife. Right?"

"I don't know, Minjeong."

"You don't want to marry me?" Minjeong pouted again.

"I mean, I don't know if your dad will accept me."

"But he loves you! Like mom do too."

Jimin smiles and caressed Minjeong's hair. Minjeong is really adorable and so so spoiled. Yet, she loves that about Minjeong. It's just who she is. 

"Mm. How about you?" Jimin asked. 

"Of course, I do too. You are my best friend."

"If I marry you, I won't be just your best friend."

"Duh, obviously. You will be my wife."

"Then, will you love me as your wife?"

"Huh?"

Jimin took a deep breathe and stares into Minjeong's confused and adorable eyes. 

"Loving me as your best friend will be different from loving me as your wife as well. So, can you love me more than just your best friend, Kim Minjeong?"
