"Can I kiss you?" 

"I thought you've been kissing me all this time?" 

"No. Not your lips." 

"Oh..." 

"So, can I?" 

Minjeong leaned her back against Jimin's car, she just got out of it when Jimin trapped her. 

"Baby?" Jimin called for her again. 

"H-Huh?" 

"I said I want to kiss you." Jimin said and stepped forward, invading Minjeong's space. Hands on each side of Minjeong's hips. 

"Can I?" Jimin asked, again. 

"Y-Yes." Minjeong answered in a whisper. 

Jimin pulled away slightly to look at Minjeong's face carefully. She raised her right hand to hold Minjeong's chin. Her thumb was rubbing Minjeong's chin ever so gently. Minjeong gasped when Jimin slowly leaning in but Jimin made her relax with her other free hand, caressing Minjeong's hips. 

"I love you." Jimin whispered lovingly before she finally kissed Minjeong's lips tenderly, making sure the kiss was as slow and gentle as it can be. Minjeong never replied to her I love you's but she knows that Minjeong is feeling the same way, she's just not ready to say it back to her and Jimin doesn't mind. She's willing to wait. 

When Jimin pulled away, she observed Minjeong's blushing face and her closed eyes. Jimin smiled and cupped her face with both hands. 

"I really do." Jimin said and kissed her forehead. 

 

 

"Jimin." 

"Jimin??"

"Yoo Jimin!"

Jimin snapped out of her thoughts and looked at her father's serious face while her mother and sister only looked at her in concerned.

"I've been calling you." Mr Yoo said.

"Oh. Forgive me, dad. I wasn't listening earlier." Jimin apologised and said the truth.

She was still in dazed after her first real kiss with Minjeong earlier when she sent her back home before coming to Yoo's mansion to meet her family as her father has requested for her to come.

"I'm asking about your relationship progress with Minjeong."

"We're good, dad."

"Good. When are you going to propose her?"

"I'm working on it."

"I hope you remember that I want you and Joohyun to introduce your partner publicly on our anniversary. I hope by then, we can hold an engagement party for you both as well."

"I do remember it, dad. Don't worry. I'll make sure Minjeong will come with me as my fiancée."

"I'll keep your words then."

Jimin only nodded and looked at her mother and sister. They gave her a comfort smile. They know how strict her father can be on her. It's the reason why she was raised differently. She grew up to be strict, cold and confident because of her father. Joohyun spent more time with her mother instead. Though she can be as cold as Jimin but Jimin is still on another level.

After the dinner, Joohyun asked Jimin to take a walk with her. They both said bye to their parents first before going out together. 

"I'm glad." Joohyun said.

"About?"

"That you found someone you can love, sincerely."

"Thank you, unnie."

"Does she treat you well?"

"She does." Jimin smiled brightly, remembering how Minjeong behave around her now.

Joohyun looked at Jimin's bright face and chuckled. She found the in love Jimin is adorable. She's so used to seeing Jimin's poker face so it's really nice to be able to see Jimin being all smile like this.

"I thought you were having some kind of scheme to avoid father's set up when you said you wanted to marry Minjeong instead."

"You know that I could never say no to father but at the same time, even if Minjeong is not uncle Kim's daughter, I think I'll go against father just to be with her."

"You love her that much?" Joohyun asked.

"I've never felt this way towards someone before, unnie. I can't let her go."

Just then, Jimin's phone rang.

"Wait a sec, unnie." Jimin mumbled and answered the call when she saw it's Minjeong.

"Hel-"

"Jimin ahhhh." 

Jimin frowned when she can't hear Minjeong properly because of the loud noise. Right, Minjeong told her that she's going to the club with her friends since they insisted to meet her. 

"Minjeong. Are you drunk?"

"Nope! Hehehe. But I miss youuuuu." Jimin bit her bottom lip hearing Minjeong saying she misses her. 

Jimin could even imagine that Minjeong's definitely pouting right now. She smiled at her thought. 

"Where are your friends?" Jimin asked, want to make sure that Minjeong is beside her friends while being drunk.

"Mark is... There! Knocked out. He drank too much. Hehe. The others are dancing right now. Oh! I think I will dance too!" 

"Minjeong, you sounds super drunk already-" 

"Am not! You know, I can dance well. I will show everyone how good I am." 

"Min- no, wait, which club are you at again?" 

"Naevis! Byebye Jimin!" 

Jimin frowned when Minjeong just hang up on her. 

"Do you need to go?" Joohyun asked seeing Jimin's worried face.

"Uh, I'm sorry. I have to go get Minjeong, unnie."

"It's fine. Just go. Wouldn't want anything to happen to my future sister in law." Joohyun winked.

"Ha. Thanks, unnie." Jimin rolled her eyes but hugged Joohyun before rushing back to her car.

"Hmm. She's definitely in love." Joohyun smiled seeing Jimin's back, watching her running to her car.

As soon as Jimin entered the club, she noticed the dance floor was too crowded already and loud cheering could be heard. She immediately went there to find Minjeong. 

It wasn't that hard to spot her, especially when every eyes have been focusing on her dancing like a professional dancer there. She sighed in relief seeing how Aeri did her best to make sure no one will come closer to Minjeong while protecting Ningning at the same time. Johnny and Ryujin was there too, to protect Minjeong.

Jimin's just glad that Minjeong have this kind of friends. When Minjeong first introduced her to them, Jimin already took note of how they are all good friends to Minjeong and are trustworthy.

Seeing Minjeong is safe, she just decided to watch her having fun and dance with her friends. She's being mesmerised again by Minjeong.

After a while, when Minjeong moved near to Jimin, Jimin noticed how Minjeong suddenly stopped dancing and seemed to be looking around until her eyes found Jimin.

Jimin continues staring when Minjeong walked clumsily towards her.

"It's you again." Minjeong said and took a sniff on Jimin.

Jimin chuckled, pulling Minjeong by her waist and let her smell her all she wants.

"Do I still smell good, baby?" Jimin asked in her low tone and smirked when Minjeong gulped.

"Y-Yeah."

Minjeong blinked her eyes few times then shakes her head.

"Jimin?"

"Are you sober enough now to recognise me?" Jimin glanced at her friends behind and they all gave her thumbs up before finally enjoying without worrying about Minjeong now that Jimin was there to take care of her.

"You're here." Minjeong smiled and hugged Jimin's neck.

"Yoo Jimin is here." Minjeong mumbled against Jimin's chest.

"I am, baby. I'm here for you."Jimin said and hugged Minjeong tightly, throw her glares to strangers nearby who still dared to check Minjeong out.

"Let's get out of here first." Jimin said and brings Minjeong to the table where she saw Mark was knocked out.

"I feel dizzy." Minjeong said and held her head once Jimin sit her down.

"Drink some water. Here." Jimin pour her a glass of water and let her drink it. Jimin stretched out her arm to reach for the tissue when Minjeong pulled her strongly.

"Don't goooo." Minjeong whined.

"I'm just taking the tissue, baby." Jimin told her but hold her hand before reaching out to get the tissue again with her other hand. 

"See? I'm not going anywhere." Jimin said.

"Hmm." Minjeong hugged Jimin's waist this time and snuggled her nose onto Jimin's neck.

"Why do you smell this good?" Minjeong asked.

Jimin hummed and wiped off Minjeong's sweat on her forehead. Jimin took a breathe when she felt Minjeong's lips on her neck.

"Baby. Please behave." Jimin warned but Minjeong only giggled before giving more soft kisses on Jimin's skin.

Jimin pulled her away by her shoulders and glared at her. Minjeong pouted and whined. 

"I just want to kiss youuuuu. You smell so good. I love it." Minjeong said.

"Goodness." Jimin sighed and massaged her temple.

"You're drunk and- woah! Wait-"

Minjeong caught Jimin off guard again this time when she suddenly straddled Jimin and sits on Jimin's lap comfortably.

"Baby?"

Minjeong chuckled and pinched Jimin's cheek.

"Do you know? That you smell good."

Jimin rolled her eyes and wrapped her arms around Minjeong's waist, holding her so she won't fall.

"You've told me that hundred times already." Jimin said.

"Yeah? And I really really want to kiss you right now because you're being so attractive that I can't stop myself."

Jimin raised her eyebrows when Minjeong said that. It's not always that she get to witness a bold Minjeong. It's usually her who initiate a skinship, not Minjeong.

"I would love that, baby. But, you are drunk right now." Jimin told her.

"Just one kiss, pleaseeee." Minjeong pouted.

Jimin feels weak seeing her adorable pout. Minjeong's pout would always works on her. How can she resist?

"Okay. Just one." Jimin gave in.

Minjeong smiled widely and nodded her head vigorously. She leaned in and Jimin stay still, letting Minjeong to be in control since the girl was drunk and she doesn't want to do anything she will regret tomorrow when she's fully sober.

"Jimin." Minjeong mumbled her name when her lips touched Jimin's lips before she kissed Jimin's lips passionately causing Jimin to squeeze her waist.

"B-Baby." Jimin tried to call her when Minjeong makes her feel breathless with her kisses.

"I love you." Minjeong muttered after pulling away from the kiss and dropped her head on Jimin's shoulder.

"What?"

"..." 

"Baby?"

"..." 

Jimin let out a sigh and hugged Minjeong. She rubbed her back and smiled hearing Minjeong's soft snore. 

"You're really a troublemaker. You can't just confessed like that and left me hanging now." Jimin said to the sleeping Minjeong.

Minjeong woke up feeling a massive headache. She groaned and pressed her fingers on her head. She shut her eyes tight to fight the headache. 

Just when she's still struggling with her headache, she felt a soft hand pulling away her hand and massaged her head gently. 

"Hmm." Minjeong hummed and opened one eye to look at Jimin who's only smiling at her. She's sitting beside Minjeong, looking fresh and good. 

"Jimin. Ugh. Where am I?" Minjeong tried to sit up but her head throbs in pain. 

"Hey, easy there. You're at my apartment." Jimin said and helped her. 

"My head. Its hurting." Minjeong complained. 

"I know. You were really drunk last night." Jimin said and fixes her hair. 

"I'm cooking something for your hangover. Do you want to rest for a little bit or eat breakfast now?" Jimin asked. 

"Now. You need to go to work too. And can I borrow a toothbrush?" 

"It's okay. I'm the boss, remember?" 

"But still." 

"Okay okay, we go eat now." 

Jimin then carried Minjeong in a bridal style. Minjeong told her she can just walk but Jimin said to let her be. She loves spoiling Minjeong anyway. Jimin let her brushed her teeth first before they went to the kitchen. 

Minjeong only need to sit still and eat while Jimin prepared everything for her. She smiled happily as she feels her headache starts to fade away already. Jimin gave her a painkiller too and told her to rest properly. 

"Okay, I'll call a taxi." 

"Why?" 

"Uh, I don't want to bother you to send me home." 

"Why do you need to go home?" 

Minjeong frowned and scratched her non itchy head. 

"Um, to rest?" 

"You can just rest here, baby." 

"Eh? But-" 

"Nah uh. I want you to rest here. I've got everything you need here too." 

"But what about my clothes?" 

"You can wear mine." Jimin smiled at her. 

"But-" 

"No more buts. I want you here. Just rest here and make yourself home. Okay?" Jimin squeezed her hand that's on the dining table. 

"Okay." 

"Good. Now, are you done?" 

"Yeah." 

"I'll clean it up." 

"It's okay, I can-" Minjeong pouted when Jimin glared at her. 

"Let me take care of you. I'll clean it up. You don't need to do anything. You just need to be my baby." Jimin said and winked at her before getting up to wash the dishes. Minjeong rested her head on her palm and watches Jimin clean up everything. She smiled seeing how thoughtful and kind Jimin is to her. 

Once Jimin's done, she turned around to see Minjeong was staring at her. 

"Do you need anything, baby?" She asked.

"No."

"Sure?"

"Mmm."

Minjeong then looked up at Jimin when she approached her. Jimin grabbed her chin and kissed her lips softly. Minjeong smiled through the kisses. Then Minjeong surprised Jimin when she kissed her back.

Jimin then pulled Minjeong up and carried her, making Minjeong to wrap her legs around Jimin. Jimin brought them to the living room and sits down on the couch with Minjeong on top of Jimin. They were still kissing each other when Jimin's alarm rang.

Jimin only stares at Minjeong when the girl pulled away. Minjeong took out Jimin's phone from her pants pocket and turned off the alarm.

"Do you need to go now?" Minjeong asked as she looked at the time at Jimin's phone. 9:07am.​​​​​​

"Mm. I have a meeting at 10." Jimin said and leaned in to kiss Minjeong's jaw.

"Why, baby?" Jimin asked.

"What time will you be back?" Minjeong asked.

"Not sure yet. Why? Are you going to miss me already?" Jimin teased and grinned when Minjeong rolled her eyes.

"Go. I'm just going to nap and wait for you."

"Hahaha okay okay."

Jimin tugged Minjeong's arm and eyeing her lips once again.

"Let me kiss you once again, baby." Jimin said and Minjeong only obliged. Jimin smiled in satisfaction and kissed her girl with love. Ever since they kissed, Jimin finds herself addicted to kissing her now.

A wide smile was still on Jimin's face even after she left her apartment and driving to her work.

 

Drive safe, Jimin. And yes, I'm going to miss you.     9:28am.

 

Jimin sighed reading Minjeong's text. 

"How I wish I don't need to go to work right now."

Jimin has just finished reviewing some reports. She then notified her secretary to be prepared for their next meeting with finance team. 

When it's time to go, she quickly left her office and her secretary followed her right away, walking to the meeting room together. While on their way, Jimin answered a call from Minjeong. 

"Hello, baby. How are you?" 

"Jimin. Umm, I just remembered something." 

"Yea? What is it?" 

"You see..." 

"Mhm." 

"I remembered." 

"Okay...? May I know what is it that you remembered, baby?" 

"I... I told you." 

"Huh? What did you tell me?" 

"..." 

"Minjeong baby?" 

Jimin glanced at the meeting room's door, her secretary checked inside then informed her that everyone's inside already.

"Hey baby, I have to go already now. I promise I'll call you as soon as I'm done, okay?"

"Okay..." 

"I'll call you right back."

"Yeah, sure. And Jimin?" 

"Hm?" 

"I love you. That's what I remembered telling you last night. Byebye." 

Jimin stood frozen and clutched her phone tightly. She sighed heavily and looked at her secretary. 

"She can't just do this to me again." Jimin mumbled.

"Pardon?"

"Sunny unnie. Let's end the meeting as soon as possible. I have something more urgent to do after this."

Jimin came back home to Minjeong lying down on her stomach on her couch, back facing her while listening to songs using her earphone as she read one of Jimin's book from the shelve.

Jimin bought a single red rose earlier as she was in a rush. She approached Minjeong and tapped her shoulder. Minjeong then looked up in surprised and pulled off her earphone.

"Jimin? When did you come in? I didn't hear you." Minjeong said.

"Just now. And here." Jimin gave her the rose.

"Oh?"

Jimin took a seat beside her and grabbed her hand onto her lap.

"What's the occasion?" Minjeong giggled which makes Jimin to smile at her cuteness.

"Next month is going to be my parents' anniversary and I'm going to introduce you to the world."

"Ah. I see. Okay." Minjeong nodded.

"I'm going to announce officially about our relationship and..." Jimin paused and slipped in a platinum ring on Minjeong's finger while keeping her eyes on Minjeong's confused face.

"Everyone will know by then, that you are my future wife as I'll introduce you as my fiancée." Jimin said.

"W-What?"

"Settle down with me, Kim Minjeong. I'll be anything that you want me to be. Live with me, stay with me, for the rest of your life. I want all of you, baby. I need you to be with me for a very long time." Jimin confessed her most desire with Minjeong.

"I'm in too deep. I can't let go. I have to have you forever." Jimin said and cupped Minjeong's face.

"Please, baby." Jimin said again with the softest voice.

Minjeong looked down on the ring on her finger. She hummed then looked at Jimin again. 

"What about you?"

"Hm?"

"Where's your ring, Jimin?"

"Ah. Well..." Jimin then took out a small box out of her pocket and gave it to Minjeong.

"Your hand."

Jimin gave her hand without thinking, confused to what Minjeong's trying to do. Minjeong held her hand and took out the ring from the box before she slipped it on Jimin's finger. Minjeong smiled and kissed the ring on Jimin's finger. 

"I'll marry you, Yoo Jimin." 

Jimin closed her eyes and tried to hold her tears. She caressed Minjeong's cheek and kissed her forehead for few seconds before pulling away. 

"You have no idea how happy I am right now." Jimin whispered. 

"Can I hear it from you again now, baby?" Jimin asked. Yet, even without the need of her to explain, Minjeong understands. 

Minjeong tilted her head as she stares at Jimin with her sparkling eyes that makes Jimin gets drown into her pretty eyes even more. Minjeong gave her sweetest and warmest smile before she reached out her one hand to put her palm on Jimin's cheek while her other hand squeezing Jimin's hand. 

"Jimin ah." Minjeong called her name dreamily. 

"I love you." Right there. Jimin couldn't contain the happiness that she's feeling currently. She quickly pulled Minjeong into a tight hug and sighed in content. 

"Baby, you-" Jimin paused and embraced her tighter. 

"My god. I love you so much." Jimin said while Minjeong only giggled as she hugged her back. Jimin chuckled hearing Minjeong's giggling cutely like that. Jimin pinches her nose playfully before she kissed it. 

"Thank you, for giving me a chance. For allowing me to love you and for finally reciprocate my feelings." Jimin said. 

"No. Thank you, for making me feel loved. Thank you, for making me happy." Minjeong said and Jimin hugged her again. 

"Ah, I'm going crazy here for you."

"Then be crazy. I don't mind." Minjeong laughed. 

"I already am."

Minjeong squealed when Jimin suddenly pulled her up to put her on her lap before Jimin changed position to lay down on the couch with Minjeong on top of her. 

"Let's stay like this first, baby. I'm too happy to do anything else right now." 

"Okay." Minjeong chuckled and snuggled comfortably in Jimin's warm embrace. Jimin's still smiling while closing her eyes. 

"I still can't believe that you're my fiancée now." 

"Mm. You have to start believing then. You can't leave me." 

Jimin opened her eyes and hold Minjeong's chin with her two fingers, lifting her chin up so she will look at Jimin. 

"I said I can't let you go, didn't I? I won't leave you, baby. You're stuck with me now." 

"Okay." Minjeong smiled and pecked Jimin's cheek. 

"Okay." Jimin winked at her causing Minjeong to giggle gleefully.
