The sun shines bright. Yoo Jimin stares at the view outside through her glass wall from her main office in her company. She enjoys the weather and it is not a busy day for her. She's holding her favourite mug and took a sip slowly while enjoying the view in front of her eyes.

Knock knock

"Come in."  

"Hey. I just received an info from Ning. She was asked to fetch your fiancée with Mark to the airport tomorrow morning."

Jimin glanced behind and raised her eyebrows at Aeri, her best friend as well as her personal assistant.

"Was it from my father's command?" Jimin asked.

"Yes. They were well trained already and now they will do a real job since your fiancée will be back for good."

"Hm. Okay. Thanks Aeri. I'll have to call my father now."

"Okay. I'll be outside."

Jimin walked towards her desk to put down her mug. She grabbed her mobile phone and dialled her father's number.

"Hello daughter." 

"Why did I have to hear the news from someone else but not you? Better yet, not from her directly?" 

"Ah. I actually wanted to tell you over dinner tonight but I guess you found out faster. It was actually not planned, she was supposed to come back next month." 

"Hmm." 

When Jimin's father heard Jimin only hummed, he knew she's waiting for him to tell her more.

"Something came up. She needs to be back as soon as possible so I booked the earliest flight for her. One of her uncles is trying to mess with her father's company that we need her back to finally get a hold of the company herself." 

Her fiancée, Kim Minjeong. Her father had passed away 2 years ago because of a heart attack. Her mother died giving birth to her. Jimin's father turned out to be the next guardian to take care of her as what her father had said in his last will. Her father doesn't trust any of their relative so he put Jimin's father's name to have the right on taking care everything. 

When Mr Kim passed away, Jimin's father left all the responsibilities of YJ Group under Jimin's hand as he have to make sure no one dares to take away her fiancée's right as Mr Kim one and only heiress.

However, it wasn't as easy as they thought. Mr Kim's siblings tried to get everything under their control and even tried to marry Kim Minjeong off to someone who can give many benefits to them and can help them take over Kim Entertainment from Minjeong.

That's why Jimin's father asked a huge favor from Jimin, his youngest daughter to marry Minjeong. Since his eldest, Joohyun had married Seungwan already so Jimin is the only person that can help Minjeong.

Joohyun is the director at their mother's own hospital, Yujihyun Hospital. She is also one of the best doctors in town.

"She has to announce to everyone that she's the right heiress and the official CEO. I'm helping her to kick out her uncle. She's prepared enough for the war now." 

"Then, can I be the one to fetch her instead?" 

"Won't you be busy?" 

"I can clear off my schedule for my fiancée. After all, you taught me dad, that family comes first." 

"True. Okay, I'll inform Minjeong-" 

"I will contact her myself, dad."

"Okay. You go and talk to her. And daughter?" 

"Yes?" 

"Thank you." 

"Sure dad."

Jimin's car slowly entered the airport area and stopped at the drop off space. Her driver, Johnny, went out to open the door for her. Mark, Minjeong's driver followed closely behind with Ning and Aeri inside the car. All of them went out together. 

Jimin also brought 5 guards with her to make sure nothing and no one can harm her fiancée during her arrival. They entered the airport together except for Johnny and Mark who will be on standby outside, making sure they are ready to go as soon as Jimin takes Minjeong out of the airport later.

"Are you nervous, boss?" Aeri whispered and chuckled when Jimin side glared at her.

"I think our Jimin can't wait to reunite with her beautiful fiancée." Ning teased.

If they were someone else, Jimin would have already fired them. They're lucky they are Jimin's friends and Jimin trust them.

They were about to tease Jimin more but stopped when one of the guards said Minjeong's coming. Jimin fixed her eyes at the arrival gate and took a deep breath seeing her fiancée now.

Minjeong has changed her appearance. Her short blonde hair is no more. She's looking fine with her new long brown hair now. Too damn fine for Jimin's liking.

"Hello, Yoo Jimin."

Jimin swears, she almost melted right there and then. Just to hear Minjeong's soft voice calling her name like that got her knees trembled. 

"Ahem." Jimin cleared and put a hand, pressed on Minjeong's back as she leaned in to give a quick peck on Minjeong's cheek.

"Hello, gorgeous." Jimin whispered.

"I hope you don't mind that I bring a friend."

Jimin raised her eyebrows and only now she noticed a man standing not too far behind Minjeong.

"Ten." Minjeong called him. He smiles and came closer before he bowed at Jimin.

"Hi, I'm Minjeong's friend, Ten."

"Yoo Jimin." Jimin nodded curtly.

"We weren't informed that you'll be bringing a friend." Jimin said.

"Yeah, it was a last minute. He came to follow me."

Oh. No, Jimin doesn't like the sound of it.

"Aeri, take him with you guys." Jimin said.

"Eh?" Minjeong looks at Jimin.

"I have something to talk about with you. Is that okay?" Jimin asked.

"Oh. Okay, sure."

Minjeong then told Ten that he can go with Aeri in another car which he only agreed.

"So, you're back for good."

"I am."

Jimin looks at Minjeong who's resting her head on the window as she looks outside. Jimin knows there's a lot in her mind and she just hope that one day she can share everything with her. Because for Jimin, she would like to know what's going on in her head.

They decided to stop by Minjeong's favourite restaurant to eat as Minjeong told Jimin that she's hungry. Jimin is satisfied as soon as she sees Minjeong's serene face when they have arrived at Aespa restaurant.

"Been a long time." Minjeong mumbled.

They entered and took a seat first while waiting for the others. Jimin of course chose a seat beside Minjeong. Ten sits down opposite to Minjeong. Jimin asked Aeri and Ning to sit with them too.

"Don't forget to buy some takeaway for Johnny and Mark." Jimin told Aeri and Ning.

"Yes ma'am!" Both of them said before digging in their food happily.

"Did you starve your employees?" Minjeong asked in whisper.

"No." Jimin frowned.

"Don't mind us. We just love food so much." Ning said when she heard Minjeong.

"Ah." Minjeong nodded.

"Hey, are you not going to eat this one? Its good." Ten told Minjeong and pointed at the dish using his chopstick.

"Oh, I'm going to eat that as well." Minjeong answered.

"Let me put some on your plate then."

Jimin stopped eating and stared at Ten sharply. Before he get to put the food on Minjeong's plate, Jimin reaches out her chopstick and prevent him from doing it. Ten looks at her in confusion.

"I don't know how close you both are in Japan but, you are in Korea already now. And here, Minjeong has me to take care of her." Jimin said coldly.

Ten looks down on his chopstick that was stucked because of Jimin's chopstick clashed against his chopstick.

"I'm sorry. Its out of habit, really." Ten chuckled nervously.

Jimin didn't say anything after that. She literally grabbed the whole plate of the dish and put it beside Minjeong's plate. 

"You eat it all. I'll order more for them." Jimin said then stands up to go to the counter.

"I'm sorry, Minjeong." Ten apologised again.

"I told you, you have to stop that habit of yours. I didn't lie when I said my cold fiancée wouldn't like it." Minjeong sighed and wiped using a napkin.

"Is there something going on between you two?" Aeri asked.

"No. Don't worry, I'll talk to Jimin." Minjeong smiled and stands up to go to Jimin.

"I like Minjeong." Ten said when Minjeong left the table already.

"You do know she's engaged with Yoo Jimin, right?" Aeri asked and can't help but to be protective over her best friend.

"I know. But I also know they got engaged because of Jimin's father. I thought I would still have a chance since they got engaged out of love." Ten said.

"But, well, Minjeong is a very respectful person. She never fails to remind me that she has a fiancée and that I shouldn't cross the line. She respects Jimin a lot that she never think of dating another person behind her back. Even if she deserve to love and date someone she like."

"Well, does she like you?" Ning asked.

"She does... But as just a friend. She let me treat her that way, only after I told her I'm doing it because I see her like a sister to me." Ten sighed.

"She did warn me that I have to stop some habit of mine once we left Japan because she said Jimin wouldn't like it but it really slipped off my mind." Ten added.

"Oh. Don't worry, you won't forget about it anymore after this. I won't let you ruin them." Aeri said coolly.

"Yeah, I'll make sure you know your limit." Ning said this time.

"I'm truly sorry." Ten bowed.

"We're not the one you should apologise to."

 

 

While on the other hand... 

"Jimin..."

Jimin glanced at Minjeong who's approaching her. She was paying for all the food after ordering more.

"Thanks." Jimin murmured and takes back her card from the staff there.

"Why?" Jimin asked Minjeong after putting back her card.

"Come."

Jimin let Minjeong pulled her to a more secluded area, away from the rest. Minjeong looks around before she looks at Jimin.

"Are you upset with me?"

"No."

"Are you upset with Ten?"

"Obviously."

"I scolded him already. I'll make sure he won't repeat it again. Okay?"

Jimin didn't answer but she looks away with her eyebrows furrowed. 

"Jimin."

"Did something happen between you and him while I'm not around?"

"He likes me." Minjeong answered in all honesty so Jimin wouldn't doubt her.

"But I told him off. Told him that I have you." Minjeong continues her sentences immediately.

"I let him stay close to me because we made it clear that there will be nothing going on between us. I made it clear to him that my rejection is a firm decision. I won't change my mind. And he has been a good friend to me so he'll only stay as that."

"Hmm." Jimin nodded her head slowly.

Minjeong steps closer, hands raising up to cup Jimin's face and makes Jimin stares back at her.

"I don't want you to get upset. I don't like to make you upset. Can you tell me how do I make you feel better?" Minjeong asked.

Jimin sighs before putting down Minjeong's hands. She pulls Minjeong into her embrace. A hand at the back of Minjeong's head as she caressed her gently while her other hand hugging Minjeong securely. Minjeong only smiles and hugged her back.

"We didn't start our relationship with love but... I can't deny that I'm attracted to you from the first time we met. Knowing that you're my fiancée, I don't like that someone else is trying to steal you away." Jimin explained.

"Now that you're back here for good, and that we won't have to be away from each other, I want us to date properly." Jimin said.

"Okay. We'll do that."

Jimin pulls away to look at Minjeong. 

"You said yes?"

"Yes. Why would I say no to my fiancée?" Minjeong laughed softly. Jimin smiles. Minjeong's back. Her fiancée is back and she's smiling in front of her. Oh, her life is going to be complete now.
