Pink Planner
Contract 02: A GongLee ProjectSeung Yeon and Seulgi stop running when they reach the entrance of the university. They felt a sense of security reaching a place off limits to men. Chasing their breaths from what happened earlier, Seulgi starts to rant.
“Unnie! Why did you do that? Do you that guy?” Seulgi asks.
“No. I thought he’s he’s doing something wrong to you since I heard you raise your voice.” She explains.
“What to do Unnie? You just threw your planner to a celebrity. He’s one of those guys that were looking at you yesterday. He is Lee Jong Hyun from CNBlue. Ya Unnie! Do you have a secret connection to him? He said he needs something so bad from you.” Seulgi continues.
“No. That’s the first time I heard his name. Aside from SM artists, I don’t have any other celebrity friends. You know that. How can I hide things from you?” She answers.
“Unnie. Tell me honestly. Are you a vampire?” Seulgi looks at her with a curious face.
“What are you talking about? Are you sick?” She lets out a loud laugh.
“Don’t laugh. If you happen to see that guy real close you would also tell yourself that he’s a vampire of this generation.” Seulgi defends her weird idea.
“Seriously Seulgi! You’re talking about vampires in this age, under the burning and shining sun in the sky? Your imaginations are getting worse. Stop it. Go to your class.” She sweetly pushes Seulgi.
“I’ll see you later Unnie! Thanks for earlier. Your planner must have been burned by now.” Seulgi teases her as she walks away.
“It’s okay, it’s just a plan….ner.” Seung Yeon’s voice gets low on the second thought of her planner. “No! It’s not just a planner!” She rushes back to the coffee shop hoping to recover her planner.
She goes straight near the corner of the coffee shop where she threw it and wanders around the small place hoping to see it on the ground. The place is clean as if nothing happened earlier. Now she’s starting to panic. She tries her luck inside the coffee shop. Aside from the students hanging out inside, there is no trace of her planner in every table.
“Excuse me. Do you happen to see a guy here earlier?” She asks the barista.
“Ah yes. There were two handsome guys seated over there. But they left around 5 minutes ago.” The barista answers.
“By any chance did someone return a pink planner here? I accidentally dropped it outside your shop.” She says.
“Oh! Is it a pad with a bright pink cover? About this size?” The barista shows a sample planner.
“Yes! It’s the same planner but I just covered it with pink paper.” She confirms.
“Sorry. One of the guys took it – the one with the long hair. I thought it belongs to him since he left it in their table.” The barista looks surprised.
“It’s okay; it’s not your fault anyway. Thank you!” She leaves the shop feeling more bothered that he might open it and read what’s inside. She tries to remember anything important inside the planner. In a flash she remembers a picture of her childhood friend that she attached inside the secret pocket of the planner. She instantly gets the feeling of chills and horror thinking that he might know the secret that she’s been keeping for years. She looks for her phone and dials Seulgi’s number.
“Seulgi! Do you know how I can contact that guy?” She says in a worried voice.
