I can hear my father’s ring back tone. I must have pressed the speed dial when I tried to catch her. It echoes in the whole corridor like a soundtrack in a drama that I recently watched. The sweet lyrics with my cool voice penetrate deeply in my heart as I hold on this girl. Seems like time stopped in this unknown but wonderful feeling. I want to stop the tone but I don’t have the courage to move off from her. I can’t think clearly. I can feel the reckless beating of my heart. I can’t even move my hands off from her waist. Her waist is so slim resting in my almost embracing arms. I can’t even take my eyes off from her light brown eyes like mine. I want to open my mouth and scold her for being so careless but her eyes instantly tame the tiger inside me. She is giving that fierce gaze like a hungry wild fox wanting to eat me alive. I am sure I have seen this kind of fierce look but I can’t remember where or when. My breathing becomes rougher while I deepen my stare at her. I have seen these eyes before. I don’t know what to do.

I can’t even take my eyes off from his light brown eyes like mine. I want to open my mouth and nag at him for being so careless but his eyes melt the wild fox inside me. He is giving that sincere gaze like a gentle tiger being tamed and surrendering his whole self. I have never seen this kind of expressive and sincere look from a stranger, a manly man. My breathing becomes rougher while I deepen my stare at him. I have never seen the same eyes like mine before. I don’t know what to do.

“Jong Hyun-ah!” the tone finally stops with a clear voice in loud speaker. Jong Hyun was surprised on his father’s voice echoing the corridor. Out of his nervousness and confusion in pressing the end call button, he accidentally slips Seung Yeon from his hold making her suddenly fall on the floor.

“Ya! You should be more careful!” He scolds at her almost yelling.

“You bumped in me! You should have said sorry at least instead of yelling at me!” She yells back.

“I don’t need to be sorry! It’s your fault in the first place.” He snarls.

He turns his back and takes a few steps away from her to give a quick answer to his father on the phone. He ends the call immediately and takes a deep breath readying to look back on her. He returns his look to t
