Gary was smiling the whole morning. Today is the day where Ji Hyo goes to the hospital for her routine checkup on her baby and her condition. And this is the second time that Gary is accompanying her to the hospital for the checkup. Kwang Soo, Gary and Ji Hyo’s family usually take turns to send Ji Hyo for the checkup since they do not want to be followed by reporters. Taking different cars and going on different time slots and accompanied by different parties is the strategy they are taking to avoid the lime light.

But a lot of times, because Kwang Soo was just too tall and easily spotted by fans and the media. Today supposed to be Kwang Soo’s turn to send Ji Hyo for the routine check. But Gary volunteered instead, giving the reason that Kwang Soo was too eye catching

“Gary Hyung, you look outstanding in the crowds too. Squids can easily be spotted in the crowds.” Kwang Soo said sarcastically.

“Lee Kwang Soo…stop with that old joke.” Gary hit Kwang Soo on his arm. 

Ji Hyo sat at her living room, massaging her stomach, laughing away as she watched Gary and Kwang Soo bickering away.

Ji Hyo did enjoy Gary’s companionship since he was gentleman, treating her and her baby with care. She is also comfortable around Gary. It was just those embarrassing moments when people thought that he is the baby’s father or when people address her as Mrs Kang.

“No No, I am not Mrs Kang. I am Mrs Lee. This Mr Kang is…is….my brother, elder brother.” Ji Hyo would introduced Gary addressing him as her elder brother.

Gary doesn’t seems to mind if people call him Ji Hyo’s husband, the baby’s father or Ji Hyo’s elder brother. He only knows he enjoyed being around Ji Hyo and the baby.

 “2 years separation and after that you guys can sign the papers and be your own free soul.” The laywer said.

“Ji Hyo, for the sake of our child. Please give me 2 years, I am sure I can win you back. Give me a chance.” Bowie Lee begged.

“Let me think about it.” Ji Hyo said softly.

“So she still loves him?” Gary sound frustrated when Ji Hyo’s brother, Seong Mun told him about what happened at the lawyer’s office today.

“Maybe not, maybe is because of the baby.” Seong Mun sighed.

“I can be baby’s father also if Ji Hyo needs a man to take care of her and her baby.” Gary blunted his words.

Silence took place for the next few minutes.

“Seong Mun, please keep what I said just now to yourself.” Gary stood up and walked out of the room with eyes pinning on the ground.

“Kang Gary, you should just move on.” Gary splashed water on his face while looking into the mirror.

“Yes, Kang Gary, you have to move on.” Gary shouted at himself.
