Note from Author : A belated new year to all readers. Life is hectic for me lately though 2016 has just started. I travelled for 3 consective weeks to different countries for work, only get to spend a Sunday at home each week. All these leave me with no time to think about the plot I had started for the last story. 

Yes, I do not know how I should continue with the bodyguard story. So I decided to put it aside first. I am not going to remove it since I did spend effort in building the first chapter. Hopefully, I can get inspirations soon, pick up the story again from where I had left it.

Let's start a new story instead of getting stuck somewhere. Please continue to shower me with your support in 2016!!

Ji Hyo was having her lunch quietly while watching Kwang Soo and Ha Ha bickering at each other. Gary was sitting at the other end of the table munching his sandwich and sharing the French fries with Jae Suk. The Monday couple wasn’t talking to each other for the entire morning.

It was not like them. On other days, even when Gary and Ji Hyo were not in the same team during filming, they still sat together with each other during lunch time or when the teams meet, the two usually walked side by side behind the group of members.

Suk Jin whispered to Jong Kok, “What’s wrong with these two?”

Jong Kok signaled to Jae Suk and Ha Ha, “Ask Gary. Did he quarrel with Ji Hyo?” Jae Suk took the hint but did not want to poke his nose into other’s business.

“Let it be. What they are doing now is not affecting our filming. Give them the space that they need.” Jae Suk explained.

Gary stole a look at Ji Hyo. She looked rather tired. The dark eye rings under her eyes couldn’t hide her exhaustion.

“Maybe she did not sleep well like me. Maybe she did not sleep well because of me!” Gary thought to himself.

Flashback

Gary came home, drunk. His new song ‘Lonely Night’ is a great success, especially in China. Fans in China, Korea and Asia are crazy over the song and also the MV starring his woman, Song Ji Hyo.  Gary planned to get a gift for Ji Hyo to thank her for starring in his MV. He wanted to put the gift, a Burberry Wallet and a backpack on their bed, to give her a surprise when she is back from her filming in France.

But he was dragged to the pub by his buddies to celebrate his success. His buddies promised to let him go by 11 pm even when Gary said that he already has  an appointment (he never say he is meeting his woman since their relationship is still yet to be announced.)

By 10:30 pm, Ji Hyo was already texting him that she is on her way back to his apartment. Gary was already drinking too much. By 11:00 pm, Ji Hyo texted Gary again saying that she was already home and asked if he wanted supper, she willing be cooking.  Gary was already half drunk, singing and dancing and rapping away with his buddies.

By 12:00 am, Gil started to remind Gary that he should be getting home as he has Running Man filming the next day. It was then Gary remembered that Ji Hyo is coming home. He tried to ste
