After a while, Baekhyun stirred in his hold and hummed, “What’s wrong Chanyeol?” he asked sleepily. He looked up a little so that he could see Chanyeol’s face and saw the latter face filled with worries. “What’s wrong? Did you need anything?” Chanyeol slowly traced his fingers on Baekhyun’s hair, playing with the silky hair he loves so dearly. When Chanyeol didn’t say anything, Baekhyun grow worried. “Y-yeol… wh”

       “I’m sorry…” he whispers slowly, so soft that Baekhyun barely heard it. Instead of saying anything, Baekhyun only smile and kisses the taller lips. “There’s nothing to be sorry for. I love you Park Chanyeol.” The said male smiles at his wife and kisses his temple. “I love you too” he said.

       After the tragic reunion, Mr and Mrs Kim had asked them to stay the night at their house instead of going back since it was late and so they agreed. Baekhyun and Chanyeol take the room where Baekhyun stays in while Luhan and Sehun took the one next to them since Luhan has been complaining that his back hurt. The others took the room upstairs. Baekhyun was all smiling that night when Chanyeol remember him again. “I’m happy and thankful” he told Kyungsoo and the latter couldn’t help but share the happiness his brother just received. “I’m glad you are happy and I am glad that Chanyeol come to his sense now.”

       They were currently in the kitchen with the mothers when suddenly they heard Maia scream. They hurried to the front only to find Chanyeol on the floor with his nose bleeding. “Oh my God… what happen?” Baekhyun ran to Chanyeol and look at Sehun who was red on the face. It was Maia who talked, “Sehun ahjushi punch that giant ahjushi…” Baekhyun was worried but he didn’t get mad at Sehun. Neither do Chanyeol. Jongin help his brother up and let Baekhyun brought him to the couch so that he can clean the blood. When Chanyeol heard Baekhyun sigh, he smiles at the smaller, “It’s nothing Baek. I deserve it.” Baekhyun stays silent but his hands stop moving and he’s glaring at Sehun. The latter hold his hands up, cowering behind Luhan. “I asked Sehun to punch him B, he deserve it.”

       Baekhyun didn’t stop glaring at the couple and Luhan couldn’t sit still anymore. Out of anxiety, he kept on spitting the reason why he had asked Sehun to punch his own brother. “C-chanyeol deserves to be punch after what he had done to you. That punch was nothing compared to how he insult you and how he throw you away, how he broke your heart and made you cry every day. I know it’s not my place to make Sehun do that to him but it hurt me when I see you cry because I love you B and I would definitely let Chanyeol did the same if Sehun ever hurt me.”

       Baekhyun sighed when he saw fear on Luhan’s eyes. “I’m not mad at you hyung but at least, don’t punch this hard. I’m not letting my husband taking a plastic surgery because he was punched by his own brother.” Luhan whispers a slow “I’m sorry” but Baekhyun brush it off and continues taking care of Chanyeol. “And I thought you would have side on me” Chanyeol said when Baekhyun was done. Baekhyun rolled his eyes and stand up to put the first aid kit but Junmyeon take it from him.

       On the next morning, Chanyeol woke up with an empty arms and he went on panic mode. He calls out for Baekhyun, fear of his wife leaving him. Who wouldn’t fear of that when all he ever done to his lovely wife was insulted him, accusing him of carrying someone else’s child and being mean to him. He stands up immediately not minding the pain in his head and roughly opens the door, yelling for Baekhyun’s name. The smaller male who was busy preparing the breakfast startled hearing the panic calls from his husband but because of the distance between the kitchen and the bedroom, it took time for him to reach Chanyeol. While walking towards the panicking voice, he heard other voices who he guess was Junmyeon’s, Jongdae’s and Mrs Park asking Chanyeol what’s wrong and what happen. They asked him if he’s hurt or in pain but the latter kept on yelling for Baekhyun. Once Baekhyun was in his sight, he walks as fast as could and hugs Baekhyun with all his might.

       Baekhyun was shocked, yes but it didn’t stop him from hugging Chanyeol back. He pulls away a little from the taller male to look at his face. “What’s wrong Yeollie?” he asked as he cupped the taller’s face sweetly. Chanyeol sniff and answered, “I thought you leave me. You weren’t there when I woke up.” A few snickered and loud laughs were heard from behind before Chanyeol’s head was hit pretty hard from behind. Baekhyun grimaced at the pain but didn’t loosen his hold on the taller’s body. “You scared me young man!”

       Oh, it was his mother. Instead of replying to his mother, Chanyeol choose to bury his face at the crook of Baekhyun’s shoulder, whining a little. Baekhyun offers his mother in-law a sheepish smile while mouthing “Sorry” towards the woman. Without them noticing, everyone watched the commotion and decided to leave the two couple alone. Kyungsoo take that as his cue to continue Baekhyun-supposed-to-be breakfast while Baekhyun drag his tall husband inside the room. He pushed Chanyeol down to sit on the bed and before he could move away, Chanyeol tug his hand making him landed on Chanyeol’s lap. “Where were you?” the latter asked, burying his nose in Baekhyun’s hair. He likes the effect Baekhyun’s scent had on him. It helps calming him down and he remembered how he always buried his nose on Baekhyun’s hair or neck whenever he was mad or feeling nervous.

       Baekhyun played with the hand holding him around his waist and chuckles. “I was at the kitchen, preparing breakfast. The hold on his waist tighten, “Why didn’t you wake me up then?” the constant moving of Chanyeol’s head above him made him giggles, “It was still early and you look like you need the sleep so I didn’t wake you up.” He moves his head sideways to look up Chanyeol, one hand touching the side of Chanyeol’s face. The latter kiss his palm, making Baekhyun smile at the gesture. This is the Chanyeol he fall in love with. The Chanyeol that would whines whenever he woke up without Baekhyun in his arms. The Chanyeol that would kiss his palm and fingers, one by one as if he’s the most treasured person in the world. Chanyeol did what he used to do to Baekhyun every morning before the accident and Baekhyun couldn’t help but to smile at the act. “I’ve missed you…” he didn’t know where it comes from but the sentence made Chanyeol stops his action only to have him looking at Baekhyun apologetically. “And I’ve missed you too…”

       Then Baekhyun squirmed in his hold, making Chanyeol think bad things. Is Baekhyun mad at me? Did he not like it? Did I say something wrong?
