Two days after he had gotten back, JungKook slept easy at night. Well, he did until his phone rang out loudly, lighting up his entire room with a phone call. JungKook groaned tiredly as he lazily d his nightstand for his phone, finding it and answering the call.

"Hello?" he answered.

"Hey, JungKook. Do you wanna talk?" Seohyun's voice asked curiously. He sighed and looked at the clock.

"It's 1:53. You are essentially calling me at 2 in the morning," he pointed out.

"Yeah, I know," she replied. She seemed unfazed by the time, which only made JungKook worry even more.

"Sure, let's talk," he gave in.

"Oh, no, I meant in person. Put on some warm clothes and meet me halfway to my dorm," she ordered. JungKook was in no mood to argue at the moment, so he sighed and got out of bed to turn on the light.

"Okay, fine. Give me a few minutes and I'll show up," he told her.

"Thanks, JungKook," she responded before hanging up. JungKook rubbed his eyes and sighed as he pulled on his fluffiest pajama pants and a jacket without a shirt. Then he put on his shoes and headed out the door.

Once he arrived he realized that Seohyun was already there. "Why are you out here? Are you crazy? You could freeze!" JungKook scolded her. Seohyun giggled at his concern.

"That reminds me, you promised me a new coffee when I twisted my ankle. And it's not like I've been waiting the whole time. I only came out when you agreed to meet me out here," she assured him.

"You have such a good memory and you still can't remember how you kissed Kai right in front of me," he muttered. Seohyun frowned.

"It's not any better to kiss someone behind their back, JungKook," she replied.

"I was going to tell you! I wanted to make it better, but you just went and kissed him like you'd never ing see him again!" he hissed. Seohyun sighed.

"Okay, we're not going to get any better if we argue," she stated.

"Oh, yeah," he responded.

"JungKook, I can't think anymore. I can't focus, and I have trouble sleeping, and it's just so unbearable," she admitted.

"Why?" he asked softly.

"Because I'm so, so sorry. And I know what it's like, to kiss someone to taste someone else's mouth. I wanted you, but it was Kai, and I felt so guilty and interested at the same time because I felt awful for using him, but I couldn't stand missing you anymore.
