JungKook sat up straight, blinking at his blurry surroundings. He had just woken up from a bad dream, the one where he had lost Seohyun. Kai had taken her back and she fell back in love with him, ripping JungKook's heart up as she left.

It had become more and more frequent these days. But thank god it wasn't real. He called her number and waited for her to pick up. "JungKook?" Seohyun responded with a croak like she had cried herself to sleep last night.

"Hey, you okay? Sorry, I just had a bad dream and wanted to talk to you," JungKook said.

"Are you that dense?" Seohyun sobbed suddenly. JungKook immediately got out of bed and started getting dressed, putting his phone on speaker.

"Seohyun, are you okay? What happened?"

"You're an idiot, JungKook! We broke up! Don't act like nothing happened!" she yelled into the phone. The boy paused in getting dressed and put the phone up to his ear, taking it off of speaker.

"What?" he choked out.

"Am I so worthless that you have to completely forget what I said last night? Am I that uninteresting? Do I mean less than dirt to you that you just ignore whatever I say?" Seohyun asked accusingly through her tears.

"No, Seohyun! That's so not what I meant! I remember it now. I just... I just thought it was part of that stupid dream. I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, Seohyun. I'll just... Bye, I'm sorry," JungKook hung up as soon as he could. It was all he could do not to throw the phone. Instead, he just locked the door and slipped down the door with a sigh.

And somewhere between the blatant destruction of his room and the loud and long string of curse words that had his hyungs worrying at the door, he swore he went numb. One hand was bleeding a bit from a sharp glass star (which he didn't throw because of what little good judgement he still had left in him) and the other one was just plain red and supposed to be sore from holding everything too tightly. And he just couldn't feel it anymore.

"I love you," JungKook sobbed with his back to the door, cuddling with that stupid teddy bear Seohyun had given him when he was sick with the flu. He held it tightly against his chest like it would leave like Seohyun had done so easily. It wouldn't be able to slip through his fingers like Seohyun had. But it wasn't Seohyun.

"JungKook! Jeon JungKook, open this door right now! Listen to me!" Jin was yelling at the top of his lungs like he never had before.

"JungKook, are you okay?" Hoseok asked with a small little knock.

"No," JungKook finally responded.

"He talked! He can hear us! Hyung, he stopped!" Taehyung said, possibly pointed at Jin.
