Pressing On Hearts And Things
Against ItA few days later, both Yuri and Jin had left to see their relatives, Seohyun and Kai had officially left everyone alone to be a cute couple, and JungKook and Jimin were enjoying their stay in Busan.
Seohyun smiled as she laid her head on Kai's arm. "Tired already? The movie hasn't even started, Seo-baby," Kai chuckled.
"I'm not tired," she giggled, sitting closer to him so she could snuggle into his neck. Kai was a little taller than JungKook, making it harder for her head to get to his shoulder, but it didn't matter.
After a while into the movie, thoughts wandered into her mind and she found herself missing JungKook. If only Kai wasn't there, if only she could've given him a second chance, if only they were together again...
After all, the only reason she needed Kai was to get over JungKook, though she disliked admitting it to herself. And as much as she hated herself for it, she liked the feeling of Kai's lips against her own only because she missed JungKook. And Seohyun remembered the day she went out for coffee with Kai, and she kissed him. She remembered every detail of that day: her heart wrenched every time she closed her eyes and was met with JungKook's painful and heartbroken expression, and it felt awful seeing that he left so quickly with Krystal.
Seohyun sighed sadly, her airways constricted by the lump in . "JungKook-ah, mianhae," she whispered under her breath.
"Huh?" Kai asked. Seohyun shook her head.
"I didn't say anything," she responded guiltily, hating herself more than anything when she turned his head and pressed her lips against his.
Now she couldn't even imagine JungKook. Now she could only taste Kai's lips and she hated it, but she was so far into this that she was addicted to the feeling of an imaginary JungKook loving her again.
Yoona went though YoonGi's phone again, checking his music for anything she could make fun of. Well, she was doing it until a message popped up.
