FORTYFOUR- SENTINEL VS. KNIGHT PART 2

Chanyeol stood up and was surrounded with a dark aura… his silver armor turned into a BLACK ARMOR.

Daesung’s axe pierced through Chanyeol’s back through his chest, his remaining 1% HP increased by 5% instead of decreasing despite of receiving a damage from Daesung’s attack.

“What is happening?” Daesung thought to himself out of shock as he retreated his axe and renewed his attack once again.

Each time Daesung attacks Chanyeol, Borrowed Time converts the damage received to Chanyeol’s life force. The more damage the more life force is being regenerated.

“This is impossible!” Daesung shouted out of frustration as he looked at his leader who was still wearing a smirk looking at him as if challenging him, taunting him as to what he will do now.

Chanyeol slowly stands up from the ground with a dark aura… his gaze was so intense as he looked at Daesung.

Chen who was watching by the bleachers started to shout, laugh, cheer and jump around in joy shouting aloud

“GO GET HIM IMMORTAL KNIGHT!”

Everyone was looking at Chen who was still standing up on the bleachers cheering Chanyeol on.

“Immortal Knight?” Sehun repeated while scratching his head

“Yes, that is what we call him… Uknow Yunho… the IMMORTAL KNIGHT, now I completely remember… my Vice Captain that time… his name is Yunho, the IMMORTAL KNIGHT!” Luhan agreed while nodding

“I see!” Suho nodded still in deep thought looking towards the direction of Chen who was also looking back at him.

Xiumin, Kai and Baekhyun’s jaws drop at the sudden transformation of Chanyeol, their Giant Knight.

Dara was staring at Chen who was staring at Suho, it was as if she was on guard with what was to happen, if in case there is something that will happen between the two.

“What is that skill called?” Bom asked pointing out to Chanyeol's form

“It is called BORROWED TIME” Luhan replied looking at Bom’s confused state

“What is it? What does it do?” Minzy asked tilting her head to the side asking Luhan for some explanation.

“Borrowed Time is a reborn skill of a pure knight… it is activated once the knight dies… it transforms a knight into a black knight… and every damage dealt to him during the activation of the skill is converted into HP, that is why Chanyeol now has full HP… since Daesung attacked him nonstop out of panic.” Luhan pointed out

“But then what can he do now?” Kai asked looking at Chanyeol's transformation

“He can now use the reborn skills that he was saying were useless… he can only use those skills when BORROWED TIME is activated but…” Tao added

“There is always catch!” Xiumin rolled his eyes

“The reason it is named as such… BORROWED TIME… is because it is only for a certain period of time... after that he is back to becoming a regular knight… ahahahahaha!!!” Chen decided to join the conversation breaking the staring contest between him and Suho.

Chanyeol couldn't believe what was happening, he could see the skills that he gained after being reborn was all highlighted, meaning they can be used... he looked at his new set of armor, checking everything out.

He checked out his character information and their he saw his statistics changed... his pure STAMINA was now converted to pure STRENGTH... and he saw his job class changed from KNIGHT... now his class was known as the AVENGER.

He then pulled out his EXCALIBUR and he saw that it, too has changed... it has now become the TAINTED EXCALIBUR

"Ahah! This is something else!" Chanyeol uttered in disbelief seeing his transformation

"Oppa Chanyeol jjang!" Minzy shouted aloud giving a thumbs up while Kai was pouting beside her with his arms crossed

"Does he know the duration of his skill though?" DO thought to himself with his brows furrowed

"Now let's see what this boy can do?" GD uttered in a low voice keeping his eyes peeled for the fight

"Daesungie!!! Focus!!!" Taeyang shouted to which Daesung just winked at him

"Ah... I see... Taeyang is still a worrier..." Tao thought to himself looking at how the BIGBANG members were reacting

WHOA! NOW THE FIGHT IS CHANGING!

WOOHOO! GO GO CHANYEOL! GO GO!

THE UNDERDOG HAS THE UPPERHAND FINALLY!!!

CHANYEOL OPPA! FIGHTING!!!

"I don't care if you change your appearance or whatnot! The outcome will still be the same... me, winning this fight!" Daesung uttered wiping his mouth as he renewed his stance

"Let's see!!! Here I come!!!" Chanyeol uttered as he dashed towards Daesung, brazen and full of determination as he swung his TAINTED EXCALIBUR

Daesung was able to block the first attack using his shield, but then Chanyeol renewed his swing and was able to deal some damage towards Daesung's side as he then tried to push Chanyeol away from him using his axe.

"You know it is pointless to attack and deal me some damage right? I am a tanker... I have a high life force... I can withstand your damages, whatever you give to me I can take it!" Daesung uttered as his axe stopped Chanyeol's sword

"I am stronger than you... I know I can defeat you!" Chanyeol stared into Daesung's eyes with a stern gaze

"Here is a hint... I am also a Knight... and Knights have regeneration skills, don't you ever forget that!" Daesung stated tilting his head back with a laugh.

"I don't know what you are talking about... all I know right now is... I am going to KILL YOU!" Chanyeol stated as he dashed forward once again and swung his sword at Daesung slashing his arm,

"I do not know what this skill is..." Chanyeol then swung his sword once again as she slashed Daesung's leg

"But I feel strong!" Chanyeol then dealt another blow which was blocked by Daesung's shield

"This is the first time I am at an offensive stance... and I am liking it!" Chanyeol stated as he swung his sword overwhelming Daesung making him lose his balance.

"His hits have become stronger than before, I can feel the damage, he has managed to decrease an amount off of my HP... my armor can barely hold his attacks... *sigh, it doesn't matter, I still have high HP as long as I have high HP regeneration I can take it all!" Daesung thought to himself as he tried to stand up while laughing

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Chanyeol was caught off guard by Daesung laughing...

"Why are you laughing... you are degenerating!" Chanyeol pointed out, that was when Daesung noticed that he was not regenerating anymore, although his HP was still high, but still he was not regenerating anymore.

", I need to end this fast! With this fast HP degeneration and his unlimited life... I don't know what to do anymore! I will give my all to this last attack." Daesung thought to himself

"I know what you are thinking... I will put an end to your misery!" Chanyeol answered

Daesung then ran towards Chanyeol charging forward, grabbing his shield from his back

SHIELD BASH

(dashing forward, using his shield to push away the target)

After that attack he retreated his shield to his back and then grabbed his axe and started to spin,

SPINNING BLADE

(a continuous spinning attack with an axe)

He then smashed his axe to the ground leaving it there,

GROUNDBREAK

(smashing the axe on the ground, dealing a massive amount of damge toward the target)

As he grabbed his shield and shoute aloud,

SHIELD BLAST

(using a shield, a massive impact will be emitted from the shield pushing the target away from the caster dealing some heavy damage)

Daesung was out of breath as he used his axe for support trying to look for Chanyeol amidst the dust.

"Heh! No one escapes Daesung's combo attack!" Seungri stated proudly

"Even GD had a taste of that attack and it left him in the dust!" Taeyang added

WHOA! I DON'T THINK ANYBODY COULD ESCAPE THAT KIND OF ATTACK

HE OBLITERATED THE ABSOLUTE KNIGHT!

HE IS ONE POWERFUL SENTINEL!!!

"Where is he? Where is he?" Daesung thought to himself as he scanned for Chanyeol in the dust, as he slowly stood up using his axe for support

After a moment, he saw a shadow standing in front of him

"Believe it... it just happened!" Chanyeol ed his sword at Daesung's abdomen

With Chanyeol's simple attack, Daesung's HP was slowly degenerating and decreased his life force into half.

"Impossible! Impossible!" Daesung stated shaking his head

"I will now put you out of your misery" Chanyeol uttered with gritted teeth

Daesung knelt defeated on the ground looking up at Chanyeol

"Now... let the TAINTED EXCALIBUR taste your blood!" Chanyeol then ed out his sword ready to swing it on Daesung's head...

Chanyeol felt something that made him drop his sword

"Ahhhhh... it's hot! I am burning!" Chanyeol uttered as he held onto his arms

He fell on his knees, once again, he saw scribbles on the ground... this time... it was only one word...

"Awwwww... how fast... too late!" GD pouted as he placed his chin on the palm of his hand looking at the events slowly unfolding

RETRIBUTION

Chanyeol's soul was left in the arena, as an NPC DEATH GOD appeared behind him with his scythe in hand, his voice echoing around...

"NOW YOUR SOUL IS MINE!"

Daesung was seen rolling on the arena with the massive explosion inside the arena. His HP was depleted to nothing, he was done for...

GRIT

(a KNIGHT's skill, leaving the caster with 1% left of HP, to protect an ally)

"Damn! Everything was put to waste!" Chen stated as he slapped his thigh out of frustration

"Such a terrifying skill of a KNIGHT!" Xiumin uttered with mouth wide open

"Close your mouth, flies might decide to reside in there!" CL stated closing Xiumin's gaping mouth

"So that Sentinel guy won! He is the last man standing in there!" Bom pointed out as he saw Chanyeol respawning at the port, with his head hang low.

BORROWED TIME (Passive)- borrowed time given to the caster to exact revenge on the enemy within 1 minute limit

*If the AVENGER is successful in exacting revenge, he will be spared from dying and the reaper will take the target's soul in exchange for the caster's life.

UNDYING (Passive)-absorbs 50% damage converts it to HP

Retribution (Passive) – a destruction of caster's life when there is no time left of his BORROWED TIME, and is automatically activated and will damage the target based on how much HP the undying skill absorbed.

(E.G.) if the Avenger's undying skill absorbs 10,000hp dealt by the attacker and  his borrowed time expires the retribution will activate and the caster will explode along with the target (unblockable)

BLADE OF DEMISE(Passive)- disables any kind of buff the opponent has, reverses the effect of the buff

"Chanyeol-ah! That is alright!" Suho stated patting the towering male's back as he walked towards his guild members with his head bowed down

"You were great out there oppa! Jjang!" Minzy tried to cheer Chanyeol who was still silent

"Sure, you lost and all... but still that was such an awesome skill... AVENGER!" Baekhyun uttered gaining him dagger stares from the other members for his insensitivity.

THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chanyeol screamed at the top of his lungs spreading his arms to the side.
