Kai enters the arena together with the rest of the chosen members as he had an intense staring match with the member from Carnage guild that had his eyes lighting up... they decided to take turns in fighting to watch how the other  fight goes and watch how each and every member moves.

 

 

First was Bom and Top’s fight and the rest were trying to look at each other as to whose fight will go next...

 

 

“*yawn! Ahhhhh!!!” Kai uttered as he sat on the ground lazily watching the first fight going on...

 

 

Kai and Taeyang watched Bom and Top fight as they saw Bom win...

 

 

“Such a disgrace to our brotherhood!" Taeyang uttered as he gritted his teeth

 

 

“Can't help it, she's pretty...” Top smirked as he looked back at Taeyang

 

 

“You know how he is in real life... he is such a playboy...” Seungri added

 

 

“Sorry guys...” Top smiled as he shrugged his shoulders

 

 

“I will show you how it must be done!!!” Taeyang uttered as he looked at Kai’s slouching disposition

 

 

“Take your time... fine by me...I will just sit here and wait...*yawn” Kai waved his hand carelessly

 

 

“You surely don't take this game seriously...” Taeyang looked at Kai with his piercing gaze.

 

 

“Not really...” Kai replied

 

 

“You irritate me!” Taeyang shouted as he pulled out his pistol and aimed it at Kai’s head.

 

 

BANG!!!

 

 

Kai got hit on the head and falls down sideward from his sitting position...

“Whoa! Boss got hit!” Baekhyun stood up from his seat and was taken aback by the turn of events

 

 

“It’s done! He is dead already!” Sehun pointed out seeing Kai’s body lying on his side

 

 

“That was fast!” CL exclaimed with her arms crossed across her chest

 

 

“As expected, I should have just taken his place!” Xiumin stomped his feet after seeing Kai fall sideward

 

 

“Yah! You lazy oaf! Get up! Get your off of the ground!” Suho shouted

The bullet just grazed Kai’s head, it left a shaved trail on his side burn.

 

 

“That almost got me! Maybe I should have let that bullet hit me, so that I can go back and take a nap. That’s a good idea! I should wait for another opportunity!” Kai thought to himself as he stood up and faced Taeyang.

 

 

“HEY YOU! SHOOT ME AGAIN! I won’t dodge it this time!”

 

 

“Don’t let yourself lose this round… or else I’m gonna pull out my support to your guild!” Suho stated pointing a warning finger at Kai

 

 

“Oh c’mon, you can’t be serious?!” Kai’s shoulders dropped at Suho’s statement.

“Someone actually dodged Taeyang’s bullet!” Top uttered in disbelief

 

 

“Hyung, I think you are losing your touch!” Seungri called out as he let out a laugh

 

 

“Shut up!” Taeyang just side glanced Seungri’s side comment

 

 

GD was just grinning ear to ear looking at how the fight will unfold

 

 

“…” Daesung was speechless

“I’m a bit surprised… it’s been awhile since someone has dodged my bullet!” Taeyang stated while cracking his neck side to side

 

 

“Don’t worry, I am surprised myself… you were able to graze me… you are quite a hairstylist!” Kai smirked while running his fingers on his sideburns

 

“I am guessing you have a high dodge rate!” Taeyang’s brow was raised looking at Kai

 

 

“What do you call a pig that does karate?” Kai uttered with his hand in his pocket

 

Taeyang just remained silent looking intently at Kai’s next move

 

 

“Pork chop!!! BWAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH!!!” Kai laughed out loud as it echoed throughout the arena

 

Kai looked at Taeyang’s  nonchalant stance

“He is beginning to get corny!” Minzy uttered referring to Kai’s joke

 

 

“Baekhyun’s corny jokes are rubbing off on him, oh no!” Sehun exclaimed

 

 

“What? My jokes are funny… see Boss even uses it!” Baekhyun stated feeling proud of himself.

 

 

“Your jokes are not that funny!” Top stated looking at Baekhyun who was seated beside Bom

 

“Is it really necessary for you to sit beside me, aren’t we enemies? Shouldn’t you be sitting some place else?” Bom asked timidly looking at Top’s intense stare

 

“Ani… I am going to sit wherever I want to sit!” Top insisted

 

“Noona does not want you sitting next to her…” Sehun stood up looking down at Top

 

“You are not the boss of me!” Top stated

Kai dashed forward as did Taeyang which brought shock to him, he didn’t expect him to meet with him at the center… he was expecting him to run a safe distance away from him

 

“You look shocked! Were you expecting me to be running around?” Taeyang stated with his brow arched

 

“Well, there’s always a first time for everything!” Kai smirked

 

“I’m not your average gunner… I am also an expert in close combat situations, so you better give it your all or this will end in an instant!” Taeyang stated in a warning tone of voice.

 

Taeyang then used his right hand to render an uppercut with the use of his pistol ready to pull the trigger as Kai then used placed his knuckles in front of the barrel of the gun to prevent it from firing.

 

“Try pulling the trigger!” Kai challenged as he was face to face with Taeyang

 

“Don’t worry I will!” Taeyang smiled as his other free hand was going for a hook on Kai’s right side.

 

Kai then deflected the pistol but he was not be able to dodge the bullet that was about to fire, Taeyang pulled the trigger and shot Kai, but the moment he fired the pistol, Kai was not where he was supposed to be, he disappeared right in front of Taeyang’s eyes.

 

REWIND

(a skill of a THIEF that teleports him to where he was 10 seconds ago)

 

“Whew! That was close!” Kai stated wiping his mouth as he looked at Taeyang’s back

 

Taeyang charged once again firing his pistol while punching his way through trying to find an opening as Kai was busy deflecting the bullets by punching it once it was fired.

 

They were all over the place trying to hit and dodge every single blow each fighter throws at them.

 

Taeyang was seen pointing the pistol at Kai who in turn meets the bullets with his knuckles pulverizing it because of the momentum of the bullet being fired from the pistol and Kai’s speed causing the bullet to turn into a powdery metal.

 

Kai did a low kick to Taeyang’s leg which caused him to fall to the ground as Kai tried to punch his face with his knuckles, Taeyang then fired his pistol aiming at Kai’s face which was dodged quickly by Kai as Taeyang rolled on the ground to avoid Kai’s attacks.

 

Taeyang then stood up firing his pistols at Kai aiming for his chest, his knees or any part that would render Kai unable to move, Kai was successful in deflecting and dodging every single bullet fired.

 

After an hour of repetitive attacks and dodging…

 

Taeyang was able to land a hit on Kai’s face with the of his pistol as Kai in turn was able to punch Taeyang on the stomach to which the two stepped away from each other, breathing heavily from the intense fight.

 

“This is nonsense, I keep on firing he keeps on dodging, I need to end this useless fight… I certainly cannot hit his head, I might as well render him unable to move so that he cannot dodge any of my attacks!” Taeyang thought to himself as he was crouched down to the ground looking at Kai who was also doing the same

 

“I can’t forever dodge his attacks… I need to find a way to get closer to him and deal the final blow on him to end this fight!” Kai thought to himself as he stood up seeing Taeyang slowly standing up

 

 

“Thief! Let us end this chase…” after Taeyang uttered those words… he then pointed his pistols up aiming for Kai’s head as Kai’s knuckles were already shielding his head.

 

Taeyang then changed his aim from his head to his legs, as he fired his pistols nonstop with Kai dodging every single bullet. But since the aim was downward, Kai was finding a hard time trying to dodge bullets aimed downward.

 

FOCUSED AIM

(passive skill of a GUNNER, once the gunner fires his weapon nonstop towards a certain target, his accuracy becomes higher, until it reaches 100%, * but if the caster changes his target, the skill resets)

 

 

BANG!!!

 

 

ARGH!!!

 

 

“I got hit! Andwae… I need to bear with this until it comes…” Kai thought to himself as he saw bullets coming at him directed at his legs

 

Kai was hit on the leg, making him unable to dodge and deflect Taeyang’s perfect aim.

“He is surely done for! No one escapes Taeyang’s FOCUSED AIM” Top stated with confidence

 

 

“I can’t see… it’s so dusty… his bullets are creating so much dirt in the air… I can’t see clearly!” Baekhyun stated trying to make out what was happening to his Boss.

IT’S FINISHED! HE LOST!

 

 

 

THE GUNNER WON!

 

 

REALLY? IF HE WON, THEN WHY ISN’T HE CELEBRATING?!

Taeyang continuously fired his pistols at Kai, he saw Kai’s hp slowly deteriorating, until it stopped decreasing.

 

Taeyang was confused and a bit caught off guard… he stopped firing and after the air was cleared off of the dust, he saw Kai sitting in an indian sitting position while wiping his forehead saying…

 

 

“Whew! Just in time.” Kai shook his head after wiping his forehead.

 

PERFECT DODGE

(a passive skill of a THIEF, it will be activated once the caster reaches 10% of his HP, it will boost up his dodge rate to 100% raising also his LUCK to a maximum)

 

 

Taeyang’s eyes widened he was stunned and was unable to move, he was shaking… not out of fear but because out of shock, he thought his eyes were deceiving him because he fired at Kai after he stood up and with his FOCUSED AIM, he was 100% sure he was accurate in hitting Kai, but he saw Kai still charging towards him.

“Ah, it seems, Kai’s PERFECT DODGE also increases his luck… even with Taeyang’s 100% accuracy Kai can still manage to dodge it because out of pure LUCK!!!” Suho explained

 

 

“That lucky B*ST*RD!!!” Xiumin shook his head out of disbelief.

 

 

“But he is not safe from AOE attacks though!” Luhan pointed out

Kai was seen charging at Taeyang as Taeyang saw his bullets as if they were just passing through Kai’s body.

 

 

“Do you know how it feels like to have a bullet hit you?” Kai stated as he punched Taeyang’s knee causing him to kneel on the ground

 

“That… is how painful it is… and here is another one!” Kai uttered as he then used his KNUCKLE WEAPON, to give a blow to Taeyang as he continuously attack him, punching him in different parts of his body.

 

Kai knew what a GUNNER’s built was… they are not tankers, they are not hitters they are range players with high accuracy rate, so once you get close to them and you render a fatal blow they are done for.

 

Kai then gave it all he has got as he charged with an uppercut, sending Taeyang flying across the arena.

 

“YEAH! FOR THE WIN!” Kai shouted with his fist still up in the air giving a peace sign.

WHOA! THAT WAS AWESOME!

 

 

YAY!

 

 

WHAT A GREAT FIGHT!

“Hyung… I need a raise!” Kai stated referring to Suho’s donation to his guild.

 

“Really now? Then make sure you really win this round… cause he is still alive!” Suho pointed out as he saw Taeyang’s body still in the arena, meaning he is not defeated yet

 

“Aw… c’mon…” Kai whined as he slumped his shoulders turning around seeing Taeyang’s defeated body lying in the arena.

 

Kai was so sure that Taeyang was a goner, he didn’t expect that his last attack would leave Taeyang with only 1% left of his hp, giving him one last chance for one more attack.

“So… he has finally accepted his defeat… he is using that skill…” GD stated looking at Taeyang’s stance

 

 

Taeyang looked at Kai with resolve as he uttered…

 

 

DESPERADO

(a final skill of a GUNNER, which allows the gunner to surround himself with mines and grenades and allows him one last burst of ammo using an UZI… this skill is a kamikaze skill which also renders the caster dead… a last resort for a GUNNER)

 

After casting the skill, Taeyang was seen standing with his arms crossed in front of him, he was seen holding an UZI in both hands and on each of his fingers were grenades with its rings ready to be pulled out, and unknown to Kai, Taeyang was being surrounded with land mines ready to explode once in contact.

 

 

“An ultimate skill! All I need is a clear shot… and he is down… just one simple punch will do… I need to get near him, my Perfect Dodge can’t help me now, my hp has reached 11%...all I can do now is just rely on my dodge skills…seems like his 100% accuracy is gone… just one clear shot is all I need!”  Kai thought to himself as he dodged the incoming bullets that were being fired from the UZI which was aimed at no one, Taeyang was already going crazy, he was just firing his weapon everywhere, not minding where it was pointed.

 

Kai was running a straight path towards Taeyang, while Taeyang was slowly screaming out, resorting to his last weapon, which he hasn’t used in a long time… he was firing his weapon while turning around, firing random bullets everywhere which was very difficult for Kai to dodge since it wasn’t necessarily aimed at him.

 

Kai was hit in the shoulder, but still he persisted on running towards Taeyang’s crazy attack, grenades were exploding one by one behind him at his sides which dealt damage to him as well, still he continued running towards his target.

 

Kai was successful in getting near Taeyang who stopped moving when he saw Kai being able to get close to him…

 

 

“This is it… I win.” Kai smirked ing his KNUCKLE and punching Taeyang in the face

 

 

“If I am not going to win… then you don’t get to win as well!” Taeyang stated receiving the punch

 

Kai was able to land a hit on Taeyang but he did not know that to be able to do so means he has already stepped on one of his mines…

 

He also did not escape defeat.

 

After awhile Taeyang was seen emerging from the RESURRECTION PORT of the arena, meaning Taeyang died inside the arena…

“I am never going to fight like that ever… aish!” Kai uttered as he slumped down and lied on the ground with his arms stretched.
