EXOTIC BLACK is a virtual world created

and patterned as an online game.

 

It is a fantasy-based community with

 dragons, unicorns, phoenix, mercreatures,

vampires, wolves and all the creatures you

can think of. Your job class defines who you

 are and what you would like to become. You

 can choose a job from a wide array of job

 classes. From the basic knights, archers,

traders, magician, to the complex…

samurai, ninja, etc.

 

The TOWN is where all business transaction

 and parties are formed. It is also where they

gather and search for quests. There are

 certain quests that require a certain level

 of a player. There are high level players that

goes for difficult high priority quests and

one of them is Suho.

 

 

Suho, is a TRADER by profession,

he buys and sells all sorts of things,

name it he has got it.

 

 

A TRADER, always travels with a huge animal…

the bigger your animal is the higher your

level must be. So since Suho has already

reached his maximum level as a TRADER,

his caravan is being carried by a mammoth,

a huge caravan means plenty of RAIDERS

on his tail, which means you must also be

rich to hire high level players to protect

you on your journey. Suho was a known

TRADER and a rich one at that. If you

mention his name everyone has a say

about him, at how he pays very handsomely

and all of his trade journeys were a success…

he has never been robbed off of his caravan because he can pay the most elite players to guard his caravan. Plus having a mammoth as your carrier helps as well, since it also

 engages in a fight when needed.

 

 

Suho was checking his stocks in his caravan

 he encountered one book which was about

 rare amenities to enhance and empower

 weapons… and one of the 12 listed precious

 items was the DRAGON'S CLAW, it's an

enhancer of weapons and armors,

it increases the toughness of the weapon

 and armor and makes it unbreakable.

 

 

So he went inside the QUEST OFFICE

to search for a quest for the DRAGON CLAW.

It took him the whole day to search for

the quest, which was buried underneath

 a ton of other quests located at the back

room of the office. After obtaining the

said quest, he stationed himself just

outside the QUEST OFFICE to look for

players to join him on his quest.

 

 

He placed a placard on top of his small

tent and written on it was this sign…

 

 

I AM RICH AND I WILL PAY YOU

HANDSOMELY… DRAGON'S CLAW QUEST…

 

 

A thick crowd was at the plaza searching

for quests they can do, a lot were just

passing by Suho's station, the I AM RICH

part was very enticing, but once they see

what quest it was they just go to the next

quest at hand.

 

 

"You might be rich! But you are mighty

stupid! There is a reason that, that quest

 is buried back at the Back Room, no one

dares take it because everyone knows it's

just a suicide quest! No one has been

back after taking that quest!" one towering

player stood in front of Suho's station

 laughing at Suho.

 

 

"I need it and if you are not up for it then

 just walk away… I don't need your opinion!"

Suho waved his hand away obviously hurt

by the comment

 

 

"But, I am also in need of DRAGON'S SCALES

for my armor… so, maybe, if you gather

enough party members, I will join you then!"

the tall guy sat on the ground just beside

Suho's tent and waited for any other quest

takers.

 

 

"What's your name?" the tall guy asked

looking at Suho who was so bored waiting

 for other quest takers.

 

 

"I am Suho, a TRADER, and you?"

 

 

"Whoa! You are the legendary trader?!

Waaaaahhhh, I am in luck then! I am

Chanyeol, your KNIGHT in shining armor!"

 

 

"More like KNIGHT with shining teeth! Tch!"

Suho uttered under his breath

 

 

 

"Mworago?! You should be thankful,

someone is willing to go with you…

you gramps! If you weren't that popular

I wouldn't agree to go with you!" Chanyeol

smirked trying to irritate Suho even more.

 

 

"Well the door is open… you can always

walk out of the quest!" Suho challenged.

 

 

Suho is famous for having the rarest items,

for food, enhancing weapons, added abilities

and other rare items that can help

throughout the game. He is known for going

after difficult and rare quests, and since

 he is at the highest level of being a TRADER,

he can take any quest and go after it.

 

 

The quest he has is the DRAGON CLAW quest,

which means you need to slay the DRAGON first…

and to be able to do that, you must be a high level

player to partake in the quest.

 

 

Only a handful of players have reached

the maximum level of their certain jobs,

and those are the ones that can take on

quests like these.

 

 

"I'd gladly take that quest with you!" a

voice uttered in front of the two

bickering players.

 

 

The two then stared at a petite woman

with piercing, determined gaze and a

commanding tone, behind her was an

axe as tall as her.

 

 

"I don't think you can handle such a

 feat missy!" Chanyeol uttered as he

circled the woman with her arms crossed

 in front of her.

 

 

Chanyeol saw a shining thing infused

with the woman's axe which brought

delight and wonder to him as he jumped

in excitement

 

 

"Whoa! You finished the Quest for the

Elixir! Wahhhhh! That's a hard quest

for a solo player… and you managed

to get it all by yourself?!" Chanyeol asked

as he marvelled at the shining thing

located at the handle of the axe.

 

 

The woman just nodded and asked

 

 

"So… am I in or not?"

 

 

"What's in it for you?" Chanyeol asked

interrogating the woman

 

 

"Yah! I am the Quest taker here… I

 should ask the questions! What do you

want in turn? Like this lanky tall guy here

wants the scales, what do you want?"

Suho asked

 

 

"The LAST HIT! I want the title of the

DRAGON SLAYER… so no one will belittle

me despite my built!" the woman replied

with much determination.

 

 

"Done! I am Suho and you are?"

 

 

"CL… JUGGERNAUT, by profession"

 

 

"CL… welcome to the quest!" Suho

smiled and shook hands with her.

 

 

The sun was about to set and Suho

has only gathered Chanyeol and CL as

quest takers… the group was about to

head to the nearest restaurant to eat when

 a hooded person approached them and

 stated.

 

 

"I'll go with you."

 

 

 

"M-may I kn-know… why?" Suho stuttered

 as he hesitantly stepped in front of the two.

 

 

"I have my reasons…" the person uttered.

 

 

"What are those reasons then?" Chanyeol

bravely asked when the hooded person

shifted his/her attention towards him he

 stepped back and his hand was on his

shield in an instant.

 

 

"I can't bare to see you undergo such a

suicide mission… I can help you… and

besides… if you DO die… I can take your

souls and use it as one of my summons…

you three are mighty strong for your

professions!"

 

 

The three of them looked at the hooded

 person in shock, despite the creepy aura

 Suho still agreed to let him/her in the

party, much to the protest of Chanyeol and

CL.

 

 

"What's your name?" Suho asked as CL

just crossed her arms still looking at the

hooded person trying to figure him/her out,

he/she hasn't showed his/her face to them

 and CL was abit cautious about it.

 

 

"Y-you can call m-me…Espi… I am a warlock."

 

 

"Nice to meet you Espi… I am Suho… the

 quest taker, TRADER by profession."

 

 

"Chanyeol, a KNIGHT… nice to meet you

BRO!" Chanyeol fist pumped with Espi

which took him by surprise, Chanyeol

was towering over him.

 

 

"I am CL a JUGGERNAUT." CL uttered icily

 with her brow arched.

 

 

"It looks like CL is our muse!" Chanyeol

 uttered as the group then headed for the

 nearest tavern to eat.

 

 

Once the four were inside the tavern…

Chanyeol ordered a huge heap of food to

stuff himself.

 

 

"What?! I am a Knight… I need the strength!"

Chanyeol stated defensively as he

munched his way through the meal.

 

 

"I am suddenly not hungry anymore!" CL

rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms

seated in front of Chanyeol eating like a

monster.

 

 

"ARE you not going to eat?" Suho asked as

 he nudged Espi who was sitting across

from him.

 

 

"He ate my portion!" Espi pointed an

accusing finger on Chanyeol who was

stuffing himself with chicken.

 

 

"It's not my fault you were too slow!" Chanyeol

stated as he continued to munch.

 

 

Espi was slowly brewing a dark cloud

on top of Chanyeol trying to cast some

spell on him until Suho stopped him and

 shook his head at him.

 

 

Suho invited his new party for a drink,

so that they can get to know each other…

alcohol helps him loosen up and it helps

 him see the true side of his quest members…

Chanyeol was still loud when drunk, CL was

indifferent… and Espi was still hooded and

cloaked and was quiet. Suho was throwing up

here and there that night but he was sure that

the members he recruited would help him with

his quest.
