Yuri was in the Music room, attending the meeting of the Music Club after the class ended. Although she hadn’t been playing piano for a few months already, she still attended the theory classes as well as the practical classes. Even she couldn’t play, she silently observed other people’s playing to improve her skill. Besides, she would also teach the juniors every skill that she had mastered. She had been the favorite teacher among the juniors due to her out-going and fun personality.

The meeting had ended and she put her things into the bag. She was on the way to go out from the Music room and then, she realized there was someone waiting for her. She smiled immediately seeing the warm smile from that person.

She took a few steps, approaching him. “What are you doing here, Mr. Choi Minho-sshi?”

“I’m waiting for Mrs. Choi. Do you maybe know her?”

“Oh, Mrs. Choi?” Yuri went along with his joke. “It sounds familiar to me but I couldn’t bring myself to remember her.”

He pulled her closer by hand and when she was close enough, he rested his arm around her shoulder. “Then, would you like to take her place, pretty girl?” He asked flirtingly.

“Well… not bad.” Then, they both laughed along.

A few juniors passed by them and saw their sweet affection. “Sunbae, is he your boyfriend?”

“Wow, he’s so handsome!”

“You two look good together!”

The praise from them only could make Yuri and Minho smiled shyly especially Yuri.

“But, what are you doing here? Do you have basketball practice too today?” Yuri asked him.

“No.” He shook his head. She raised her eyebrows, being confused. “I was waiting for you of course.” Although he couldn’t read her expression, he knew his words didn’t make her happy. “Why? Aren’t you glad to see me?”

“No, of course not. But, do you have to wait for me? It’s just…”

“Ssshh…” He put her index finger on her lips. “Don’t worry because I want it. Every second that I was waiting for you, I already felt happy. I miss you so much!” She finally smiled. “Let’s go!” They walked side by side while linking arm. He turned to look at her. “How’s your hand?” He never missed even once to ask the condition of her injured hand every time they met.

“I’m really fine now, even the scar had already gone.” She showed him her hand to prove what she said.

“That’s good.” He said as he observed carefully her hand.

Yuri read his expression. “Hang on.” She held his arm to face him. “Are you still guilty?” Though he didn’t reply, she understood through his expression. She cupped his face. “Aigoo~”She shook his head gently. “It’s a past, so just let it go okay? I never blame you for this injury.” She looked into his eyes to make him agree.

He forced a smile. “Really… thank you so much…” He sighed as he gave her a loving stare. Somehow, when she being this kind, it made he wondered if he deserved to get her. Nevertheless, he didn’t have a thought to separate from her, he would love her more and more everyday so that he really deserved to be with her.

“What is there to be thanked between lovers?”

“Then… I love you!” He exclaimed. His sudden sweet confession made her smiled brightly. “Oh, ho~ is that what you want to hear? I love you, I love you, I love you Kwon Yuri!” She giggled cutely and that made him smiled widely.

Their sweet interaction was interrupted by a phone call of Minho’s cell phone.

He picked it up. “Yes, mom?”

“Where are you now?”

“At school. Why?”

“Can I see you now? I want to discuss about something and this is so important.”

“Now? Well…” Minho looked at Yuri who also heard their conversation.

“It’s okay.” She mouthed as she asked him to agree with his mother’s request.

“Alright, mom. I’ll be there soon.” He ended the call. He stopped walking and faced Yuri. He looked at her with sad face.

“Don’t worry, I don’t mind at all.” She gave a bright smile to show she meant it.

He held both of her hands. “I still miss you. We just see each other.”

“Aigoo~” She pinched his cheek softly. “We already almost see each other every day.”

“But… today, we just met for a while.”

“Then…” She was silent for a while before continuing, “…this weekend, I promise to spend time with you. I won’t do any extra class with my juniors.” She referred the extra classes of playing piano that she would do occasionally during weekend due to their request.

He finally showed a smile and they made pinky promise. “Then, I’m off…” He said as he slowly let go of her hands. She nodded. He turned around and made a few steps before stopping. He turned around again, facing her. She raised her eyebrows.

She smiled as she saw him coming closer. “Why? Did you forget something?”

“Hm…” He nodded and pouted his lips as he closed his eyes, being ready. She chuckled for his cute request of kiss. She cupped his face and drew her face closer to his before giving a peck on his lips.

He smiled in satisfaction. This time, he held her hand again. “Why~?” She asked cutely while swinging her hand which was held by Minho.

“I love you…” He said once again before kissing her hand sincerely.

She smiled widely. “Hurry up, go now. Your mother must be waiting for you.”

He slowly let go of her hand. “Then, I’m off.” He took a few steps backward, still facing her.

“Yes, bye! See you!” She waved her hand in the air. She waited until he disappeared from the sight.

Minho entered his family’s villa where the maids were welcoming him in. “Hello, young master.” All of them bowed to him.

Minho smiled. “Where is my mom?”

“She is in the living room with your uncle as well.”

“My uncle too?” Minho couldn’t deny that he was shocked to meet Taeyeon’s father too. He could guess that his mother wanted to discuss something related to company matters.

He headed to the living room where he saw his mother was talking to Taeyeon’s father. He greeted them brightly. “Hi, mom, uncle!” He took a seat beside his mother.

“Oh, Minho!” Taeyeon’s father gave a warm smile to him.

“How’s auntie?” Minho asked, referring to Taeyeon’s mother.

“She’s fine. She has been very excited after getting the news of Wooyoung’s proposal to Taeyeon. She can’t wait to see their wedding.”

Minho chuckled. “Anyways…” He looked at his mother. “What mom wants to talk to me? It is concerning to our company?”

“You are already aware that our company isn’t financially stable like before, right?” His mother started opening their topic carefully.

“Yes, I know.” Familiarizing himself with the management of their company, he knew what was going on with the things in the company. “We have a lot of debt but… I thought we are doing efforts to get a new big project.”

“Unfortunately, our proposal has been rejected, so we fail to get that project.”

“Really?!” Minho looked very shocked especially he himself had looked the latest financial documents of the company last week.

“We have asked them to evaluate again when we prepare our new proposal but they stick to the same decision.” Taeyeon’s father added.

“So, what we are supposed to do now?” Minho asked, looking at his mother and uncle.

“I have visited a few banks this morning…” His uncle was silent for a while before continuing, “… since we have a lot of debt already…” He just ended his sentence by shaking his head.

“Then, it’s really no other way to save our company? It’s really the end?” Minho still looked in disbelief since he felt everything just happened to fast. He never thought his family’s company will suffer this huge crisis.

“Actually… there is only a way…” His mother suddenly said.

“What it is?!”

“For you to get married with the daughter of other company.” Her mother explained carefully so that he won’t be too shocked.

“What?!” Minho asked in disbelief. “M… me?!”

“I know it’s hard for you but…”

“Mom, it can’t be. I don’t want to go through that kind of wedding arrangement. Besides, I already have girlfriend.” He immediately rejected the suggestion firmly even telling his mother for the first time about him having a girlfriend already.

“You… have a girlfriend?” His mother looked quite shocked to find out the fact.

“I think it’s impossible he doesn’t have girlfriend.” Taeyeon’s father added, feeling sad and bad too for Minho about this thing. He had to sacrifice his love to save his family.

 “But, Minho… this is really important… it’s the only way for us to save the company. Can you break up with her?”

“Mom, I can’t do that. I… I really can’t do that. That girl is really important to me as much as my life. I can’t live without her.”

“Minho, listen to me…”

“No, mom. I will do anything what you want but breaking up with her, it’s just no, I will never do it. It’s not going to happen.” Minho kept being firm with his decision.

“So, you want to destroy our company?! You want to be reason of our company’s bankruptcy?! You really want to be responsible for that?!” Minho’s mother couldn’t stand anymore as she lost her temper due to Minho’s stubbornness.

“Noona, hang on, hang on!” Taeyeon’s father calmed her. “Let’s give him a time to think. He must be too shocked when you asked him to marry someone that he doesn’t even know.”

“Uncle, it’s not about that but I…”

“See, he is the one who is too stubborn!” Her mother raised her voice. She took a few deep breathes while trying to calm down herself. “Ah, my head…” She held her head.

“We should continue discussion later, we aren’t going to solve anything in this situation.” Taeyeon’s father immediately stopped to avoid the worse situation. “Minho, you should go. Please think carefully what your mother just said.”

Minho sighed before he stood up. “Then, I’m off.” He slightly bowed his body before leaving in dissatisfaction.

It was the recess time. When everyone was preparing to go to the café, Minho immediately got up like he had urgent matter to attend.

“Where are you going?” Taecyeon asked him who seemed in rush.

“You guys eat first without me. Yuri’s waiting for me. I’ve to go now.” He quickly went out from the class and soon disappeared from the sight.

“Aigoo, is there any need to rush like that? Must be nice to have someone waiting.” Taecyeon somehow sounded jealous.

“You should find someone too!” Nickhun advised while tapping Taecyeon’s shoulder.

“You know, a lot of girls waiting for me!” Taecyeon responded proudly.

“Then, what’s the problem?” Nickhun asked. Taecyeon just smiled without any answer. “You still have feelings left for Yuri?” He guessed.

Taecyeon’s expression slightly changed which somehow could become the answer for Nickhun’s question. “Well… I can’t deny that completely…”

“Really?!” Nickhun asked in shock, not expecting his guess would be right.

“I’m not hoping anything, it’s just my own feeling… I just think of her as friends now. But, don’t tell Minho, I would be dead in his hand…”

“Yeah, I can imagine every time you’re close to Yuri, he must be a jealous like crazy.”

Meanwhile, Minho was on the way to the Music room like Yuri had asked him to meet her. He arrived there and opened the door. He entered and as expected, it was empty since it was during recess time, café would be occupied by the students.

Then, he spotted Yuri on the chair near the piano. He smiled widely with just a sight of her. He slowly came closer to her from behind before shocking her with a tight back-hug.

She did get shocked by that. “Yah, you shocked me!” She put her hand on his hand which wrapping around her.

He kissed her cheek before letting her go and sat beside her. “You said you want to show me something, what it is?”

“This…” She pointed the piano in front of them.

“Huh?” He didn’t understand what she wanted to say.

She didn’t explain anything further and just started playing piano. Minho’s jaw dropped as he looked so happy that she was playing the piano wonderfully. It seemed like her hand had gotten recovered completely now. She could control the movement of her hand like before.

“Y… you can play piano now?” He asked happily but was still in disbelief, it just felt like a dream.

She nodded with a smile on her face while still focusing on playing the piano. He grinned after she herself confirmed it. He immediately hugged her tightly which stopped her playing. “It’s a relief, it’s really a relief, I’m so thankful. Thank you, I’m so happy for you.”

Yuri smiled in his embrace. She pushed him gently to look at his face. His eyes looked teary. “Why?” She slightly looked shocked. She cupped his face and stared at him with concerned face.

He put his hand on hers. “No, nothing…” He shook his head and smiled. “I’m just happy so much for you. I have been waiting for this day, the day you will play the piano, in front of me again. Just seeing your smile like this makes me feel so happy.”

She went into his embrace to give him a hug. “You are the one that gives me strength to get recovered faster. Thank you so much for always being by my side.”

He gently her hair with a bitter smile on his face. He suddenly got reminded of the last conversation with his mother asking him to break up with her and getting married to other unknown girl. He won’t leave Yuri, and that’s for sure but it was so frustrating to him that he couldn’t find a way yet to solve the problem without having to choose between the girl he loved and his family.

Suddenly, Minho’s cell phone rang which he had to let her go. He took out it from his pocket and took a look at the caller’s name. His expression slightly changed. He lifted his head up and looked at her. “Hang on, I’ll pick up the call.”

She didn’t expect that it was a personal call that even she couldn’t hear it but she didn’t think it too much and just nodded.

He got up and as he walked out from the Music room, he picked up the call. “Yes, mom.”

“Do you have free time on the night of Sunday?”

“Why?”

“Nevertheless, since I already made the reservation on that night, you should attend. Please make sure you’re on that time. I don’t want any problem later.”

“Mom, may I know what it’s all about first?” Minho seemed confused with his mother’s sudden request.

“It’s a meeting between our family and that girl’s family. You will get to know her first.”

Minho took a long deep breath before he said firmly. “But, mom, I told you, I won’t agree this marriage arrangement.”

“Minho, please. I’m begging you. It’s the only way to save our family. If you won’t do this, everything…”

“But, I can’t sacrifice my own happiness…”

“Minho, just think carefully about this. I’ve give you time. However, I really hope you will attend the dinner this Sunday, please don’t disappoint me.” She ended the call.

Minho looked really depressed and frustrated. However, he didn’t realize Yuri who stayed close to the door had heard everything.

Minho and Yuri were preparing their own needed things for the activity that they had planned for today. As promised a few days ago, instead of going to school, doing classes for juniors, Yuri wanted to spend time with him. They decided to do the active activity which was camping.

The weather was very good, making it perfect for a fun activity like this. After being busy with daily activities, it was so nice to be around nature, feeling so calm and peaceful. Especially living in the busy city, the green surrounding of trees and grasses was such a pleasure to the eyes.

They walked around the camp site, observing the situation first. Then, Minho found a suitable spot to build their tent. “How about here?” He asked her opinion.

“It’s great!” Yuri agreed. “We can see the sunrise clearly later.” It was such a perfect spot since there was no big tree blocking the view of the sky.

“Then, you wait here. I’ll be back later.” Minho suddenly asked he already was taking steps backwards, increasing their distance.

“Where are you going?!” She half-shouted since he was already far.

“Don’t go anywhere! Stay there, I’ll be back!” He replied and then, he turned around and continued walking away until he disappeared from the sight.

She walked around there as she glanced at the direction where he disappeared a few times. He still didn’t come until a few minutes but this time, he brought along their things that they had prepared for the camping.

She looked quite shocked but chuckled later that he left her alone there to move their things from the car. Seeing him was struggling to bring many things, she immediately rushed to lend hand. “Yah~ you have told me to get the things!”

He didn’t let her to help. “I don’t want you to carry these heavy things…” He had to paused to take a breath before continuing, showing his tiredness. “You are just able to play piano a while ago, you must be careful.”

“Aigoo, this guy is really…” She rolled her eyes in disbelief. “Alright, let’s see how you can handle it.” She folded her arms and just observing him, trying to make fun of him.

Not too long after, he dropped a thing. “Oh!”

She laughed at him. “See! You can’t do it by yourself alone!” She said proudly seeing his immature careless consideration to her. She was about to take the thing that he dropped.

However, he stopped her. “Hang on! Don’t touch it, I can do it!” He said confidently. She just let him do what he wanted. He carefully squatted down to take the thing on the ground. It didn’t happen like he wanted as he dropped another thing in the process.

He looked at Yuri in embarrassment. She bit her lips to hold her laughter but having eye-contact with him make her finally burst into laughter. She came closer to him. “I appreciate your consideration but this is not it.” She patted his cheek playfully before taking the two things that Minho had dropped.

She walked to the spot that they chose before, Minho feeling embarrassed, he just obediently followed her behind.

Then, they built the tent together which Minho mostly did the hard work and Yuri could helped a little after many times persuading him and also him giving up in refusing her help since he took a long time but he was still unable to finish building it.

Finally, after an hour, they finished building their tent. Yuri sat on the mat and then, Minho came and he just lied down and placed his head on her lap. “Ah, so tired~”

She placed her hand on his shoulder. His face was covered by sweat and she wiped it.  He stared at her lovingly and she smiled while caressing his hair. “What are we going to do after this?”

“I heard there is a beautiful river at the hill behind us. Do you want to go there?”

“Yes, sure.” She replied excitedly.

“But, before that, can I rest for a while?” He made puppy face.

She cupped his face and shook his head lightly and playfully. “Who was the one that wanted to build the tent alone?”

“I’m sorry.” He suddenly apologized. “I can’t be a reliable boyfriend for you.”

Yuri’s expression changed as it wasn’t the response she would ever expect from him. “Yah! It isn’t about that which I want to point out!” She hit his shoulder. “I meant, we should do everything together.”

“I just want you to be careful about your hand. It was just recovered.”

She shocked him with a kiss on his lips. He looked at her while blinking his eyes faster with a wide smile on his face. “I appreciate it but you don’t have to be worried about that again, ok? I can use my hand like before.”

“Why I have become such a silly guy when I am with you?” He was referring that he really wanted to show that she could depend on him for everything but somehow, he really did a lot of mistakes today.

“Because you are in love with me like crazy!”

He grinned and immediately got up to sit beside her. “Then, how about you? How much deep is your love?”

“Well… it’s not deep like yours…” She purposely acted hard to get while showing her cool expression.

“Really?” He tickled her waist.

“Minho!” She tried to stop him but failed as he continued tickling her until she had to lie down on the mat. Being a ticklish person, she couldn’t stand it and laughed wholeheartedly.

He eventually lied down too beside her. They looked at each other and laughed happily. Minho offered his arm as a pillow to Yuri.

They stared at the blue sky, enjoying the beautiful scenery accompanied by the chirping of birds and crickets. Minho was silent and he seemed worried about something. Yuri was aware of it.

She observed him silently before having courage to ask. “What are you thinking about? Do you have any problem?”

“Oh?” He was quite surprised of Yuri’s question. “No, nothing.” He forced a smile. Actually, when he spent time happily with Yuri like this, he suddenly got reminded of her mother’s request to save the company. He was afraid that these happy moments with Yuri would only become the memories that he could treasure.

“Do you have something to tell me?” She continued asking.

“No. Why?” He looked into her eyes. “Am I supposed to tell you something?” He was scared that in case she might already find out about his marriage arrangement.

She shook her head while smiling. “I’m just asking since it seemed like something bothering your minds.”

“I’m just thinking about the upcoming basketball match, nothing much. Don’t worry.” He lied to make her feel better.

“My boyfriend is the best, why are you still concerned about that?” She touched his cheek. “You are the ace! I’m sure you will win.” She said confidently to give him support.

“Thanks.” He caressed her hair and gave a kiss on her forehead. He pulled her closer into his embrace. They both took a short nap under the shady tree.

In the evening, they went to hiking the hill which was not far from the location of their campsite. As time went by, it seemed steeper as they seemed like getting more and more out of breath. Despite both of them being so active, this activity was still difficult for them.

Minho looked at Yuri who followed him behind. “Are you okay?” He reached out.

She took his hand and stood beside him after being pulled by him at the steep ground. “I’m fine.” She smiled. He took out the small towel from the bag that he carried and wiped the sweat off her face. She just smiled widely letting him do it. “Thanks.”

“I must not let this pretty face be covered by sweat.”

“Oh, seriously~” She made her eyes smaller, cringing at his mushy words.

He grinned for her reaction. “Ah, do you bring along your medicine?” He referred the spray that Yuri had to use when she got her asthma attack.

“I did but I leave it in our tent.”

“What?!” He asked in disbelief and frowned. “How can you be so careless? What if you get the attack here?! Do you have to make me worried like this?!” He started nagging her like an old woman.

“I just leave it there.” She defended herself while pouting her lips cutely. She shook his arm while acting cute to reduce his anger.

“Alright~” He eventually gave in to her. “It’s a relief since you haven’t gotten the attack so long, right?” From her expression, he knew she couldn’t give the answer that he hoped to hear. “Why? When last you got the attack?” He became serious again.

She hesitantly said, “I think… last week…”

“What?!” He really looked angry this time since she didn’t inform him at all. “Why didn’t you tell me?”

“Aigoo!” She hit his arm lightly. “Do I have to report to you everything happened to me, Choi Minho-sshi?”

“Of course! It concerned your health! You know, how worried I would be?!”

“That’s why I didn’t tell you. You would be worried for nothing.” She explained further after seeing his unsatisfied face. “I was at home at that time and you had basketball practice. I just had a slight breathing difficulty and soon, I just recovered completely after using my medicine. Besides, the girls were with me too.”

“But, still… You should have told me something after that. I don’t like to know something happened to my girlfriend through someone else especially concerning your health.”

She smiled, showing understanding for his extreme concern. “Alright, next time I’ll make sure to let you know first before others. Ok, now?” She persuaded him, hoping he won’t be in bad mood anymore.

He still didn’t show reaction she expected for. So, she kissed his cheek to cheer him up. He smiled a bit before he was the one initiating another 2 more kisses but this time, on lips.

She looked quite shocked. “Aigoo~ you’re so greedy!”

He grinned like a small kid. He wasn’t angry anymore.

As they were having serious conversation, they weren’t aware the fact that the river that they had been waiting to see, was in front of them.

“Minho, look!” Yuri pointed toward the river excitedly.

They both came closer to the river and squatted down. The water was so clear as crystal that they could see clearly the bottom of the river. In fact, they also could see the fishes swimming freely in that transparent water.

Yuri dipped her hand into the air to test the temperature. “Ah, so cold~” She immediately pulled her hand away. Minho suddenly became playful, splashing water towards Yuri. “Argh!” She blocked it with her hand.

“It’s refreshing, isn’t it?” He chuckled happily like a mischievous kid.

“Oh, it’s refreshing?!” She asked in disbelief while giving him a death glare. “Choi Minho, come here! You’re dead!”

He was about to run away from her but he slipped. That caused him to lose balance and fell into the river.

Yuri was quite shocked but she laughed at him later. “How was it? Does it feel refreshing like you said?” It was her turn to .

He was completely wet. The water wasn’t that deep, it just reached his chest. He didn’t give any response and from his expression, he looked rather mad.

As she was already squatting down, she walked closer to the river like a duck. “Are you okay?” She asked cutely. “Come here.” She reached out, waiting for him at the river bank.

He came closer to the river bank without any words. She just smiled silently, observing him approaching her. He took her hand. Instead of Yuri pulling him up, he was the one pulling her down.

“Arrgghhh!” She also fell into the river and got completely wet. Minho laughed happily like a kid who just got his revenge. “Yah, Choi Minho! What did you just do?!” She shouted.

“It’s fun, isn’t it?” He asked happily.

She splashed water towards him strongly and he returned it to her too. They both kept splashing water towards each other strongly while showing their own competitiveness.

Minho turned around and now he had his back on her. Then, he continued splashing water towards Yuri like crazy. This way, he could avoid getting splashed by water on face.

Yuri finally lost after Minho’s strategic plan. She kept getting splashed on face continuously and didn’t have chance to fight back. “Yah, it’s enough!!” She shouted to make him stop.

He eventually stopped and turned around, facing her with a smile on his face. He was satisfied with his victory. Then, he just realized of her condition. “Are you okay?” He rushed to her whose messy hair even covered her face.

“Yah, you’re too much! You should’ve been easy on me!” She whined cutely while still trying getting a hold of herself.

He chuckled while saying apologetically, “I’m sorry.” He helped her correcting her hair. “I think I got myself used to be competitive too much whenever I competed with someone.”

“But, still… I’m your girlfriend!” She pouted her lips.

“Alright, alright, I’m really sorry.” He apologized with puppy eyes which soon made Yuri smiled. He smiled widely seeing her reaction. He tucked her hair behind her ear. He pulled her in for a hug.

She wrapped her arms around his back but a moment later, the blissful smile on her face changed to the mischievous one. All of a sudden, she bit his shoulder strongly.

“Ouch!” He exclaimed and immediately let her go. “Yuri-ah, it hurts!” He held his shoulder, at the part he got bitten. “Since when, you can bite like this?”He looked at her in shock and confusion at the same time.

“That’s my revenge!” She pointed at him with a satisfied smile on her face.

“What?!” He widened his eyes and bit his lower lips. She got scared and tried to run away from him. “Come here!” He immediately went after her and finally got to catch her in his embrace.

“Argh~” He lifted her up and spun around. She unconsciously wrapped her hands around his neck, being scared of getting fall. They both laughed in happiness.

He eventually put her down. He held her shoulders while facing her. “You should be punished for your action just now.”

“Then, how are you going to punish me?” She raised her eyebrows playfully.

He suddenly attacked her with a lot of kisses on her cheeks, forehead and lips.

“Minho!” She tried to avoid a bit due to the shock of his quick unexpected action but failed with his unstoppable attack of kisses. She laughed happily.

Even the way of going down hill wasn’t that tiring compared to going up, it was still difficult for Minho and Yuri. Their clothes were all wet and it felt heavier. They had also to be extra careful with their quite slippery shoes.

Minho took a glance at Yuri. She seemed cold as she was hugging herself to feel better. He took off his jacket silently and put it on her.

“Oh?” She looked at him. “What’s about you?” She took off his jacket to return to him. “Just wear it back. I’m fine.”

He stopped her. “No, no. I don’t feel cold. I don’t want you to get sick.” He helped her putting on back his jacket.

“But, I don’t want you to get sick too.”

“It’s okay. I’m really fine. Don’t you know I’m stronger than you?” He folded his arms, showing his biceps.

“Ceh!” She rolled her eyes while chuckling at his childish way to show he’s stronger.

They continued walking and then arrived at the steep place. Minho got down first while holding against the nearest tree. He reached out and Yuri took his hand, getting down carefully with his help.

The sky seemed darker than before. The day was going to turn into night soon. They had to hurry their steps. Otherwise, it would be risky to be in the middle on the forest in the dark. Anything out of expectation could happen.

Yuri looked at Minho. He even started shivering as he hugged himself. It showed how cold he was, not like he said before. She took off his jacket and put it back on him.

He looked at her with questioned face. “Why did you take it off?” He was about to return to her.

She immediately interrupted. “I’m really fine now. You are the one who feel cold.” He opened his mouth to explain but she didn’t give him a chance. “Don’t lie. I can see it obviously that you’re shivering.”

He suddenly sneezed, with such a perfect timing that made him lost completely in the argument with Yuri.

“See! Aigoo… what should we do? You already caught cold.” She looked at him with concerned face.

He smiled happily. “It’s okay. As long as you’re worried about me like this, I’m already happy.”

“Yah, how can you joke around this time? I’m serious.” She frowned. “What if your condition becomes worse?”

“Ah! I got an idea!” He blurted out. She stared at him attentively, anticipating his idea since he seemed like he just got a great idea. “Like this.” He pulled her in and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

“Huh?” She looked at him in puzzlement. She smiled later while biting her lips. “You really take every opportunity you get, don’t you?”

“No, no.” He denied thought he couldn’t hide his wide smile. He explained, “This really can help. We can use our own body temperature to maintain each other’s body temperature. He hugged her tighter. “Don’t you feel better?”

“Then, how are we supposed to walk like this?”

“It’s okay. If you’re going to fall, I’ll hold you and you can do the same for me.” He grinned.

She chuckled. “I get it…”

They finally managed to return to the campsite before night. They had to change their wet clothes as soon as possible to avoid catching cold especially it would turn night soon. Luckily, they brought an extra cloth among the things that they had.

Yuri and Minho whose in their hands, got their own clothes to change into, looked at each other and felt quite strange. There was no proper place for them to change cloth. Minho cleaned his throat awkwardly while rubbing his neck. “You can change in our tent first. I’ll wait outside.”

“Oh? O… ok.” She nodded hesitantly. She entered the tent and didn’t forget to zip it.

After a few minutes later, she had done changing cloth and ped the tent. She couldn’t see Minho at all at the place that she last saw him. “Minho?” There was no reply. She got out from the tent and looked around. She spotted him walking towards her.

“Are you done changing?” He smiled to her. There were a few thin branches that he collected. He wanted to make a campfire. He put the woods near their tent and cleared the dust off his hands.

Yuri stared at him. He was already in the different cloth. She thought he was going to change after her. “Where did you change?”

“Here.” He meant he just changed outside the tent.

“Here?!” She widened her eyes. “Yah! What if people pass here?”

“You are like this because you’re worried people peeking at me or… you find it’s a waste that you can’t see my body?” He smirked.

“Yah, Choi Minho!” She hit his arm. “I’m not a ert like you!” Her cheeks turned red as she tried to keep angry expression.

Minho laughed at her attempt to hold her laughter and kept the straight face. She looked at him and eventually burst into laughter.

“Yah!” She hit him once again while chuckling.

He tried to avoid. “Why? I didn’t even say anything…”

“Ah, seriously~” She pouted her lips. He smiled widely with her cute reaction.

As Minho was busy igniting the fire for campfire, Yuri was doing the preparation for BBQ. After making sure the fire was large enough to stay ignited, Minho got up and went to help Yuri.

“Are you doing fine?” He asked caringly while putting his hand on her shoulder.

Yuri lifted her head up, looking at him. “Yes, I can do it.” Minho could see that she tried hard as Yuri’s face was smeared with the charcoal that she held before.

He chuckled. “Aigoo, so cute~” She looked at him with questioned face, wondering what caused his reaction. He helped cleaning her face. She got it and grinned in embarrassment.

After filling their stomach with food that they grilled themselves, they went into the tent to prepare for sleeping. Yuri arranged their bags in the middle of the tent to make the barrier dividing the space of her and Minho.

“Remember, don’t cross the line.” She tried to sound threatening.

Minho jokingly replied, “Well… I think you’re the one who will cross the line.”

“What?!”

“It’s still a waste that you can’t see me changing, isn’t it?”

His teasing words really made her speechless in disbelief. “Yah, Choi Minho! I told you, it isn’t like that!” She threw the pillow towards him. “You’re the one who is a ert for having such a thought!”

“Yes, I get it, I get it~” He chuckled happily. She pouted her lips cutely. Teasing her had always been a pleasure to him. He put her pillow properly at her space. “Let’s sleep now.” They smiled at each other before lying down.

Both of them closed their eyes, trying to sleep but it was hard to fall asleep without sleepiness. They wondered what each other did, whether already asleep or not. They couldn’t see each other due to the presence of the bags.

Minho’s cell phone suddenly rang due to the incoming message. He took out his cell phone from his pocket and read the message which was from his mother.

‘I just want to remind you about the dinner with family of the girl that you are going to marry with, tomorrow’s night. Don’t forget to come and I really hope you won’t disappoint me.’

He sighed after putting back his cell phone beside him. He felt so frustrated thinking about this problem, until now he still didn’t find any solution, the solution that won’t hurt both parties. After spending precious time today with Yuri happily, he suddenly felt so hurt thinking that there might be possibility that it was the last time he might be happy like this with her.

How could he hurt her again? In the past, she had been hurting a lot and she even changed to different person due to him and he had put a lot of effort to heal her heart. He must be a really bad and cruel guy if he did hurt her again.

Besides, he himself couldn’t let her go. He loved her so much. He didn’t think he could live without her. Not seeing her a day already made him felt uneasy, how could he bear everyday to let her disappeared from his life?

However, at the same time, he also didn’t want to disappoint his family especially when facing difficult problem like this. How could he just ignore it without doing anything?

As he was into thinking about that, suddenly Yuri called him. “Choi Minho…”

He looked quite surprised. He thought she was already sleeping. He took a deep breath before responding brightly to avoid her being worried. “Hm?”

“I love you.” She said sweetly.

He lost words after hearing her sudden unexpected confession at such a right timing. Suddenly, he felt hurt in his heart. He grasped his fist tightly in frustration. It was out of question to hurt her again when she also loved him this much. He still remembered how her life had been when he hurt her in the past.

Yuri found it was strange that he was just silent without any reply. Usually, he would have shouted happily when she out of nowhere confessed her feelings. “Minho? Are you sleeping?”

“Oh? N… no, no. I heard you.” He forced a small laugh. “I love you too.” He tried his best to sound bright.

Nevertheless, she wasn’t satisfied and could sense there was something wrong with him. He acted differently, unlike usual. She slightly got up to see him with her eyes.

He seemed quite shocked when he suddenly saw Yuri’s head popped out from other side. “Are you okay?” She asked.

He chuckled because she looked quite scary. “Yuri-ah, you scared me!”

She grinned. “But… are you really okay? Is there anything worrying you?”

He replied hesitantly as he also felt uneasy to keep lying on her. “No, no. I’m fine. Why?”

“Just because… you seemed uneasy about something.”

“Don’t worry, I’m really fine.” He showed her the brightest smile he could. “Why? You can’t sleep?” He tried to change the topic.

“Hm…” She lied down back. She just stared at the top of the tent blankly. “I’m not sleepy yet…”

He placed his hand on the bags which become the barrier between them. Seeing his outstretched hand, she smiled as a sign she understood him. She took his hand and held it tightly.

“Goodnight, my sweetheart.” He said lovingly.

“Goodnight~”

It was already morning. The sun had shone brightly outside but Yuri and Minho was still asleep deeply in the tent. It was expected since both of them had difficulty to fall asleep last night.

The chirping sound of birds woke Minho up first. He slowly opened his heavy eyes. He felt there was something near to him, in his embrace. He turned to side and his eyes went slightly bigger. Yuri was sleeping soundly in his embrace.

He looked at their bags that Yuri had arranged last night as the barrier, however it stayed untouched. How she could roll over here, in his embrace? He was curious about that but couldn’t deny he was happy with it. He looked at Yuri while smiling.

He carefully moved his position, trying not to wake her up to stare at her comfortably. He tucked her hair that covered her beautiful face behind her ear. His heart started pounding even he had been close to her like this for many times. It proved that his love for her never disappeared and he just loved her more and more.

Then, Yuri’s hand moved and she opened her eyes briefly before closing back. It seemed like she was just too lazy to wake up yet.

“Yuri-ah~” He called her affectionately.

“Hm?” She answered but still didn’t open her heavy eyes.

“What are you doing?”

“I’m sleeping of course…”

“Where are you sleeping?”

“Here…”

“Here?”

“Here…?” She stayed silent for a while like her brain was integrating the information. She immediately opened her eyes. She looked from head to toe and just realized that she was in his embrace. Her eyes went bigger. “Why are you sleeping here?!” She misunderstood that Minho who was the one rolled over to her place.

His jaw dropped before he let out a laugh. “Hey, I’m the one should ask that question.”

Yuri got up and observed carefully where she was. “Why I am here?!”

“That’s what I’m curious too.” He chuckled seeing her expected shocked reaction. She was still looked in mental breakdown, wondering how she could move around towards him when sleeping. It was so strange especially the bags stayed untouched. “Maybe you sleepwalked.”

“No… since when I…” She shook her head.

“Ah, I know!” He smirked before explaining to clueless Yuri. “Last night, after making sure I was already asleep, you come over to sleep beside me, right?”

Yuri looked at him in disbelief. “Yah, I didn’t do that!” She hit his chest lightly.

He laughed proudly. “Just admit it, Kwon Yuri. No matter how much you denied, eventually your body can’t help but act like how you honestly want.” He had a fun time, teasing her.

“Aish, seriously…” She folded her arms while pouting her lips.

He, who still lied down, pulled Yuri again to lie down beside him. She looked quite shocked. “Why upset? I like too when you act like this.” He grinned.

“Yah, I really didn’t do it!” She still seemed unsatisfied when kept being misunderstood about such embarrassing thing.

“Eh~” He made his eyes smaller. “What is there to be embarrassed about?”

She still looked in disbelief. She still wanted to explain. “I…”

“Alright, alright. I’m the ert one, satisfied?” He then stole a kiss on her cheek. She finally smiled while slightly elbowed him. He pulled her closer into his embrace. “Let’s stay like this for a while.”

“Don’t you have practice this afternoon?”

“It’s okay. I can be late.”

“Eh~ you’re captain! How can you be late?”

“Alright, alright. 5 minutes! Just stay like this.” He made puppy eyes, begging her. Her smile on her face meant she agreed. He closed his eyes while having her tightly in his embrace.

It was Yuri’s turn to enjoy staring at his face. She lifted her hand up and placed it on his soft cheek. She caressed it gently. He kept his eyes closed but a wide smile appeared on his face.

“Minho…”

“Hm?” He opened his eyes.

“No matter what happen, please remember… you’re the only guy that I will love.”

He showed a warm smile. “Me too. I won’t hurt you again.” He took her hand and planted a kiss on the back of her hand. They looked into each other’s eyes while smiling happily.

 Yuri and Minho were in the car, on the way to Soshi Girls’ villa to send Yuri before the basketball practice later. Yuri kept stealing a glance at Minho. She looked hesitant on how to start the topic that was on her minds.

Meanwhile, Minho seemed happy and relaxed now. He had made the decision. No matter what, he won’t let go of Yuri. He knew it meant that he had to disappoint his family but Yuri was just too precious for him to let her go. He couldn’t live without her. He won’t come to the meeting with them tonight. He was determined to find other way to save his family.

Minho was aware that Yuri kept checking him out like she had something to tell. “Do you have something to say? Just say it. Why are you being hesitant?” His question surprised Yuri that he was aware of her action.

“I think you’re the one who have something to tell me, right?”

Her answer was never expected by him and he felt uneasy about it. “Wh… what do you mean?”

“I heard about it…” Minho turned to look at Yuri. “Your marriage arrangement…”

Minho’s eyes went bigger. How could she know about this? He didn’t want her to find it out especially when he already made the final decision. He immediately stopped the car at the roadside to have clear conversation with her. “How did you know?” He asked her anxiously while looking into her eyes. “Did Taeyeon tell you?”

“No…”

“Then, it is my mom?! Did she find you and tell you everything?!”

“It isn’t important how I know but… tonight, you’re supposed to see her and her family, right?”

Minho quickly explained as he didn’t want Yuri to feel hurt about that. “You don’t have worry, I don’t have any thought to accept it and tonight, I won’t…”

Yuri interrupted, “I want you to go.”

“What?!”

“I don’t want you to disappoint your mother. She must be having a hard time.”

“Hang on, hang on… you don’t mean this, right?” He couldn’t believe that Yuri just gave up like that even he was ready to fight for their love. “You can’t be serious, can’t you?!”

“Listen here.” She held his hand to calm him down. “You have to think about your family. It would be harder for them if you embarrass them by not showing up. So, at least, you have to attend the meeting.”

He pulled away his hand from hers. He looked in mental breakdown after Yuri looked so serious asking him to go which meant she had given up their love. “Why are you being like this?! I told you, I won’t go! Are you looking down on my love for you?!”

“No, no, of course not! That doesn’t what I mean…”

“Then, why?! Why?! Why are you giving up like this?! Or… you don’t love me anymore?” His eyes got teary.

“No, I love you, you are the only guy that I love, I told you so many times but…”

“Then, what’s the problem?! I don’t understand why you really want me to go to the meeting.”

“I just don’t want you to disappoint your family. You can’t just think about our relationship. Besides, I don’t ask you to break up with me and agree to get married with her. Just go to that meeting, so you won’t embarrass your family. That’s all.” She explained nicely. She didn’t want him to misunderstand that she already gave up on their relationship.

“You know what it means when I go to that meeting?! It only means that I agree with that marriage!”

“You can talk to them nicely to ask help from them without the marriage or maybe you can get to know that girl first and ask her to help you.” She suggested.

“Enough, I don’t want to listen to it anymore.” He clenched his teeth in anger.

“Minho…”

“Please, just stop it.” He said seriously.

Yuri finally stopped after seeing him really got angry. He continued driving silently and the angry and serious expression never left his face. The atmosphere turned awkward and both of them didn’t say anything though sometime Yuri would steal a few glances at him. It continued until they arrived at the Soshi Girls’ villa.

Yuri unfastened her seatbelt. She slightly turned her body towards him, waiting if he had something to say to her before she went. Even after a while, he stayed silent and didn’t even bother to look at her.

She sighed. “Then, I’m off.” She still waited for him to reply but later, went out from the car as he acted like she was invisible.

After she getting out, he just immediately drove away, didn’t even say goodbye. She just stared at him sadly until he disappeared from the sight.

Eventually, he decided to attend the meeting of his marriage arrangement. He changed mind after Yuri stubbornly kept asking him to go. He couldn’t deny that he was so angry and disappointed in her that he agreed to do it was only out of his anger.

He went to the restaurant that his mother asked him to. The waiter escorted him to the dining room where his family and that girl’s family were supposed to gather. “Thank you.” Minho said to the waiter.

The waiter bowed to him before walking away. He was about to opened the door but suddenly the door was opened and a boy came out from the room in rush where he bumped into Minho.

“I’m sorry, boy.” Minho apologized as he held the boy preventing him from falling.

The boy lifted his head up and looked at Minho. “Hyung!” It turned out to be Yuri’s brother, Seokhyun and he looked so happy to see Minho.

“Seokyun-ah, what are you doing here?” Minho was surprised to see him here.

“I’m sorry. I have to go now. I got urgent thing to settle.” Seokhyun referred to the fact that he had to go to the toilet immediately. He quickly walked away, leaving confused Minho there.

“How can he come from this room?” He frowned, looking at Seokhyun until he disappeared from the sight. He couldn’t think much of it as the call from his cell phone interrupted. “Yes, mom?”

“Where are you now? Don’t tell me you really are going to disappoint me?”

“I’m already here now.” He could hear his mother took a relieved breath. “Then, I’m hanging up now.” He ended the call and put his cell phone back into his pocket. He opened the door and entered.

He approached the table and could see his mother and Jooyeon came along too at one side. However, what caught his eyes was on the other side, it was because he thought it would be the girl that he was supposed to marriage with but it was someone else which was also someone that he knew well.

Jooyeon was the first one to realize the appearance of Minho. “Mom, oppa is here!”

“Minho, come here.” His mother asked to sit beside her.

Minho came to his mother slowly as his eyes fixed on that girl or exactly it was Yuri! He was still in disbelief with what he saw. It was the truth or it was just an illusion? He couldn’t tell it especially she wasn’t supposed to be here.

Yuri finally lifted her head up and looked at Minho. She smiled at him but didn’t show any sign that she was going to greet him like a common way how a girlfriend would.

A woman sat beside Yuri, he didn’t know her, but it made sense to think she was Yuri’s mother. What was going on actually?! She said friendlily, “Your son is really good-looking. They would make a great couple.” She was referring to him and her daughter, Yuri.

Minho’s mother added. “I think we make a good decision.” She smiled in satisfaction, even she met Yuri the first time today but Yuri already impressed her.

Yuri got up and reached out to him. “Hello, nice to meet you, Mr. Choi Minho.” She beamed.

Minho hesitantly got up too and took her hand for a handshake. When he touched her, he knew it was real. She was really indeed here. The only conclusion that he got from this situation… Yuri was the one that he was supposed to marry with! “Yuri-ah…” He still couldn’t stop himself from being surprised. This unexpected situation was still too shocking for him. “How can… you be here?” She just smiled for his question.

Both of their mothers were surprised with the affectionate way of Minho calling her. Yuri and Minho both sat down back. A smile finally appeared on Minho’s face because this time, he was completely sure that Yuri was really that girl.

“Have you already known each other?” Minho’s mother asked.

“It’ll be easier for both of you then.”

Before Minho could open his mouth to answer, Yuri said, “I heard from your mother that you don’t agree about our marriage arrangement.” She smiled teasingly. “So, do you really want to stop it?”

Minho’s mother looked shocked and anxious after finding out that Yuri was aware of the real situation. “Yuri-ah, actually you don’t have to be worried of that. My son just reacted like that because he was just too shocked of this sudden situation. I’m sure he will change his minds after knowing you better. Besides, he comes tonight too, so you see that he is willing to be in this relationship, right, my son?” She looked at Minho.

Yuri and Minho just only had their eyes on each other’s since they met. Yuri raised her eyebrows while smirking. She managed to fool him. He stared at her while showing his dissatisfied and angry face but couldn’t keep those feelings as later, his couldn’t help but smiling widely, showing how happy he was.

“Yes, but I have one condition.” He said firmly as he turned to look at his mother.

“Condition?” Both of the mothers looked at Minho. Yuri wondered what Minho planned to do.

Minho stared back at Yuri while saying out his condition. “I want to hold our marriage as soon as possible.”

Minho’s mother immediately smiled in relief. Her heart skipped a beat when she thought that Minho would do something stupid. However, she was still taken aback with his unexpected condition but of course in a good way. Yuri just chuckled happily. “Why… why suddenly…?”

Yuri’s mother asked in please. “Have you fallen in love with my daughter at the first sight?”

Jooyeon was the one answered since she was just too excited. “Actually, unnie is oppa’s girlfriend!”

“What?!”

Minho’s mother looked at him, asking an explanation about Jooyeon’s words. Minho just nodded as a reply while smiling. “The girl that I told you before… is Yuri.”

“What a coincidence!” Yuri’s mother exclaimed.

“I’m really close too with Pretty unnie!” Jooyeon added. Yuri smiled bashfully after hearing Jooyeon called her that way even in front of them.

“Do you like her so much?” Minho’s mother seemed shocked too as she saw the first time her young daughter showed interest in girl.

“Em!” Jooyeon replied in excitement. “Unnie is really kind and different from other girls that I knew. Even I asked oppa to bring me along when meeting her.”

“Then, why did you oppose this marriage so much at the first place?” Minho’s mother asked him.

“I don’t know… that it is Yuri.”

“Until you come here?”

“Yes.” He nodded. “That’s why, I was so lost when I first came in.” He added in dissatisfaction while pointing towards Yuri. “But, she knows!” Yuri just laughed when Minho showed his childish side in front of their mothers. “Actually, until today, I have planned that I won’t come to this meeting but somehow, this morning, Yuri mentioned about this and forced me to come. She advised me to think about my family. I thought she really gave up on our relationship. That’s why, I decided to come only out of anger.” He explained to show he really deserved to find it unfair.

“Aigoo~ my daughter is really mischievous!” Yuri’s mother pinched Yuri’s cheek gently.

“Mom, he teased me a lot too!” Yuri defended herself.

Now, they looked at Minho for an explanation. He just admitted it, “It’s because she shows a cute reaction whenever I .”

“You are just really deeply in love with her, aren’t you?” Minho’s mother asked as she could see how happy her son was as he couldn’t stop smiling. Minho just grinned in embarrassment while Yuri’s cheek turned red.

Their conversation was interrupted when there was someone opening the door. It was Seokhyun who finally came back after a long trip in the toilet. He looked quite pale. He walked slowly back to sit beside Yuri.

Yuri put her hand on Seokyun’s shoulder. “Are you okay?” She asked him, observing his condition.

“I’m fine.” He nodded while forcing a smile. “My tummy just feels a bit hurt, that’s all.”

Jooyeon looked so worried too. “Seokhyun-ah, are you really okay? Be careful, you can’t get sick, okay? Otherwise, I’ll be sad.” She boldly said in front of them which made they laughed. She expressed her affection openly.

“I think we will have another marriage arrangement soon!” Yuri’s mother said happily.

They continued their fun conversation as they were having their dinner. It had never been imagined by Minho that the dinner that he thought would be disastrous turned out to be the most comfortable and enjoyable dinner that he ever had.

After dinner, both of family went home without Yuri and Minho as they decided to give them private time for the first date… as an engaged couple. Yuri and Minho went to take a walk at the park which was located a stone’s throw away from the restaurant.

They walked side by side without uttering any words. He still looked angry with the fact that Yuri lied to him about the marriage arrangement. He just kept folding his arms with angry expression on his face.

Yuri kept staring at him with playful smile on her face. She just wanted to more. She won’t apologize yet. She wondered how long he wanted to stay quiet like that.

He looked at her from the corner of eyes, trying not to be obvious. Her unwillingness to start their conversation frustrated him. He suddenly stopped walking and faced her. Yuri smiled and stared at him while raising her eyebrows. He opened his mouth, was about to say something. He grasped his fist and stopped by himself. He shouldn’t be the one initiating the conversation. He felt angrier seeing she looked so relaxed while he suffered so much.

He turned away and continued walking in anger. She let out a silent chuckle before following him. He stayed silent for a moment before finally burst into anger. “Kwon Yuri! Are you going to be like this?!”

She laughed. “Wh… what did I do so wrong?” She pretended to be clueless.

“Ah~ really…” He rolled his eyes. “How can a girl has a complete control over me?” He sighed like there was someone else he talking to besides Yuri. He looked so pitied and at the same time, funny that she couldn’t help chuckling. When he changed his focus back on her, he glared. “You’re really a bad girl, hmph!” He made a cute angry expression like a small kid.

“What do you mean?” She continued chuckling. She was having so much fun teasing him.

“When you make mistake, you have to apologize first, you have to talk first! I already gave you a lot of time! But you…”

She cut him off. “Then, why are you the one who talked to me first?” Her question made him speechless. She grinned as she anticipated his response.

“Because I… hm… I…”

“Because you can’t win over me!” She spread out her arms while saying excitedly. Then, she rested her arm on his shoulder and asked proudly, “You are helplessly in love with me too much, aren’t you, Choi Minho-sshi?”

“What the…” He looked disappointed and moved away. “Don’t tell me… you don’t love me as much as I do?”

“Aigoo!” She pinched both of his cheeks gently. “Since when, our mischievous kid like you, take everything seriously? I’m kidding of course~”

“I’m really sad and disappointed, you know? When you acted like that this afternoon…”

“I’m really sorry…” She pleaded with puppy eyes. “But, I didn’t let you misunderstand for long, right? I just wanted to surprise you!”

“Still… it really hurts!” He pouted his lips.

“Hey, I think it isn’t entirely my fault, ok?”

“What do you mean by that?” He frowned.

“You should find out first about the girl that your mother asked you to get married with. If you know even just her name, I think this won’t happen, isn’t it?” She explained which made sense.

Her explanation got him speechless, she was completely right. He was so shocked and immediately opposed his mother’s suggestion when he first heard about it. He looked embarrassed which caused Yuri to let out a satisfied laugh. “But, you can see, how much I love and appreciate you, don’t you? How I become so firm in defending our relationship…” He said proudly like a kid asking for compliment for his good deed.

“Yes, yes~ good job, I’m so proud of you~” She patted his cheek.

“But, I never thought you might come from rich family… I thought… just common family…” He frowned, looking at her. He couldn’t deny that the fact was so surprising to him. She didn’t say anything yet and just smiled. He was also silent, seemed like was thinking about something. “Did you try to hide it from me?”

“Well, what do you think?”

He got reminded of an incident where he met Yuri for the second time at the anniversary of a company. At that time, she came with Yoona and also where they decided to become friends after Yoona helped Yuri to approach him.

[Minho’s flashback]

 “Yuri, what’s the name of your family’s company? Mine is Magical.”

“Mine?! Em… no! My family doesn’t have a company! We came to this ceremony because of the invitation for Yoona’s family. She is the one that have family company, not me!” Yuri lied.

Yoona looked at Yuri while frowning. She didn’t know what the purpose for the lying that Yuri made.

“Oh… Em… Yoona, so, what’s the name of your family’s company?” Minho asked.

“Huh? Em…” Yoona was hesitated. She looked at Yuri. Yuri gave her a pleased expression. “Laundry!” suddenly Yoona exclaimed. She didn’t know how that word was uttered by her.

“Laundry?!” Minho asked in astonishment while frowning.

“Em… you know right… washing cloth…” Yoona answered while pretending to laugh since she didn’t know the explanation was logic or not.

[End of the flashback]

“On that time!” He exclaimed. “The second time we met…” Yuri nodded to show that she remembered. “… I asked you about your family’s company but you said the invitation was for Yoona.”

“Ah, yes. Actually, I was lying. It was me, not Yoona. I suddenly asked her to lie for me.” She laughed, still remembered how Yoona’s clumsy act to lie for her.

Minho laughed too when he got reminded of it. “No wonder she talked nonsense.”

Then, he remembered when they were at Busan, Yuri’s grandparents’ house and on the way to the special place that Yuri wanted to show him, he asked her something when they passed the farm.

[Minho’s flashback]

They kept walking and kept walking. Minho could watch many types of plants on the way. Though it was night, they still could see the beautiful scenery. “Is this farm your family’s? I thought you aren’t rich but thinking that your family has this big farm, you’re absolutely rich.”

“Huh?” Yuri looked obviously shocked of Minho’s question. “Hm… this is not my family’s farm. My grandparents just take care of it.”

“Really? If I’m not mistaken, grandpa said ‘our farm’ this afternoon. So…”

“That… em… I think my grandparents have assumed this farm like it is theirs since they have been taking care of it for long.”

“Oh, I see…” Minho nodded. Seeing Minho believed what she said, she hove a sigh of relief.

[End of the flashback]

“There’s another time… when I asked you about the farm at your grandparents’ house…”

Yuri just gave a direct answer while smiling. “Yes, the farm is ours.”

“Ah~ seriously… what have I done to meet a girl who has a complete control over me?” He changed once again wondering like there was someone else he was talking to. Whenever he did it caused Yuri to laugh happily since he sounded so funny. He turned to her and glared into her eyes. “Why did you do that? Why did you deceive me?”

“No, no. I wasn’t deceiving you, I didn’t have a bad intention. It’s just that…”

“Just what?”

“I want our relationship started out nicely out of sincerity and I didn’t want it to be due to a reason.” She explained it but it wasn’t that detailed.

Minho frowned as he didn’t quite understand what she meant. Then, he tried to get it and asked, “Do you mean, there is a possibility that I became friends with you due to the fact that you also come from rich family?” She nodded. He widened his eyes out of disbelief. “Yah, what kind of guy did you think of me?!”

“I know your first impression is really good for me and honestly, I’m sure I fell in love with you at the first sight in the train where we first met but on that time, I don’t really know you well… So, I don’t want to be disappointed later if there is a reason for our friendship.”

“Then, why did you keep it until now? Why? Even you have known me better?” He still seemed unsatisfied since she hided a secret from him even they had dated long.

“Well… as time passed by, I just want to let you know naturally, I mean it would strange when suddenly I revealed that I come from a rich family. I thought I would be honest when you asked but you didn’t until today.”

“I wonder what else did you hide from me…” He seemed upset.

“Actually… I have another one.” Instead of being worried of his reaction, she just revealed it calmly.

“What?!” He burst into anger again.

“The fact that I…” She paused as he looked be ready to get angry at her again for another secret that she was going to reveal. “… very very very very very very very very very vveeerrryyyy love you so much!!!” She shouted as she confessed to him.

He couldn’t stop himself from grinning. Listening to her confession never made he felt better than this. He pulled her in and wrapped his arms around her tiny waist. She placed her hands on his chest while smiling. “I counted it and it’s 10 times.” He smirked, having something on his minds.

“What?” She raised her eyebrows.

Then, he cupped her face and started giving pecks on her lips. She was so shocked at the attack of his unstoppable kisses. “Wh… what… y… you… d..do…” She couldn’t complete her sentence as he continued giving her kisses.

He finally stopped at 10^th kisses. He stared at her while grinning widely. She still seemed confused of his attack of kisses especially at the public place like this. He explained. “You said ‘very’ 10 times, so I replied it with 10 kisses!”

She chuckled. “You never miss a chance, don’t you?” She pinched his nose softly.

“Ah! I remember something.” Minho blurted out. She paid her attention on him. “I shouldn’t have let you easily. You ought to get the punishment for the secret that you hide from me.”

“I already got my punishment~” She said playfully while swinging her body cutely.

“When? When did I give you?”

“You asked from our mothers that you want us to marry as soon as possible. So, that’s my punishment.”

“What the heck?! Did you mean you don’t want to marry me in the first place?! For you, it’s really a marriage arrangement?! You’re forced to get married with me?!”

“I did want to marry you but I want to take it slowly. So, it becomes my punishment when you want to do it quickly!” She laughed evilly as she had control over everything. She managed to escape from the punishment with her genius plan.

“Ah~ my head…” He rubbed his neck in frustration. She hopped around happily, celebrating her victory. As expected, he couldn’t win over her.
