First Special Chapter (Yoonhae)

Month after month passed and soon another year had gone. It was so busy for all of them as they didn’t even realize that time had flew so passed. Yuri and Yoona were busy with their study, preparing for their final exams whereas Soshi Girls and Super Boys had greater difficulty as singers. It was so difficult and tiring for them after they managed to gain fame as they worked so hard for it. Of course fame came with the greater responsibility, their schedule had become so hectic that they rarely had free time. They were so busy with the appearance in variety shows, promoting their new album, preparing with the debut in Japan and of course, still not forgetting their practice and preparing for their first Asian concert tour which would start in Seoul next week.

Despite that, their relationship between each other became stronger than ever. Whenever they were having problems, they had each other as a source of energy, as a strength that reminded them that they weren’t alone.

It was such a fine morning as the sun outside rose up and shone brightly. Nevertheless, in Yuri and Yoona’s room, both of them were still sleeping soundly as the curtain blocked the light from brightening up the room.

Later, the alarm clock on the table which nearer to Yoona, rang. However, instead of Yoona, Yuri was the one who got awake by it. She moved her leg and placed it onto Yoona’s leg as she tried to wake Yoona up by shaking her legs. “Yoona-yah~…”

There was no response from Yoona, meaning she was still asleep deeply, being not disturbed by the alarm.

This time, Yuri put her hand on Yoona’s back as she shook Yoona to wake her up. “Yoona-yah, wake up~ turn off the alarm…” Yuri mumbled as she was still sleepy but wasn’t able to sleep due the noisy alarm which made her quite amazed that Yoona being nearer to it didn’t be awakened by it. Yoona was indeed awake this time but she was too sleepy to get what was going on. “Yoona-yah… turn off the alarm…” Yuri repeated with her sleepy voice.

Yoona abruptly forced herself to get up. With her eyes still closed tightly, she talked, “Aish… who is the one turn on the alarm clock...?”

Yuri who was unable to get sleep now as Yoona being so funny, eventually she got up too. “Yah!” She pushed her by shoulder gently. “You are the one that set up the alarm, silly!” She chuckled.

“Ah, really? I forgot it…” She grinned awkwardly like a kid as she scratched her head in embarrassment.

Suddenly, Sunny came into their room as she looked so bright even such in the early morning. She made a small jump, landing on their bed. “Hey, you guys! Wake up! Wake up! It’s late already!” She said cheerfully.

“Oh, Sunny!” Both of them looked quite shocked to see her. “When did you come home?” Yoona asked.

“We have waited for you guys until 2 AM last night.” Yuri added, wondering where they were last night.

Sunny pouted her lips cutely. “We’re getting home around 4 AM I guess… our practice ended late last night since our last schedule took longer time than it was supposed to.”  As they stared at her face, they just realized that her dark circle became more obvious. Super Boys and Soshi Girls got such a super tiring hectic schedule that they rarely got a nice sleep every day.

“You look more energetic than us this morning.” Yuri said referring that even Sunny came to wake them up though she only slept a little.

 “Well, I guess I have to get used to this kind of lifestyle.” Sunny just gave a grin. “Anyways, let’s get ready and have breakfast together. Taeyeon and I are in charge for it today!” She said proudly.

“Ah, really?” Yoona asked excitedly as she couldn’t deny her hungriness as even her stomach started grumbling. “Then, what about Jessica then? What did she do?” As only Sunny and Taeyeon were in charge for breakfast, of course they were curious what she did.

“Well, she died in her room…” Sunny replied jokingly.

“What?!” Yuri and Yoona asked in disbelief and got so shocked at the frightening word used by Sunny.

Sunny chuckled as she found it was funny that Yuri and Yoona took seriously her words and couldn’t get what actually she meant. “Well, she is the sleepyhead, remember?! Of course, I meant she is falling deeply into her dream world!”

“Ah~ you really scared us!” They both hove a relieved sigh.

The girls were having breakfast but it seemed one person missing from the table.

“Where is Sica? Is she not going to come out yet from her room?” Yuri asked after they almost finished their meal but Jessica was still nowhere to be seen.

“Yuri-ah, it isn’t like you haven’t known her well yet! Of course she would prefer sleep over having breakfast!” Sunny replied with a chuckle.

“Then, how about you guys?” Yoona looked at Taeyeon and Sunny who still looked energetic despite lacking of sleep. “You guys are okay? I mean, aren’t you guys tired too?”

“Well, I guess it’s time to get used to it.” Taeyeon added while grinning. “Well, it’s worth it, we have reached our dream. The joys of doing something we like overcome our tiredness, I guess.” She was somehow telling it in excitement.

“I just wonder when our Ice Princess will get used to it…” Sunny sighed cutely which the girls chuckled along.

“The boys are at home too?” Yoona all of a sudden mentioned Super Boys.

“Yes, they were going home together with us.”

“Then, Donghae is there too?”

“I suppose.” Taeyeon nodded. “Why? Do you miss him that much?”

Yoona forced a smile. “Well… it’s just that… I’m concerned about something.” The girls put down their spoon to give their full attention to Yoona. “He rarely saw me lately. I mean, yes I understand he is busy but… it’s just feel like he is busier than you guys… did he get more hectic schedule? Why it was so hard to see him?”

“Our schedule isn’t different that much…” Taeyeon stopped as she looked at Yoona with hesitant stare, wondering what she should say to ease Yoona’s mind.

“Maybe he doesn’t love me like before…” Yoona couldn’t help but voicing out her disappointment.

“Yoona-yah! You shouldn’t think like that!” Yuri shook her shoulder gently.

“Well, maybe you feel you see us more because we are living in the house, right?” Taeyeon added.

“Yes, Taeyeon is right.” Sunny supported. “You saw us at home. But, when Donghae was at home, he must be tired and decided to rest. Of course, he couldn’t make much time to see you.”

The girls looked at Yoona with the hope that she won’t think nonsense again. She finally showed a small smile. “Maybe, you guys are right. I maybe think too much.”

“That’s right. Maybe you are the one who should go see him. Help him to get rid of his tiredness.” Yuri suggested.

“Yes, I’ll do that. Thanks.” She felt quite better after talking to the girls about the thing that had been bothering her so much lately.

As being advised by the girls, Yoona immediately went to Super Boys’ villa to have a conversation with Donghae to clear everything. She didn’t want to keep being bothered by this silly thing.

“Hi, boys!” She greeted happily.

They immediately smiled and replied her greet happily. She gladly took an empty seat beside Onew. “What are you doing here?” Onew asked her.

“Well, she couldn’t be here to see us, couldn’t she?” Wooyoung which embarrassed her.

“Are you looking for Donghae? Actually…” Onew gave her a hesitant look before continuing. “… He’s not here.”

“What? I mean… how come he’s not here? He doesn’t go home with you guys?”

“He was back with us… but he just went out again.”

“He still has schedule?!” Yoona looked very shocked, being so worried that he might tire himself out for being so busy as he already lacked a lot of sleep due to the practice for the concert.

“No, we are all free since we have given time to be perfectly ready and in good condition for the concert this week.” Onew replied.

“Then? Where is him?” Somehow, she didn’t get good feeling about this.

“Well, about that… even we don’t know… he’s gone when we’re still asleep…” Sungmin hesitantly said as he observed Yoona’s expression which became worse.

Yoona sighed as she tried to calm down herself. “Can I ask you guys something? I want an honest answer.”

“Y… yes, sure…” The boys looked quite scared with her sudden seriousness.

“Do you find something wrong about him? I mean, is there anything that he hides from us, especially from ME?” She emphasized while pointing to herself.

“No, no, nothing!” Three of them abruptly replied like robots which of course made them looked more suspicious. It seemed the boys indeed were lying to avoid the situation became worse as she was already upset that she couldn’t see him.

Yoona observed silently for a while before adding seriously with a death glare. “Please tell me the truth.”

Sungmin replied, “There’s really nothing! Just…” He shut his mouth up after being so shocked that he said something out of his control.

“Yah!” Onew and Wooyoung gently scolded him.

“Yah, Lee Sungmin, Lee Jinki, Jang Wooyoung!!! Tell me the truth!!!” Yoona’s shout occupy the silent and peaceful atmosphere which shocked them so much.

“Y… yes, we… we will tell the truth…” Wooyoung added in scare. “Actually, he had been missing a lot lately. I mean, he even rarely spent time with us. After we’ve done our schedule or having a free time like this, he will disappear and… we don’t even know his whereabouts.”

Yoona frankly asked in anger, “Do you think he cheat on me? Is he seeing other girl?”

The boys looked so shocked with her thought. “Eh, Yoona-yah, you don’t have to think that far. It’s impossible for Donghae to do that.” Sungmin advised.

“No, it is NOT impossible… I last had a nice long conversation with him as I could remember, a few weeks ago and I only saw him briefly last week. Besides, like you just said, he’s always missing and you guys even don’t know his whereabouts!” Yoona pointed out evidences that she couldn’t be blamed for having such thought.

“Ha… hang on, I don’t think you should jump into conclusion yet. It’s better you talk to him first before accusing him like that.”

“Yes, Onew is right. Maybe he really has important things to do that he had to deal with it personally without telling us. I’m sure he would have a good reason for it.” Wooyoung added.

Yoona nodded, agreeing with the boys thought she couldn’t help but feeling so disappointed with Donghae.

She decided to wait for him and fortunately, he returned not too long after she had a talk with the boys. She looked so happy to see him and she could observe that he did look thinner than she last saw him.

“Donghae, you’re home?” Onew asked.

“Yes…” He replied as he wore the slippers before walking towards the living room. He spotted Yoona whose eyes had being on him. “Oh, Yoona-yah… you’re here too.” He gave her a small warm smile before walking straight to his room. It was common for him to just go straight to his room without joining the conversation but it was so strange when the presence of Yoona didn’t give effect to him. He obviously looked super tired.

Even the boys looked shocked too. However, Yoona got up as she said happily to the boys, “I’ll talk to him.” They just nodded. She tried to keep being optimistic.

He let the door opened as Yoona approached and stopped without entering his room yet. He’s just done changing his shirt. Then, she knocked the door to make him aware of her presence. “Can I enter?” She asked with a small smile. He smiled and motioned her to take a seat beside him as he’s sitting on his bed.

She did what he asked and stayed silent for a while as she stared at his face. He did look like he had lost some weight. He raised his eyebrows. “Aren’t you tired?” She finally talked. “Your dark circle is so obvious too.”

“Hm, really tired~” He replied cutely.

She chuckled as at the same time, she missed being with him like this. Nevertheless, she couldn’t forget the thing that she had been wanting to ask him. “Where have you been?” She looked rather serious this time.

“Well… I… I had practice for my concert of course, with the boys and girls too.”

“I’m not asking about last night. You just came back from somewhere, didn’t you? Even the boys don’t know your whereabouts.”

He looked hesitant to answer before finally coming out with an excuse. “I… I just have something important to deal with.”

“Important? What is that?” Yoona kept asking him further. He stayed silent. “Is it that important that even you have to hide it from me?”

“Yes…” He replied as he nodded but that answer shocked himself too. “… No!! I mean, it’s not like that. It’s just… you don’t have to know about it. That’s all…”He smiled cutely like a little kid, purposely showed his cuteness so that she won’t ask further. He held her hand which of course made her so happy.

She excitedly told many stories that she had been wanting to share with him, showing how long they didn’t talk like this. However, his reaction wasn’t like she expected of. He just replied nonchalantly and not to mention, he looked so sleepy.

“Donghae!” She had to slightly raise her voice to get back his attention. He almost fell asleep.

“Ah, yes!” He exclaimed and his eyes fully were opened now.

“Am I that boring for you?” She asked seriously.

“No, no! Of course not!”

“Then, why are you being like this?” She looked so mad this time. She couldn’t hold her temper anymore seeing he got stranger with her now. “Are you cheating on me, Lee Donghae?! Do you have other girl?!” She asked angrily.

“Yoona-yah, why are you thinking that far? No, I don’t cheat on you, I’m serious!” He replied firmly.

“Then, why are you being so strange lately?! You always disappeared! I understand that you are so busy with your works but why, why are you always the one busier than them when you don’t even have other schedule?! I really don’t get it, what actually are you ‘enjoying’ with that FREE time?!!” Her eyes eventually got teary. Donghae got speechless with Yoona’s outburst anger. “I bet you don’t even remember when we last saw each other, right?! Do you don’t love me anymore?!”

“Yoona, please… I’m so tired… I really don’t have energy to argue right now…”

“What?! Is that important in your eyes right now?!” She asked in disbelief that eventually her tears fell to her cheeks.

“I just had a short nap last night… I’m really tired…”

She cut him off. “Fine, I’ll go if that’s what you want! I’ll go if my presence is such a burden to you! I won’t care about you again, Lee Donghae!!!” She yelled loudly as she cried out loud before walking out his room.

“Yoona, hang on! Yoona!” He called out to explain the misunderstanding but as expected, she ignored him.

At school, it was during the recess time, Yoona and Yuri were in the café with Soshi Girls who are finally able to attend school like regular students after such a long time. Soshi Girls came back with a lot of food after they promised Yoona and Yuri to treat them.

“Wow, you bought a lot of food!” Yoona exclaimed so happily the first time after she had argument with Donghae last time.

“To heal your broken heart.” Sunny said jokingly which shocked the girls.

“Yah, Lee Sunkyu! Why are you unnecessarily mentioning about that again?!” Jessica whose seat beside Sunny, knocked her head playfully.

“Ouch!” Sunny held her head as she glared at Jessica. “I just said the right thing, isn’t it? She loved to eat, so she had to do something she enjoys to forget her pain, ok? Was I wrong to do that?”

“Your intention isn’t wrong but you don’t have to say it directly to remind her pain, ok?!” Jessica argued back with Sunny like a little kid.

Sunny took a deep breath before wrapping her arm around Jessica’s neck that almost chocked her. “Then, are you saying it’s my fault?!”

“Ah, ah, it hurts!” Jessica exclaimed while struggling to escape from Sunny’s attack.”Lee Sunkyu, let me go!”

“Aigoo, these guys…” Taeyeon, being the leader of Soshi Girls just could sigh seeing her members always being immature.

Yoona laughed happily whenever seeing the girls acting silly like that.

“It’s okay, Taeyeon-ah, at least Yoona laughed seeing them!” Yuri added.

Then, Super Boys came and joined them. “Hi, girls!” Yoona’s smile immediately disappeared as soon as she spotted Donghae between the boys. All of them took the seat with Donghae was the quick one choosing seat beside his girlfriend.

The girls’ expression became stiff as they silently observed and be worried about Yoona. “Oh~ what’s up with this atmosphere?” Wooyoung tried hard to break silent and strange atmosphere.

“Oh, nothing!” The girls immediately chuckled happily and became more relaxed except for Yoona of course whose expression obviously wasn’t good with the person that she was so angry of sitting beside her.

Donghae turned his head towards Yoona and he smiled happily. “Have you been well?” He wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

She didn’t protest but she didn’t give any response to his sweet action and just replied reluctantly. “Hm… fine.”

“Why are you buying a lot of food today?” Donghae asked the girls.

“Well, it’s our treat today, so no worry! Just eat a lot!” Taeyeon replied.

“Oh, really?” Donghae turned his head towards Yoona back and asked her happily. “You still don’t eat, right? Let’s eat together.”

Donghae tried his best to have a fun and comfortable moment with Yoona but she mostly ignored him or at least, she came out with a shortest reply as she could during the time she had to reply.

Eventually, she couldn’t control her temper anymore, she pushed away his hand from her shoulder and got up to leave the group. She was so angry with him and what made it worse, he didn’t even understand the situation, he didn’t still apologize for the misunderstanding that caused them argue last time and he just treated her like there’s nothing wrong happened between them.

Donghae looked very shocked and he looked at the girls, asking for the explanation. “Did I do something wrong?”

“Well, honestly, we don’t know who to side with.” Taeyeon said.

“But, somehow, I understand how Yoona feel.” Sunny added.

“What that was supposed to mean?” Donghae looked confused more.

“Is it the truth? What Yoona has been thinking of?” Yuri asked seriously as all of them found Donghae was so suspicious lately.

“What? Is this about me cheating on her? No, of course not! Why would I do that? I swear, I won’t ever do that kind of thing, I love her very much!” Donghae explained desperately. “Come on, you guys have to believe me!”

“Then, why don’t you talk to her properly? You know, she had always been in a bad mood since your argument last time.”

“I… I don’t know… I meant, I don’t think she would take it seriously…”

 “Of course she would take it seriously when you have been so suspicious. We have to admit that even we feel it’s hard to believe in you.” Donghae sighed. “You have been hiding something from us, aren’t you?”

Donghae looked so hesitant before finally deciding to tell the truth as he was scared it might affect his plan later. All of them were so shocked to find out about his secret but so happy that all the suspicion arose from his actions were worth for Yoona to suffer a little right now.

Donghae made sure they would shut their mouth up and not to spill the beans to Yoona. Otherwise, everything he had been working on right now would be ruined.

It was such a fine afternoon as the girls spent their leisure time in front of television watching any show that was on. It was also an important day since finally the first solo concert of Soshi Girls and Super Boys was tonight.

As Taeyeon changed the channel, looking for any interesting show to see, just then, she turned the channel showing a horror movie. Being easily scared with that kind of thing, Jessica immediately closed her eyes. “Taeyeon-ah!! Change it!”

“Why~?” Taeyeon innocently asked, pretending that she was unaware what was actually meant by Jessica.

“Yah, Kim Taeyeon!!” Jessica raised her voice as she took the nearby pillow and covered her face with it especially that horror movie seemed like would reach its soon.

“It’s so nice to see horror movie during summer!” Yoona added which others quickly agreed just to tease Jessica more.

“Aish, you guys are really…” Jessica was about to throw a pillow towards Taeyeon who has the remote control.

“Alright, alright!” Taeyeon added quickly while chuckling before immediately changed to other channel. The girls were laughing happily seeing Jessica’s over reaction.

Then, Sunny took a look at the clock hanging on the wall. “Hey, guys! I think we have to move now.” She said, directing to Taeyeon and Jessica which they agreed and got up from the sofa.

Yuri and Yoona looked at them in astonishment. “Why? Are you guys going somewhere?”

“Yes, we have to be ready for our concert.”

“Already?”

“We have the final rehearsal. So, we have to go first. See you guys this night!”

“Yes, of course!” Yuri gladly replied but not for Yoona who just remained silent.

Sunny asked, “Yoona, how about you?”

Yoona looked hesitant before answering. “I’m not sure yet.”

“Why? It’s because of Donghae?” Jessica directly asked since they still didn’t make up since that day and they hadn’t been talking that much to each other since mostly Yoona would ignore him even he tried his best.

Yoona looked so angry at the mention of Donghae. “Why are you guys mentioning about him again?! Is he that important?! It’s not because of him, okay?!” She suddenly raised her voice.

“Yoona-yah~ why are you getting angry?” Taeyeon asked in shock.

Yoona cleaned as she was embarrassed too for getting angry suddenly. “Well… I… I…”

“Then, make sure to come, okay?” Jessica asked again.

“I… I’ll think about it…” Yoona replied hesitantly.

“Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to drag her along with me!” Yuri said excitedly as she put her hand on Yoona’s shoulder and tapped it.

Yoona took the remote control and changed the channel. Suddenly, a loud scream was heard from the television which attracted the girls to pay their attention on the show that was on. It turned out that Yoona changed the channel which showed the horror movie just now.

“Argghhh!!!” Jessica couldn’t believe her eyes of what she just saw and immediately ran into her room like a crazy person. The girls laughed wholeheartedly at her.

Super Boys and Soshi Girls finished their final rehearsal. The time left for the concert was only 2 hours, so all of them immediately rushed to the dressing room at the backstage to dress up and got their makeup and hair done. It was their first time to experience this situation and it was so fluttering and nerve-wrecking at the same time.

They looked so handsome and beautiful in their first costume for the concert today. With little free time as waiting for the most important moment in their career, they practiced as much as they could for the last time.

Jessica and Onew were practicing their vocal for their duet and emphasized for every part that they had to remember. Jessica kept on staring at Onew as she was so into his melting voice.

Onew was aware that her eyes were always on him. “Why?” He asked.

“You look so handsome while singing the song with that melting voice of yours!” She said playfully.

He chuckled bashfully for her compliment. “Yes, your voice melts me too!” He held her hand and shook it warmly.

“So… during this part...” She pointed at a verse of the lyric. “…we have to hold hand like this?” She asked while pouting her lips. Obviously, she looked upset about something.

Onew looked shocked of her sudden change of expression. “Why?” Do you dislike holding hand?”

She shook her head cutely. “No… I just want to hold your hand throughout the song, even from the start.”

He chuckled and at the same time, looked relieved. “Then, what we’re supposed to do? At the beginning of the song, we are going to stand far from each other before coming closer at the peak of our song, remember?”

“Actually, I just want to stop your crazy fangirls to keep on dreaming to be together with you.” She sounded like a jealous girlfriend. “So, I want to hold your hand to show that you’re mine!”

“Aigoo!” He patted her head and her hair gently like a kid. “Is my girlfriend already jealous of my fans?” He smiled happily as she being so cute.

“It’s not the main point here. Didn’t you feel insecure too?! I have a lot of fanboys too, you know?! Who knows, one of them might be my future boyfriend.” She rolled her eyes and avoided facing him.

“Honestly, I’m not worried about that since I’ll always believe in you. I’ll be the only one to be your boyfriend.” He sounded so confident which of course annoyed her more.

She glared at him. “How come you’re so confident that I won’t leave you? You know, I might even find my new boyfriend tonight since I would see a lot of my fanboys personally later.” She added, referring to the concert.

“Yes, I got it.” He pulled her closer and hung his arm around her shoulder. “Aigoo~ why are you being so serious, our childish Jung Sooyeon?”

“Why I am always the one who get jealous?”

“What is this? Do you doubt my love?”

“Well, it makes sense, doesn’t it? You never get jealous and I don’t even remember when last time you confess your feelings towards me!” She looked seriously disappointed this time.

“Don’t worry, I’ll do something to prove my love during our duet stage.” He said reassuring her not to think nonsense again.

“What is it?” She looked so interested.

“Eh~” He looked at her while making his eyes smaller. “…there’s no fun if I tell you now. It’s a surprise, just be ready.”

“Onew, what is it?!” She repeated cutely as she shook his arm begging him to tell what he got in his mind for her.

“It’s a surprise, I told you!” He smiled brightly as she continuously showed him her cuteness.

“Onew, just tell me! I don’t think I can focus on my performance later! I’ll just keep thinking about it!”

“You don’t have to be concerned about it, okay? Just think it as a surprise and pretend like you don’t know anything about it.”

Sunny who has been very near to them, would of course hear their conversation, interrupted. “Sica-yah, why’re you being so mushy? Gave me goosebumps!” She teased them, rubbing her arms.

“Ceh!” Jessica glared and added, “I bet you and Sungmin must be worse than us!” She stuck her tongue out at Sunny.

“Yah, it’s not like that!” Sunny suddenly raised her voice as she strongly denied.

“Why are you suddenly getting mad?” Jessica laughed.

“When did I get mad?! I’m just shocked, ok?!” She stuttered as she replied.

“Shocked?!”Jessica frowned. “Why? Because you’ve caught red-handed?!” She gave suspicious stare to Sunny.

“What are you talking about?! Of course not! I’m shocked because you ask something that I didn’t even do! That’s why!” Jessica just let out a mocking chuckle.

As they were talking about Sungmin and Sunny, Sunny looked around, searching for him as he had been so quiet when Jessica talked about them. However, there’s no trace of him until she found him at the corner.

He bowed his head and looked quiet and nervous. Sunny approached him. “This is the first time seeing you being like this. Why? What’s wrong?” She asked.

“Oh?” He lifted his head up and looked quite shocked with her question as he didn’t even realize of her presence. “It’s just that… I’m so nervous thinking about the concert.” His face did look pale out of nervousness.

“Really?” She widened her eyes. “A cheerful person like you can be nervous to this extent?!”

“It’s because it’s our first concert. I have to do well. And the most worrying performance is when our duet stage. What if I accidentally play the guitar wrongly?”

She chuckled. She took his hand and held it with both of her hands. “Don’t worry, I’ll be there too, right? Whenever you feel so nervous that you feel like freezing and couldn’t do anything, just look at me. I’ll reply a full support through our telepathy, ok?” She said gently and warmly. She added, “You’ll be just fine. Just be relaxed and enjoy the show.” He looked quite shocked but soon smiled. “What?” She was confused of his reaction.

“This is the first time you being so sweet to me openly.” He said while grinning. Her face became stiffen and slowly even her cheeks turned red out of embarrassment. “You have done a great job!” He exclaimed in satisfaction. “This is your present!” He rewarded her with a kiss on cheek and soon after, he ran away as he was too embarrassed to keep on facing her.

Her eyes went bigger as she touched her cheek. “Yah, Lee Sungmin! Where’re you going?! How can you steal a kiss from me?! You should be responsible!” She laughed happily.

Taeyeon looked around, searching for Wooyoung and then, she spotted him still practicing his dance steps. She came closer with a tissue in her hand. He stopped dancing once he realized her. She smiled as she said, “You should stop practicing now. See, even you face is covered by sweat.”

She wiped the sweat on his face with the tissue gently as he gladly draw his face closer to her while closing his eyes, enjoying her treatment which made her laughed.

“Your performance is more than great already!” She showed a thumb-up.

He smiled widely for her praise. “Did you invite Junsu hyung to our concert?”

“Yes, I did.” She nodded.

He looked unsatisfied. “Will he come then?”

“He said he would.” His expression got worse. “Why~?” She asked with full of cuteness. “He’s our sunbae, of course I have to invite him.”

“Yes, I know that…” He replied nonchalantly as he pouted his lips, showing obviously his real feelings.

Taeyeon still observed him. “Aigoo!” She hit his arm. “Jealous again?! I really don’t understand you, Jang Wooyoung. Why you should be jealous again when I’m already… yours…” She ended her sentence bashfully in slower voice.

Wooyoung widened his eyes and naturally, a grin re his face. “Really?! Kim Taeyeon is mine now?!” Taeyeon’s cheeks turned red as she realized her mushy words. He laughed happily seeing her reaction.

As everyone looked much relaxed and happy now with the upcoming concert, Donghae stayed alone as he looked worried. He was afraid that Yoona won’t come to the concert due to her anger towards him. What he had been preparing and working hard would become useless and his plan would be ruined especially he had even to hurt her indirectly in the process.

The boys realized him being like that and came closer. “So, is there something worrying to you now? About concert?” Wooyoung asked.

“Don’t worry, we’ve worked hard so much for this so whatever the outcome it might be, we should just enjoy as much as we can for now.” Onew advised as he patted Donghae’s shoulder.

“It’s not about that. I’m just worried that Yoona won’t come to the concert. Actually, I have planned to propose to her during my solo stage.” He eventually told the truth to the boys.

“What?! Are you serious?!” They asked in unison. So, that was the reason of why he always disappeared during their free time and didn’t even bother to clear the misunderstanding that Yoona had towards him since if he did, it would mean everything would be spoilt.

Taeyeon came and said confidently, “You don’t have to be concerned anymore. She will come for sure since we have asked Yuri to get her to the concert no matter what.”

“Let’s go! I want to show you something!” Yuri pulled Yoona to their room.

“What is it? Do you have to be this excited?” Yoona looked dumbfounded with Yuri’s excitement but she just let Yuri pulled her.

They entered the room. Yoona looked around, searching for any different or strange thing which might be the matter that Yuri was so excited about. However, Yoona couldn’t find anything except there was a box on the bed. That might be the thing, she guessed. It seemed true since Yuri opened the box and took out something from it.

“Taaddaaa!!!” Yuri showed a beautiful white dress. “It’s for you. Wear it for the concert. It’s pretty, isn’t it?” She asked for Yoona’s opinion excitedly.

Yoona looked unsatisfied, completely opposite to what Yuri expected of. “It’s strange.” She frowned.

“Strange?!” Yuri asked in shock. “Where…?” She observed the dress to find out what was so wrong with it for Yoona to give such reaction.

“Of course it’s strange if I would wear that going to the concert! It’s not a formal ceremony, Yuri-ah!” Yoona emphasized.

“Ah~” Yuri hove a sigh of relief. “You don’t have to be worried about that. Just wear it, I bet you will look so pretty, the prettiest girl at the concert tonight!”

Yoona shook her head vigorously, showing her strong disagreement with Yuri’s suggestion. “It’s indeed pretty but I don’t want to. It will make me look strange. Who wear this type of cloth? We just are going to enjoy a concert! Why are you being so over-excited like this? Then, what about you? What are you going to wear?”

Yuri pointed out at the simple shirt with cute jacket and jeans that she would change to soon. Yoona found it was so strange that Yuri was only asking her to wear dress. As expected, she was quick-witted. “Why only I have to wear dress?” Yuri was about to reply but Yoona added, “Hang on… this dress is for me, right? But, who bought it?”

Yuri looked panicked with Yoona’s question. “Well, actually…” She was unsure what to tell Yoona. Actually, the dress was from Donghae and he personally asked her to ensure Yoona would come to the concert in that dress. She guessed it was due to the proposal since Yoona had to look prettiest tonight.

“Did you buy it?” Yoona asked.

“Oh? Ah, yes, yes… I bought it for you.” Yuri lied. “So, please wear it tonight, ok?” She begged.

Yoona still looked hesitant. “Yuri, it’s not that I don’t want it. I really appreciate and like your present but seriously… not tonight, I promise I will wear but please, tonight is just… not right, ok?”

“Yoona-yah, please… please, I’m asking you.”

Somehow, seeing how Yuri acted so strange just made her felt like there was something behind her action. “Why are you acting like this? Is this because of something?”

“No, no! Of course not!” Yuri strongly denied. “It’s just… just… my wish!” She just blurted out any excuse that came across her minds. “Don’t tell me, you aren’t going to fulfill the wish of your friend?” Yuri acted to be sad. Yoona was in disbelief and laughed later, how Yuri being so childish. “Please, Yoona-yah…” Yuri begged with puppy eyes.

“Yes, yes! I’ll wear it, satisfied?” Yoona finally gave in to her friend’s request.

“Thanks, Yoona-yah!” Yuri hugged her tightly.

Yoona asked, “Are we going to ride bus?”

She let Yoona go. “No, Minho will fetch us. So, let’s get ready!” She said while smiling widely.

Yuri was in the living room, waiting for Yoona. She had done getting ready first since her cloth was so simple compared to Yoona. She took a look at her wristwatch. “Yoona-yah, hurry up! Minho will be here soon.” She half shouted to Yoona who was in the room.

“Yes, just for a moment!”

Suddenly, Yuri heard someone clearing his throat behind her. She turned around and saw a big bouquet of flowers that was covering a person’s face. However, she could tell who it was immediately. “Ceh…” She chuckled in happiness. “Choi Minho!” She called out excitedly.

“Oh, how did you know it was me?” Minho lowered his hands which showed clearly his face now. “Ah~ telepathy? Wow, your heart really knows when its owner appears!”

“Oh~ seriously… you’re really childish! Even I got goosebumps!”

Minho grinned cutely as a response. “Here, for you, Mrs. Choi!”

Yuri took the bouquet. “Mrs. Choi? Since when I become Mrs. Choi?”

“Since you were born to this world, you’re already mine!”

Yuri laughed happily. “Thanks for this. But, what is this gift for? It’s the first time for you to give me flowers.” She looked quite touched of his affection that he didn’t show before.

“Nothing. I have been the romantic boyfriend of yours, aren’t I? This is just the basic.” He replied proudly.

“Oh, it is like that, Mr. Romantic?” She touched his chin playfully with her fingers.

As he observed Yuri didn’t plan to do anything, he asked. “Where it is?”

“What?” She looked clueless.

“My reward.” He referred to the kiss.

She smiled and said, “No, I don’t want to. I’m not an easy girl.” She bit her lower lips.

He got upset. “Why are you playing hard to get suddenly?!”

“Aigoo!” She hit his chest playfully. “You really got upset easily.” She cupped his face and started to give him a double kiss on both of his cheeks before ended it with a longer peck on his lips. “Satisfied now?”

His eyes sparkled and the smile soon returned to his face. He really looked like a kid with his easily swayed mood.

Yoona who just went out from the room, saw them. “Should I spend more time to get ready?” She teased, asking them whether she should give them personal time more.

“No, no, of course not. We should go now.” Yuri said bashfully. “So, are you ready now?”

“No.” Yoona replied with unsatisfied face.

“Why?” Yuri looked so astonished since Yoona looked so gorgeous with the dress and make up done.

“I just realized how much crazy and strange I am to go to the concert, wearing like this especially I just saw how common your cloth!” Yoona stomped her legs, muttering cutely. She was fine with wearing dress but this dress was just too fancy. “This is seriously~ not right!”

Yuri put her hand around Yoona. “Don’t worry. I swear, you don’t look strange at all.”

Minho added to help Yuri. “She’s right. You look gorgeous!” He showed a thumb-up.

“Really?” Yoona still looked hesitant.

“Yes, let’s go! We’re going to be late!” Yuri pulled Yoona along as she followed Minho to his car. They got into the car.

In the car, on the way to the venue of the concert, Yoona still looked unsatisfied and asked again for Yuri’s opinion. “Yuri, it’s really ok for me to wear this? I think it feels so strange!”

Yuri laughed. “Yoona-yah, do you think how many time you ask me about that? Don’t worry, you look so pretty.”

“No, pretty or not pretty isn’t the main problem right now… it’s just strange! What is the real reason?”

“Oh?” Yuri was quite taken aback with her question.

“Right, Minho? It’s so strange to wear like this to concert isn’t it?” Yoona asked for Minho’s opinion again this time.

Minho took a glance at Yuri, which she replied with a slight shake of her head, not to be too obvious for Yoona to realize. Fortunately, Yuri had explained to him earlier about Donghae’s proposal. “No, you look just fine. So pretty, much prettier than Yuri!”

Yuri kept nodding while smiling happily as she heard Minho talked but soon stopped smiling as Minho ended his praise for Yoona. She glared at him and slapped his lap. “Aish! You don’t have to be that exaggerated!” She sounded jealous.

“Aigoo, so cute!” He pinched her cheek for being so cute as she just got jealous at her own best friend. Yuri pouted her lips to show that he won’t make her feel better that easy.

However, of course she couldn’t stay being upset that long since Yoona’s suspicion still didn’t stop yet. “But, no matter what, a dress is just too much… There must be a reason behind this, right?”

Leaving Yuri with no choice, she had to lie. “As Donghae’s girlfriend, when you appear at the public like this, in front of his thousand fans, you have to look the prettiest to maintain his pride, don’t you think so?”

Yoona suddenly got mad. “What?! Am I that ugly?!”

Yuri chuckled. “No, that’s not what I meant. You are so pretty to begin with but don’t you look prettier dressing like this?”

Yoona was just silent as she seemed already gave in. “This is the first time I’m so jealous at how ordinary your cloth is.”

Yuri laughed. Then, her cell phone suddenly rang and she soon picked it up. It was from Donghae. “Hello?”

“Oh, Yuri-ah, how is it? Everything’s fine, right?”

“Yes, don’t worry. We are on the way. Between, I put a lot of effort. So, you should treat me later, okay?”

“Yes, I get it. I’ll treat you everything you want later!”

Yoona got curious and asked. “Yuri-ah, who’s that?”

“Is that her?” Donghae could hear Yoona’s voice. “Don’t tell her anything.” He asked Yuri to hide the fact that he called.

“It’s Taeyeon.” Yuri lied. She let out a relieved sigh as Yoona seemed to believe.

Not too long after, they arrived at the venue of the concert. As soon as they came out from the car with many people around, as expected, Yoona attracted people’s attention even with her just outstanding dress.

“Ah~ so embarrassing!” She hid behind Yuri as people didn’t stop looking at her.

“Yoona-yah, why are you hiding? Be confident!” Yuri comforted her.

“It’s so easy for you to say that since it’s not you who is in this crazy situation. They kept checking me out like I’m crazy person!”

Yuri pulled Yoona to stand beside her instead of behind. “It’s not like what you think, ok? They look at you because you are pretty!”

Then, people started to recognize her as Donghae’s girlfriend since they had been dating openly. “It’s Yoona, isn’t it? Donghae’s girlfriend?” A fan talked among other fans.

“Yes, I think it’s her! She’s so pretty like a celebrity! We would have thought her as celebrity if Donghae oppa didn’t say he’s dating a common girl.”

“It seems their relationship still is going strong since she comes here personally to support him.”

“No wonder Donghae oppa likes her. She’s really indeed very pretty especially seeing her in person.”

“They really look good together, isn’t it?”

“See, his fans like you too! They are looking at you because you’re pretty, Yoona-yah!”

Yoona nodded with a shy smile on her face. She seemed more relaxed and confident now. Even along the way to the VIP seat, they could still hear the fans’ compliment for Yoona. Yuri looked happy too seeing Yoona felt much better now.

They took seat with Yuri in the middle between Yoona and Minho. The stadium was already filled with many fans, which meant the concert was going to start anytime soon.

The concert finally started with the opening stage of Soshi Girls and Super Boys’ duet performance. Though everyone seemed so nervous at first but slowly, they started to be relaxed and enjoyed performing on the stage. Especially, with the strong support from the fans, a loud cheer from 20000 people filling the seat in the stadium.

Minho and Yuri enjoyed their performance happily. Meanwhile, Yoona despite of still feeling angry and disappointed towards Donghae, she still couldn’t help but being happy, excited and amazed at Donghae’s performance like an ordinary fangirl. No matter what he did on the stage, he looked so awesome, no wonder he was her bias in the first place.

After that, Soshi Girls took the stage with their nonstop awesome performance of their 3 famous songs. The fans sang along with them. It was such an enjoyable performance with a loud fanchant accompanied. Super Boys continued the heat created by the fans with their famous songs. The fanchant was also getting louder with their charismatic and strong performance.

After reaching the midway of the concert, finally it was the time for special solo performance from every member. It was started with the Taeyeon’s solo stage, she sang a medley of her popular OST which were If, Can You Hear Me, Missing You Like Crazy and Love, That Word. Her beautiful and angelic voice never failed to amaze the fans and not to mention, the emotion that she managed to portray for every different song. Later, Wooyoung heated up the atmosphere with his charismatic and powerful solo dance performance.

It was continued with Jessica and Onew’s duet stage for the duet song, One Year Later. Jessica appeared first at one side of the stage, singing her parts. After the first chorus, Onew continued with his part as he appeared from other side of stage with a loud cheer from fans as the fans were so excited as this couple did the solo stage together. After finishing their solo parts, Onew and Jessica approached each other as they went to the center of the stage. They held hands which gave rise to another round of loud cheer from fans. They continued to sing while looking at each other. Jessica seemed a bit nervous as she couldn’t stop thinking and at the same time, being so excited of what Onew would do like he promised to.

The songs would end soon but Onew just calmly focused on singing his part which made Jessica wondered if he already forgot his promise. She kept checking him out with a hope that he would show any sign that he was preparing something for her. Finally, the song ended and she looked quite disappointed, thinking that he really forgot it.

Onew realized her expression and whispered, “Are you that excited for my surprise?”

She seemed happy a bit that he still remembered but she hit him gently for teasing her. Seeing these two’s cute affection, fans’ cheer became louder and they could hear fans shouting they looked so sweet. As she looked so happy and shy, hearing the fans’ compliment, Onew shocked her by suddenly turning her around, facing her. Her heart suddenly pounded. He took his mic purposely near his mouth to let people hear clearly what he was going to say. He looked into her eyes and said sincerely and loudly, “Sooyeon-ah, I love you! There is no one for me except you.” He just confessed his feelings towards her in front of many fans and what made it sweeter, he called her by her Korean’s name with affection. Jessica smiled from ear to ear as she felt so touched to the point that her eyes already teary.

It may sounded simple to others but Onew really took a big step in showing his courage to confess to her like this, in front of thousands people looking at them. He was the quiet type of guy and had always been the person of rarely showing feelings as even in the past, he never confessed to her first even he had been liking her for long that it never crossed her minds that he liked her.

His action caused the loudest cheer ever heard since the concert started and it became so much louder after he took the initiative to hug her tightly. It was their first time to show public affection like this.

Yuri said excitedly, “Wow, he finally manages to confess like that! Sica must feel like heaven now!”

Yoona agreed, “That’s right. He really changed a lot for her.”

Sungmin and Sunny who were at the backstage, waiting for their turn of solo stage after Onew and Jessica, witnessed everything what happened on the stage right now.

“What the heck?! Why are they showing so much affection on the stage?!” Sungmin said, sounded quite jealous and annoyed at the same time.

“Wow, how sweet of him~ So envious of Sica~” Sunny, beside Sungmin suddenly said as she pouted her lips.

Sungmin’s eyes got bigger as he was taken aback by her words. He stared at her being so envious of Jessica and Onew. ‘Don’t tell me she expects something from me too?’ He thought as he suddenly panicked and nervous.

Sunny realized that Sungmin kept his eyes on her and she looked at him too. They stayed for a while with their eye-contact as Sunny seemed like giving an eye-contact with a deep meaning that he wasn’t so sure what it was about. He guessed she did anticipate something from him.

He broke their eye-contact and cleared his throat. “It’s our turn now.” He said after seeing Jessica and Onew approaching them.

Jessica gave them encouragement. “Fighting, both of you!”

Sungmin hit Onew’s arm lightly. “Why did you do that?!” He whispered to Onew, referring his confession. “It’s pressuring me! She hoped for something too!”

“Well, good luck for you~” Onew mocked playfully.

Sunny and Sungmin got on the stage with Sungmin brought along his guitar. It seemed like he would play the guitar as they both singing a song together. Honestly, because of the pressure to please Sunny, he totally forgot his nervousness for the performance since he was more nervous of what should he do.

He kept looking at her as his face clearly stated that he was extremely nervous. Sunny was aware of that. She gave him a small comforting smile. “Don’t worry. You’ll do just fine.” She whispered to him as she thought he was still nervous for their performance. Nevertheless, he was thankful for her and now, he was determined to do the best for their performance and he thought it wasn’t going to hurt to please her like she hoped for.

They finally had done getting ready and the spotlight was turning on them. The fans cheered after finding out that they would do the couple stage too like Onew and Jessica and the fact that it was the first time Sungmin showed his playing skill of guitar that had been anticipated so long by the fans.

After giving a comforting eye-contact to each other for their last time, Sungmin finally started playing his guitar. He sang first for his part later continued by Sunny before at the chorus, both of them sang. Their harmonization was perfect and it seemed like everything was going smoothly without any mistake until the end.

A big clap heard from the fans and they finally were able to breathe comfortably after finishing their performance perfectly. Sunny showed her cute eye-smile to the fans, showing her thankfulness to the fans. Instead of facing to the fans, Sungmin just stared at Sunny lovingly as he seemed like preparing to do something.

He suddenly gave her a peck on cheek. A loud cheer from fans couldn’t be heard by Sunny who looked so shocked with his action that she felt like she was in her own world. She touched her cheek as she looked at him in astonishment. Her smile finally returned to her face like she just gained her mind back. “Wh… what are you doing?” She asked him, stuttering with her words but her expression showed obviously how happy she was.

He just grinned happily to her. He stood up and grabbed her hand as well as slightly pulling her to stand up. “Please look after us well!” He said to the fans happily which they replied with a cheer, showing their blessing. Sunny seemed so happy that she couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear.

They kept waving to the fans with a bright smile until the stage became dark again. Then, they went to the backstage while still locking hands.

Meanwhile, on the stage, it became dark longer than before. It seemed there was a lot of preparation needed to be done for that stage. It was the last solo stage which of course everyone already who was going to perform.

Yuri asked Yoona, “Are you looking forward to his performance?”

“Well… what is there to be excited about?” Yoona answered coldly, it seemed her anger to him wasn’t simple as people thought of.

“What is this?” Yuri slightly turned her body to Yoona this time to talk properly. “Are you still angry at him? Why? Because of your misunderstanding towards him?”

“Misunderstanding?!” Yoona asked in disbelief. “Are you sure it’s JUST misunderstanding?! Ah, seriously…” She rolled her eyes.

Yuri just laughed since she already knew the truth. “You just love him too much, don’t you?”

“Hang on! What are you talking about?! How can you come to this conclusion from what I just said?!” Yoona really looked unsatisfied. “It didn’t make any sense at all!”

“Do you want to break up with him, then?” Yuri jokingly asked.

Yoona was taken aback with that question. “Well… that…”

“It’s difficult?” Yuri chuckled due to her reaction. “Don’t worry, I think you don’t have to waste your time to think about that since it won’t happen anyway. Just be prepared.”

“Huh?” Yoona was clueless with Yuri’s confusing words.

Yuri just smiled. “Just wait and see.”

Then, the calm and silent atmosphere in the stadium was broken by the sound of someone playing piano which attracted everyone to look at the stage. The light on the stage slowly got brighter. They finally could see Donghae on the stage who was playing piano. Another round of loud cheer by fans… especially the stage looked so much different this time. It was so decorated beautifully compared to stages before. The rose petals covered the floor of the stage. Donghae looked so handsome in his white tuxedo.

A small smile finally appeared on Yoona’s face as she couldn’t help but was mesmerized by him who looked so handsome on the stage. Yuri stole a glance at her. She was satisfied that Yoona finally smiled and she couldn’t wait for the proposal to see Yoona’s reaction.

Donghae stopped playing the piano and took the mic closer to him. “The next song that I am going to perform is for someone special in my life.”

The fans cheered loudly as they already knew who the person was meant by Donghae. Yoona’s expression was quite unreadable. It seemed like she didn’t want to put any hope that she was that person but still, it was out of her control, deep in her heart, she wanted to be that person. No matter how angry she was at him, the fact that Yuri mentioned before was indeed right, she loved him too much that she couldn’t be without him.

Donghae started singing the piano version of Marry U which sounded much sweeter with the accompanying of piano. Any fan girls would fall in love with him.

The fans cheered as they already could expect a special occasion on the stage will happen soon.

“Wh… what is that?” Yoona blurted out, being so taken aback by these words. She was still clueless about the proposal since it was too unexpected for her to have that kind of thought due to her current relationship with Donghae.

“Kyyyahh!! So sweet!” Yuri excitedly clapped her hands with Minho’s hand in between her hands since her hand had been interlocking with his.

Minho laughed happily seeing Yuri’s cute reaction. “Are you that excited for their proposal?” He asked her.

“Hm!” She nodded excitedly. “It is so sweet! I’m so envious!”

Minho pulled Yuri’s hand towards him which of course his action would pull her closer to him. Yuri slightly raised her eyebrows with their faces were quite close to each other. “Does that mean you’re ready to be Mrs. Choi?”

“Well…” She only ended her sentence with a meaningful wide smile. He grinned widely, being so happy as he took her silence and smile meant ‘yes’.

Meanwhile, Yoona still looked confused. Donghae stood up in the middle of the song and kept on singing as he took the steps which seemed like he was heading towards the VIP seat where Yoona, Yuri and Minho were at.

Yoona’s heart started pounding crazily. Was he coming towards her? She couldn’t help but hoped it was true. The more steps he took closer towards her, the crazier her heart pounded and the higher the hope that she put. Then, they were with the distance of close enough to see each other clearly while having eye-contact directly.

His loving stare melted her heart that this time, she was sure there was no anger left that she felt for him. He finally stood in front of her and Yoona’s face could be seen by all the fans on the screen as the camera was focusing on her. He reached out to her, asking her to get on the stage. Yoona was shocked especially with the overwhelming cheer from the fans. She looked hesitant to take his hand.

“But… I…” She looked at Donghae. He gave an ensuring nod with a comforting smile to believe in him and took his hand. She slowly reached out and eventually, took his hand. He smiled widely and held her hand tightly. He helped her to get on the stage carefully. The cheer from the fans became so much louder.

They went to the center of the stage as Donghae slowly led her while still singing the song sweetly. Yoona looked so nervous that she couldn’t help but holding onto his hand tightly like a child held onto her father’s hand. She looked around and just realized there were really a lot of fans. It was such a nerve-wrecking moment for her with all of them had eyes on her and Donghae. She tried her best to show the brightest smile to them though she felt so awkward.

As she was too nervous, she didn’t even realize that the song already ended. Donghae turned her around and suddenly got on his knees while one of his hands was holding onto hers. Her eyes went bigger. He took out something from his pocket and she could see a small box in his hand.

Her heart couldn’t stop pounding crazily. Was he going seriously proposing her now? Finally, she started to think about that. She knew her guess was indeed right when she saw a sparkling beautiful ring in the box when he opened it. Her jaw slightly dropped due to the shock.

While on still his knees, he lifted his head up, staring at her and asked, “Will you marry me, Im Yoona?”

Yoona felt like she lost all of her energy when she heard his proposal. She couldn’t believe it especially he proposed to her in front of his thousand fans! All she could hear now was the loud cheer from the fans. She remained silent like taking time to digest what just happened right now.

“Why doesn’t she agree?!” Yuri asked anxiously. “Don’t tell me… is she still that mad at him?! Yoona-yah, he already proposed to you in front of many people, are you still playing hard to get?!”

Minho laughed at Yuri as he comforted her. “She is just too shocked, I guess. Give her some time.”

“I really hope you’re right.”

Donghae started to look nervous. “Yoona-yah…” He called out awkwardly as he slightly shook her hand to make her focused on him. He won’t get rejected by her in front of his fans, won’t he? It would be so embarrassing! He had put a lot of effort! “… Why aren’t you replying?”

“Oh?” Yoona still looked in lost. “I… I…” Even the fans started to feel uneasy for Donghae. “Are you really proposing to me now? Are you really serious?” She frowned. “Don’t tell me… are you pulling some pranks on me, Lee Donghae?!” She replied with unexpected question which caused the stadium to be filled with the laughter. Fans also got to know that they really interacted to each other in a fun way. It was so difficult for her to believe since their relationship wasn’t good lately.

Donghae finally showed his relieved smile and chuckled later for her cute reaction. “Listen, Im Yoona. I’m never being this serious in my life. I have prepared all of these, my solo stage just for you. I’m proposing to you in front of many people, my fans. Do you still think that I would pull a prank on you about this?”

She looked so touched that it was quite obvious, she had teary eyes.

“Please marry me. The only girl that I love for the rest of my life is you. I swear there won’t be other person who can own my heart beside you. So, please marry me.”

The fans started to cheer along, asking Yoona to accept his proposal.

Yoona finally smiled which made Donghae looked quite confused and at the same time, anticipated a good response from her. “Yes, I do!” She shouted excitedly. He smiled widely from ear to ear along with the loud cheer from the fans.

He got up as he looked so excited. He put on the ring on her finger. He held both of her hands and stared at her lovingly. “Thank you, thank you, really, thank you so much!” He cupped her face and gave a peck on her lips, raising the louder cheer from the fans. She hit his arm gently out of embarrassment.

The stage became dark again for the preparation of next stage. Donghae pulled Yoona along, going to the backstage. “You can go that way to the VIP seat.” He pointed to one of the direction. “I have to prepare for another stage. See you later.” She nodded with a smile on her face. He waved to her as he walked away.

She went back to the VIP seat through the way directed by Donghae with a wide smile flustered on her face. She still felt like it was a dream that she didn’t want to be awake from.

Yuri looked so excited when she saw Yoona coming back. “Wowww!!” She clapped her hands. “Congratulations~ congratulations~”

“Yoona, congrats!” Minho said happily.

Yoona just smiled shyly as she stared at the ring that she got.

“Are you that happy now? Ceh, I’m so envious!” Yuri hit Yoona’s arm with a quite strong one.

“Ouch, it hurts!” Yoona rubbed her hand. “Minho, you should propose to her too!”

Minho laughed. “Don’t worry, she would be mine soon.”

“Ah, really?” She asked him cutely. “Don’t make me wait that long.” She suddenly changed her expression to a serious one when she said that. Minho chuckled happily.

“Aigoo, Yuri-ah, can’t you maintain your pride? So embarrassing~” Yoona said jokingly.

“Well, it’s nice for you, Donghae finally proposed!”

Yoona kept silent for a while, thinking about something. “Hang on… are you already aware that he was going to propose to me?”

“Yes!” Yuri nodded excitedly. Now, there was no more reason to hide it from her.

“What?!” Yoona obviously looked annoyed about that. “Then, who else? Who else know? Don’t tell me… everyone know except me?!”

“Yes, exactly!”

“What is this?!” Yoona looked unsatisfied.

“Why~? Of course it should be a surprise for you! It’s not fun if you know beforehand.”

“Then, the reason you making sure me attending this concert, the dress, and why he acted to me like that in the past because of this?!” She referred to this proposal.

“Yes, Im Yoona, you’re completely~ right!”

“Aish, I’m really… seriously… no wonder all of you had been acting so weird!”

“Aigoo, what is there to be upset about, right? The important thing right now, you are going to be the future wife of someone! Besides, do you think we will let go of Donghae easily if we thought that he purposely hurt you in the past? Of course it’s because we already knew the reason.”

Yoona rolled her eyes. “Ah, this is really unbelievable…” But, then she chuckled later. There was no other thing beside the proposal that can affect her feelings right now, she was just too happy.

The concert finally ended and Yuri, Yoona and Minho went to the backstage at where Soshi Girls and Super Boys were waiting for them in the dressing room. The concert was indeed a big success.

As soon as Minho opened the door, he sang excitedly, “Congratulations~, congratulation~” Yuri and Yoona were following him behind happily.

“Oh, you guys come!”

Minho looked at Donghae in dissatisfaction as he made cute angry face. “Wow, that’s really too much! Aren’t you going to thank me when I just congratulate you?”

Donghae looked clueless, clearly he didn’t expect that. “What? I thought… it was for the success of the concert…”

“Well… there is more important thing to be congratulated rather than that isn’t it?” Minho asked teasingly.

Just then, all of them understood it as Yoona and Donghae whose cheeks turned red after they had been targeted for teasing.

Sungmin whose seat beside Sunny whose seat beside Donghae, grabbed Sunny’s hand and pulled her to get up. “Why?” Sunny looked at him in confusion. He patted his lap, asking her to sit on it. “What?! I… I… on… your…!!”

“Oh~ what’s wrong with both of you now this time?” Jessica teased Sunny and Sungmin.

“Oh, ho! Since you guys have acted sweetly on the stage before, now you aren’t embarrassed to act sweet to each other?” Wooyoung added.

“Yah, I’m just trying to give seat to Yoona!” Sungmin strongly denied as his eyes went bigger as the target had shifted to him and Sunny.

“Yeah, yeah, we get it~” They replied playfully.

Sungmin looked at Sunny as he said awkwardly. “S… sit…”

“Oh? Y… yes…” She slowly sat on his lap. It looked so awkward with Sunny tried her best to lighten her weight by bearing her own weight with her foots.

“Yah, it looks so uncomfortable to her!” Wooyoung added. “I bet she will get cramp soon!”

“Then, what I am supposed to do?!” Sungmin asked in frustration. All of them just laughed seeing these two’s awkward way of showing affection to each other. “Then, can I do that?” He shyly asked Sunny for the permission to place his arms around her waist. Sunny’s cheeks were obviously turning red.

“Yah, you are really hopeless! How can you ask the permission from the girl?!” Wooyoung hit Sungmin lightly. “I’m embarrassed for being your friend!”

Sungmin finally took the courage and he wrapped his around her waist as he slightly pulled her towards himself so that she could sit comfortably. Sunny’s eyes went bigger for a while as her heart started pounding when he showed his rare affection towards her in front of people.

“Come here!” Donghae excitedly asked Yoona to sit beside him. Yoona smiled widely as she bashfully went to sit near him.

“Aigoo, our newlyweds! We are really envious!”

“What are you talking about?!” Yoona immediately replied in shock. “He just proposed to me!”

“Why? They are right~ we can even get married tonight~” Donghae said childishly. She hit him out of embarrassment.

“How can all of you fool me?! It’s so unfair!” Yoona seemed still unsatisfied about the fact that she was left clueless alone about that matter especially how hurt she had been due to the thought that Donghae really didn’t love her anymore.

“Three of us just knew though, before the concert started.” Onew said referring to himself, Wooyoung and Sungmin.

Jessica added, “We are the one knowing this thing earlier.”

“Well… I told the girls first since I need them to help.” Donghae explained.

“Ah, seriously…” Yoona pouted her lips as she looked slightly angry.

“Why are you being like this? I did that for you, my proposal is for you.” Donghae slightly feel dissatisfied with her reaction.

“Then, it was so unnecessary being bad boy, you know?!” Taeyeon added, explaining why Yoona’s feeling would be like that.

“That’s right!” Yoona glared at him. “Is that nice to playing push and pull?! I’m indeed very happy with your proposal but don’t think I will let you go off easily.”

“What did I do wrong~?” Donghae innocently asked like a little kid.

Yoona and Donghae were left alone for them to talk out about everything. Seeing all of them disappeared from the sight, he came closer to her and rested his head on her shoulder while leaning against her.

“Ah, so tired~” He took her hand and locked his hand with hers. “I really misssssss you so much~” He said with cuteness.

Yoona still acted cold and didn’t give response to him.

He was aware of that and lifted his head up to look at her. “What’s wrong?”

“Do you think I’ll just let it off easily? We have to talk it out first.” She looked so serious.

“You are really angry about that?” He obviously looked shocked to find out.

Her eyes went bigger. “Then, do you think I’m just joking around?!” Clearly, that just caused her to be angrier.

“I get it, I get it.” He straightened his body and paid his attention to her. “Tell me.”

“Like Taeyeon said, do you necessarily have to become bad boy just for the proposal?! Do you know how hurt my heart was lately thinking that you might really don’t love me anymore?!”

“I… I just want to give a big impact. I mean, since you never expect something, when you receive it, it’s so much better, isn’t it? I mean, the effect of the happiness… It will be greater, isn’t it?”

Yoona’s expression just got worse with his explanation. “Are you sure it’s just because of that reason? You hurt me just because of that?! It’s really too much! I was so sad!” She continuously hit his arm strongly as she lost her temper.

“Ouch! Ouch! Hang on! Im Yoona, hang on!” He finally managed to stop her by grabbing her hands. “Listen to me first. I didn’t purposely do that, it just happened that way!”

“What do you mean?” A frown still didn’t leave her serious face.

“When I got busy with the preparation of the concert and also the proposal, you met me first and then, you started being suspicious of me, isn’t it? On that time, how can I explain what actually I did during most of my free time was actually preparing for the proposal? My plan would be ruined then. When I treat you nicely later whenever we meet, you are the one who ignore me, right?”

Yoona’s expression gradually became better as she started to accept his excuse.

“Now, please forgive me, will you?” He asked with puppy eyes.

“Alright, I forgave you.” She replied but still pouted her lips.

“Thanks, my girlfriend!” He patted her head. “No… should be my future bride!” He chuckled excitedly. He was aware there was no smile on her face. “Come on, it’s a nice day today, I proposed to you, don’t you think you should be happy now?”

“It’s just that…”

“What? You still can’t forgive me?”

“I… miss you so much!” She added.

He finally laughed in relief. “Oh, is that so? Come here...” He opened his arms. She slightly jumped into his embrace and they both hugged each other tightly. “I miss you too…” He said gently while her hair.

“Can you promise something?” Yoona suddenly asked.

“Yes, whatever you want.”

“Can you not do that again? I mean, the ‘bad guy’ thing… it really hurts me. With just the thought of you don’t love me anymore, just makes me feel like I have lost everything.”

“Yes, of course. I won’t do that. Why should I do that to the girl that I love? I explained to you that I didn’t do it on purpose. So, next time, don’t doubt my love again, ok?” Donghae broke the hug. He looked into her eyes as he cupped her face. “I really love you so much. So, I will never be a bad guy to you. Besides, if I did don’t love you anymore, why should I become bad guy, I should explain nicely to you of course. But, but!” He emphasized while smiling widely. “That would never happen. The word that I don’t love you anymore won’t ever exist, get it? Because I don’t think I can love other girl except you.”

She looked touched of his words. She held his hand and she smiled thankfully. “Thanks.”

He replied her smile warmly and slowly drew his face closer to hers. However, before their lips could touch, suddenly they heard someone opening the door. They immediately separated from each other.

“Oh? Did I just disturb you guys?” It turned out that it was his manager.

“Ah, hyung!” Donghae whined cutely. “Why did you have to appear at such a perfect timing?!”

Yoona hit Donghae’s arm out of embarrassment. “Hey, don’t say that! So embarrassing!”

“Yes, I get it~ I just want to take this document only~” After taking what he wanted, the manager just left them immediately.

After making sure that they were indeed alone again, Donghae turned his head towards Yoona as he laughed mischievously. “What?” Yoona asked nonchalantly.

“We should finish what we did just now.” He excitedly came closer to her back.

“Ceh!” She rolled her eyes while chuckling.

“Hurry up!”

“Here!” She drew her face closer to his. She closed her eyes, waiting for him. He smiled widely before drawing his face closer. He gave her a long sweet kiss.
