Yuri’s eyes went bigger as she was very shocked at Minho’s sudden action. He hugged her tightly as they both fell on the ground. She closed her eyes involuntarily. Just a few seconds later, she could hear a loud sound which sounded like something was broken just a stone’s throw away from her ear. Thankfully, both of them weren’t injured.

Minho immediately got up and he helped Yuri to get up. He cupped her face with anxious expression on his face. “Are you okay? Are you okay?!” he observed on her anxiously. He never felt so anxious and afraid like how he was right now. He found it was scarier than losing his own life.

“Y… ye… yes, I’m okay.” Yuri nodded hesitantly. She still looked scared of what had happened.

“That’s really good.” He took a breath of relief. It felt like his life was coming back to him at the moment he knew she was okay. He immediately lifted his head up. He could see a guy on the rooftop but it wasn’t clear enough to see his face. Once that guy could see Minho was looking at him, he disappeared immediately from Minho’s sight. “Wait here.” He said to Yuri as he got up and ran as fast as possible going to the rooftop.

“Minho, where are you going?” she sounded very worried and immediately got up to follow him going to the rooftop.

Minho accelerated his speed. He looked extremely angry and he seemed like was going to kill the person who did that to Yuri. The anger seemed in his eyes might have even killed someone if it could.

He finally arrived at the rooftop. He looked around but he couldn’t spot anyone. That guy must manage to escape. He grasped his hands tightly while clenching his teeth. Yuri came to him from behind. “Minho, are you okay?” she held his arm.

“He managed to escape.” He said seriously while staring at the floor angrily like the floor had done the bad thing to him.

“Minho-ah, it’s okay.” She looked at him with worry in her eyes. “I’m fine. You don’t have to be like this.”

He turned his head to her. “I’ve to go somewhere. Please go back to your class. I don’t want you to wander around the school alone. So, please go back.” He patted her cheek softly and walked away.

“Minho, where are you going?” She didn’t get the answer from him. Even he had asked her to go back to class, she won’t do it. He didn’t look okay and he might have done something stupid.

The class had ended and only Hyunjoong and Tiffany were left alone in the class.

“Aren’t you going to go home?” he asked as Tiffany didn’t show any sign that she was going to leave.

“Hyunjoong, are you busy lately?”

“Nope, why?”

“You’re really irresponsible, you know?!”

“What?” He looked confused with Tiffany’s sudden accusation.

“We don’t do our class for long.”

“Class? What kind of class?”

“What?!” Tiffany asked in disbelief. “You have forgotten about it?!” Hyunjoong sat down back on his seat which was beside Tiffany’s. He observed her face and drew his face closer to her with a smile on his face. She automatically drew her face away in anxiousness. “Wh… What are you doing?” Her heart pounded at the moment she could feel his breath.

He burst into chuckle and leaned back against his chair. “You’re acting strangely.”

“W… What did you mean?” She asked nervously. Did she get caught because her heart pounded crazily when his face was a few inches away from hers?

“Why suddenly you want a class?”

“Oh, that! I thought…” She took a breath of relief.

“I think you are very lazy to attend our class.” He said sarcastically.

“Hey, I’m not lazy! It’s just that before I hate…” she stopped as she looked at him.

“You hate me that much? I know.”

She felt guilty for saying the things that she shouldn’t say. “Th… that was before we knew each other better. Now, it’s different.”

“What different? It’s still the same.” He folded his arms. “Yes, yes. I know. I’m such a hateful person.”

Tiffany burst into chuckle as Hyunjoong had shown his funny and childish side to her. “What is this?” she poked his arm. “We’re even. You hate me too before, right? Geez! Such a petty guy!” He got up and walked out from the class. She looked shocked of his reaction. “Is he mad?” She immediately caught him up. “Where are you going? I’m sorry.” She said worriedly as she held his arm.

Hyunjoong scooped towards Tiffany to equate his height with Tiffany’s and stared into her eyes. He kept staring into her eyes and his lips curled up. She replied his stare while blinking her eyes faster. “Do you think I’m mad?” She raised one of her eyebrows in confusion. “Of course nope.” He straightened his body. “I just want to take the books. Don’t you want to attend our class?”

“Oh… y… yes. O… ok.” She stuttered in anxiousness. Hyunjoong gave her a sweet smile before walking away. She just stared at him while putting her hand on her chest. She wondered why her heart kept pounding whenever he stared into her eyes. What made it worse… why he kept doing that?!

“Oh, Minho oppa!” Hyejin exclaimed happily as she saw Minho was walking towards her. However, she couldn’t sense Minho’s anger as she was too excited to meet him. “Are you looking for me?”

“YES!” Minho yelled as he held both of her shoulder tightly.

“M… Min… Minho oppa, what’s wrong?” she asked anxiously.

“Yah! Do you think I don’t know what you did?!” he tightened his hold on her with anger in his eyes.

“It hurts!” She raised her voice.

“Don’t think that because you are a girl, I won’t do anything to you!”

“I really didn’t know what you are talking about!”

“Yah! Don’t pretend to be clueless! You are the one who planned to hurt Yuri, right?!”

“What are you talking about? I don’t know anything about that!”

“Do you think you can deceive me?! Huh?!”

“I didn’t do anything to Yuri!”

“Who else would do that beside you?! You have a motive for doing that!”

“I really didn’t do anything to her!”

Yuri appeared and she looked shocked of what Minho was doing. She ran to them. “Minho, what are you doing?!”

“Yuri, I’m sure she is the one who planned to hurt you! She must have asked any guy to do that!”

“I said I don’t know anything about this!” Hyejin desperately said.

“Minho! Let her go!” Yuri said as she tried to fling off Minho’s hold on Hyejin.

“Yuri, she hurt you!” Minho defended himself for doing the right action.

“We don’t have any proof that shows she did it!”

“I’m sure there is no other person can do that beside her!”

“Minho, I’m begging you! Just let her go even she really did it! It isn’t the right way to repay someone’s evil by doing the same thing! It just makes us look same with her!”

Finally, Minho let Hyejin go hesitantly. “You are saved because of Yuri!” He warned Hyejin as he pointed to her. Then, he just walked away angrily. Hyejin just looked at Yuri while taking a few deep breathes as she still looked scared of Minho’s action just now. Yuri just took a glance at Hyejin and she chased after Minho.

Onew and Jessica were walking together around their neighbor. That is the only place where they could spend together without having to hide their identity.

“Onew, what is your wish?” Jessica asked as she linked arm with Onew.

“Wish?” He paused for a while. “Oh, yes! I almost forgot about that!”

She chuckled. “It’s better if I not mentioned about it.”

“You’ve to grant it no matter what my wish is.”

“Yes~ but what it is?”

“Let me think about it first.” They went to a shady tree and sat down on the soft grass. “Wow! Today weather is so nice!” He spread out his arms, feeling the soft wind which was slapping his face softly. Jessica just stared at him with a wide smile on her face. Eventually, he lied down on the grass. She held his arm. “Huh?” He looked at Jessica with questioned face.

She replied him with a grin. She moved the position of his arm from his chest and put it on the grass. Then, she lied down beside him with placing her head on his arm. He burst into laugh because of what she did. They both enjoyed the view of blue sky.

After a moment, Jessica turned her head towards Onew. He was closing his eyes. “Is he sleeping?” She corrected her position to stare at his face in clear view comfortably. She smiled like an idiot, staring at his cute face. She slowly reached her finger to his cheek and poked it gently. All of a sudden, his other hand moved and he wrapped it around her waist. She was quite shocked. “I thought you are sleeping!”

He pulled her closer to his embrace. “How can I sleep when you disturbed me?”

“I’m sorry.” She grinned.

“Anyways, I have found a wish.”

“What is it?” She lifted her head up.

“I want you to get married with me.”

“Get married?!” She asked in disbelief. “Onew, we’re still around 20 years old. We are too young to get married.”

“I don’t mean right now. When we are old enough, we’ll get married. After we get married, I want 9 kids, 5 guys and 4 girls. Every morning, you have to wake me up and make me breakfast. Please don’t forget to attend cooking lesson since I don’t want to be dead because of your food. After I go to work, you can take care of our kids, send them to school and then, you can wash the clothes… then, you can clean our house and then…”

“Yah! I won’t get married with you! Who do you think I am?!” She said angrily while pouting her lips cutely.

He burst into laugh. “I’m just kidding!”

She hit him gently. “Anyways, what is your real wish?”

“Honestly, I don’t have anything that I want you to do. I just hope that you can be my side and love me forever.” She gave him a warm smile, convincing him that he owns her heart eternally. He smiled back and gave a kiss on her forehead.

“Here.” Hyunjoong put the books on Tiffany’s table. He sat down beside her and took one book. “What should I teach you?” he asked as he checked out that book.

“Don’t you think it will be more fun if both of us answer the questions?” Tiffany suggested.

“Really?” He looked at her. “Ok.” He took two books and gave one of it to Tiffany. “Who get lower mark, will get…” He paused. “A flick on forehead, okay?”

“That’s sound great!” She exclaimed excitedly. “I’ll make sure I’ll win. You’ll get hard flick from me!”

“We’ll see! Ok, 1… 2… 3!” They both answered the questions seriously. It seemed like they were in an examination. After a few minutes, Hyunjoong seemed like was having a problem with a question. He thought wisely while resting his face by pressing his arm on the table. Then, he took a look at Tiffany who seemed so serious. “Oh~ you’re so serious.” He poked her arm.

“Yah! Don’t disturb me! I must win!” She replied without taking any glance at him.

“Ok, ok. I know.” He immediately paid his attention back to the questions. Seeing Tiffany being so serious, he decided to do better. He also didn’t want to lose too.

After 30 minutes, they both finished answering all the questions. “Hurry up. Check the answer. I want to know the results.” They checked their answers together. “I answered 25 questions correctly!” She exclaimed happily as she thought her result is quite high to be surpassed by Hyunjoong’s. She just got 5 questions wrong. “How much did you get?” she looked at him with full of hope that he got lower mark than hers.

“Aigoo!” He grasped his hands with frustrated face on his face.

“Why?” She held his arm while smiling widely. “Did you lose?” He turned his head to another side while giving Tiffany his result to let her see it. She took it while smiling happily. “Oh?” The smile slowly disappeared from her face. “What is this?” She looked at him with a frown on her face.

He slowly turned his head back towards her. “I won!” he grinned.

“Why did you play on me?! Give me a false hope!” She hit Hyunjoong’s arm hardly.

“Eh~ don’t hit me!” He stopped Tiffany by holding her hands tightly. “Otherwise, I give you a double punishment!”

“Geez! Hurry up. Just do it!” He lifted his hand up and made a ready position to give a flick on Tiffany’s forehead. “Don’t do it too hard.” She said to him in worry while covering her forehead with her hand.

“I know, I know.” He took her hand from her forehead. He lifted his hand up once again. He mustered all his strength in his hand.

“Wait!” Tiffany exclaimed as she held his hand.

“What again?!”

“You must remember…” She pointed to herself. “I’m a girl!”

“I definitely know about that.” He nodded. He was mustering his strength and finally, he gave an extremely hard flick on her forehead as it produced a loud ‘TOK’ sound. “Oh?” He himself was shocked.

“OUCH!!!” She shouted as she touched her red forehead.

“Oh! Fany-ah! I’m sorry!” He said apologetically. “I never thought that it would be that hard. I’m sorry.” He rubbed her forehead anxiously. “I’m really sorry.” He gave her a light hug to comfort her.

Tiffany’s eyes went bigger at the moment when Hyunjoong hugged her. She didn’t expect that even just a light hug from him could reduce her pain. “I… I’m okay…”

He realized of what he was doing right now. It was out of his control. He slowly let her go. They stared into each other’s eyes with awkward atmosphere. “I… I’m sorry. It’s just that I feel apologetic for what I have done. I just want to play with you but I… never thought it would be that hard.”

“It’s okay.” She replied with an awkward smile.

Their conversation was interrupted by a phone call. It was Hyunjoong’s cell phone. “Hello?” he answered the call. “Oh… yes… ah, yes… Ok, I’ll be there soon.” He ended the call and got up.

“Why?” she lifted her head up.

“I’ve to go to my company.”

“Company?” She asked in astonishment.  “Ah, yes. Yes! You own a company, I totally forget about that. Then, you have to go now, right now?”

“Yes… I have to settle a few documents.”

“Oh… ok.” She nodded but her disappointed expression still was shown clearly on her face though she had tried to hide it. “Bye.”

“Ok, bye.” He gave a sweet smile before leaving. Not too long after, he came back. “Do you want to follow me?”

“Can I? Really?” A sparkle could be seen in her eyes. “Ok, I won’t disturb your work.” She got up and followed him.

Minho was walking alone around the school. He still looked extremely angry because of what had happened to Yuri. Why did he feel like he can’t live without her? He felt like he was going to die because of his worry about her safety.

When thinking wisely about that, he was unsure whether to put all the blame on others only. This problem started because of himself. Hyejin did that because of him. He thought Yuri just suffered by being his side. When first they knew each other, her hand also was hurt because of him. Fortunately, her hand was able to get better before the competition. And, today, just a day before the competition, she almost got hurt again because of him.

“ARRGGHH!!!” He shouted as loud as he could while grasping his hands tightly. He was really angry at himself. He really didn’t want her to be hurt but somehow, she was almost and also had been hurt because of him. Why this happened to her when she was by his side?! He felt like a pathetic guy! How much he wanted to protect her, eventually, she became hurt when she was by his side.

All of a sudden, he felt someone was touching his shoulder. “What?!” he said angrily while flinging off that hand from his shoulder. He turned his body to behind.

“Oh… I… I’m sorry…” Yuri said in shock. “I think you want to be alone. I’m off.” She was about to go. Minho immediately grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards his embrace. He hugged her tightly like she was going to disappear in any moment. “M… Minho? What’s wrong?” She looked extremely shocked.

“I’m sorry. I’m really sorry. I’m not angry at you but myself. I’m sorry.” He kept apologizing to her and he sounded very sad. The tears accumulated in his eyes and he tried his best to hold his tears. He felt so guilty for what had happened to her.

“Why are you so sorry at?” she asked him in confusion. She tried to push his chest softly to talk to him properly.

However, Minho didn’t seem wanted to let her go and hugged her tighter. “I’m sorry. That’s all my fault. I’m sorry.”

“No, it’s not your fault.” Yuri replied with a smile on her face. She was happy that Minho cared about her a lot and she knew all this happened didn’t have any connection to him. “Minho, it’s okay. I’m fine now. So, don’t worry too much.”

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” He hugged her tightly and buried his face on her shoulder. Yuri patted his back to comfort him.

Tiffany and Hyunjoong arrived at Avenue Company. They could see everyone was working diligently. As expected, his company was really big.

“Wow, your company is really big!” Tiffany who was walking beside Hyunjoong towards the lift, said excitedly.

“Why?” He raised his eyebrows. “I think your family’s company is much bigger than mine, isn’t?” They both entered the lift once it opened.

“Well… I’m not too sure about that.”

“Not sure? You never go there?” He pressed one of the buttons of the lift where was his office located.

“I’ve been there only once. So, I can’t remember properly. Honestly, I don’t have any interest in managing my family’s company.”

The lifted opened once again as they arrived at Hyunjoong’s office. They went out from the lift. “So, who will take over your company?”

“Don’t worry. I’ve a younger brother. I’m sure he can take over it.”

As they walked to the Hyunjoong’s office, they passed the place of the secretary. “Hello, sir!” The secretary greeted Hyunjooong warmly.

“Yes.” Hyunjoong replied with a smile.

The secretary took a look at Tiffany, who she had never seen before. She looked at Tiffany with full of interest and she seemed amazed of Tiffany. Tiffany gave her a shy smile as the secretary kept checking her out with full of interest. “Sir, who is this girl? Your girlfriend? She is really pretty.”

“Of course not. She is my friend.”

“Sir, don’t lie to me.” The secretary teased Hyunjoong by elbowing him.

“Ms. Kang!” He slightly raised his voice in embarrassment. “Be serious when you are working.”

“Sir, I’m not playing. I just said that she is your girlfriend, that’s all.” She pointed to Tiffany. Hyunjoong’s cheeks turned red.

“I’m not his girlfriend, we are just friends.” Tiffany helped Hyunjoong to clear the misunderstanding. “By the way, I’m Tiffany.” She introduced herself. “Stephanie Hwang Miyoung. Just call me Tiffany.”

“Hello, nice to meet you, Mrs. Kim.” She bowed her body to Tiffany politely.

“Mrs. Kim?” Tiffany asked in confusion.

“Yes. You will be Mrs. Kim once you guys get married since my boss’s name is Kim Hyunjoong. Right?”

Tiffany’s eyes went bigger. “Ms. Kang!” Hyunjoong gave a serious stare. Ms. Kang just let out a chuckle. He immediately grabbed Tiffany’s hand and dragged her to his office. Standing in front of Ms. Kang, just created more troubles.

Tiffany observed the condition of Hyunjoong’s office. His office was so tidy and neat. Honestly, she didn’t expect that it would be this neat. That’s why, she felt happy and somehow, proud at him. “Your office is beautiful.”

“Why? Don’t you expect it?”

“I don’t mean like that…” She paused. “Anyways, a bit.” She added while letting out a chuckle.

“I’m sorry for my secretary’s behalf. She is always like that, being playful even during the work.”

“It’s okay. I like her. She is funny.” Tiffany smiled.

Their conversation was interrupted when they heard someone was knocking the door. “Come in.” Hyunjoong said. There was an old man entering his office. “Oh, uncle!” He exclaimed happily.

“Hyunjoong.” His uncle patted Hyunjoong’s shoulder. “I don’t see you for long.”

“Sorry, uncle. I’m quite busy with school.”

“It’s okay.” His uncle gave him a smile. Then, he spotted Tiffany who was coming closer. “Who is she?”

“This is my friend, Tiffany.” Hyunjoong introduced Tiffany to his uncle. He turned his head to Tiffany. “This is my uncle… also the Chairman of my company.”

“Oh… Hello, uncle!” She greeted warmly while bowing her body 90°.

His uncle replied Tiffany with a warm smile. It seemed like he was quite fond of Tiffany. He looked at Hyunjoong back. “Wow, uncle has never seen you become this close with a girl. I think this is the first girl who you have ever gotten closer to, right?” Hyunjoong’s lips curled up. Tiffany stared at Hyunjoong with a shy smile on her face. “You even bring her to our company… She must be very special to you, isn’t?”

“Uncle. We are just friends.”

“Well… we won’t know what will happen next. Ok, uncle has to go now. Meet you later.” Hyunjoong nodded. His uncle looked at Tiffany. “It’s nice to meet you.” He gave Tiffany a warm smile. She smiled widely and eventually, she showed her pretty eye-smile.

Minho was lying down on his bed. He stared at the ceilings blankly as he was still thinking about Yuri. He remembered about the incident where Yuri almost got hurt. He still didn’t understand why he felt like he was the one would die if anything happened to her. It felt like his life was depending on her life.

He was startled by a knock. He got up and looked at the door. Taecyeon and Nickhun were coming towards him. “What are you doing?” Nickhun asked as he took a seat beside Minho, on the bed.

“You can’t sense what he was thinking? Of course Yuri was on his minds. Am I right?” Taecyeon asked confidently.

“H… How did you know?” Minho looked slightly shocked.

“Hey, do you think you can hide it? Your face is telling everything!”

“Really?” Minho touched his face while smiling widely. Honestly, just thinking about her, always caused him to be so happy but this time was different since he felt so worried about her safety.

“Minho, do you still not want to admit that you like Yuri?” Nickhun asked.

“Well… I’m not sure 100%. I think she owns my heart but I’m sure I like her 95%. I still think that I maybe like Victoria noona for about 5%. And, I don’t want to hurt Yuri because of that 5%.”

“You are still unsure?”

“Yes… before, Yuri and I went to a restaurant together and we met Victoria and her fiancé.”

“Fiancé?!” Nickhun looked very shocked.

“Yes.” Minho nodded. “Why?”

“Nothing.” Nickhun denied but his face was saying otherwise.

“Victoria noona never told to us about that.” Taecyeon said as he also looked shocked with that information.

“I also wonder why she hides it from us.” Minho added.

“Then, don’t you feel anything?”

“Feel anything?” Minho asked with questioned face.

“Yes! Don’t you feel sad and angry?”

“Why should I feel that? Yuri also asked the same question.”

“Yah! You are so silly! You would feel sad or angry if you really like Victoria. Yuri even knows that you like her!” Taecyeon raised his voice as he felt frustrated at how Minho was so bad to understand his heart.

“Really? Then… this morning, Yuri almost got hurt but fortunately, I managed to save her. I feel like my life is depending on her life. If she really did get hurt, I don’t know what to do. I think I can’t live without her.”

“Almost hurt?! What had happened to her?!” Taecyeon asked in shock.

“Someone threw a flowering pot towards her. I don’t know who he is. But, I think it was planned by Hyejin. So, I went to her. I think I was going to kill her if Yuri didn’t prevent me.”

“Yah! Now, you are still unsure about the person who owns your heart?! It didn’t make any sense, Choi Minho!” Nickhun shook his head sarcastically. “You are so silly, the silliest guy I have met. You can’t live without her and you don’t feel sad and angry when seeing the girl that you ‘thought’ you like, is with another guy. Then, what should we call if it’s not love that you feel towards Yuri?”

“Well… I’m just confused.” Minho replied.

“From the way you acted, we already feel like you are falling in love with Yuri. But, you were blind by your brain which your brain thought you still like Victoria noona. You know Victoria noona since you were little. You were very close to her. And I think because of that, you thought your feeling towards Victoria noona is love. But, from the way I see, your feeling is only caring or the feeling like relationship between sister and brother,” Taecyeon explained to Minho fully what he thought. “It’s quite complicated… Can you understand what I’m trying to explain?”

“Oh, yes! I get it. What did you say makes sense. I really agree with you. Besides, when he’s describing about Yuri, we can see how happy he is. The way he did like he was describing about his girlfriend,” Nickhun agreed with Taecyeon. “Right?” he asked Minho.

“Well… I think it’s like that.” He smiled widely. “Thanks!” He thanked Taecyeon and Nickhun because they helped him to know what his heart really wanted. Now, he was sure 100%, Yuri owned his heart. He didn’t like her but he loved her, he really loved her!

“Then, what are you thinking about anymore? Don’t you want to confess to her?” Nickhun asked as Minho didn’t show any sign that he would do anything after confirming his feelings.

“If you don’t want, I’ll take her!” Taecyeon gave a warning.

“Ok, ok!” Minho immediately took his cell phone. He called Yuri. He was waiting for her to pick up the call while smiling widely. He didn’t know that even a small matter like how he was smiling widely when waiting for her, could become a proof that he really did love her. However, Yuri didn’t pick up her call. Minho looked worried and a frown could be seen on his face.

“Why? She didn’t pick up?”

“Yes.” Minho tried to call her once again.

“Hello?” Finally, Yuri answered.

“Yah! What took you so long to pick up?! You know, how worried I am?!” Minho scolded her. Nickhun and Taecyeon just laughed at how Minho acted.

“Oh?” Yuri was shocked of Minho’s sudden anger and it was because she didn’t pick up his call for once only. “I… I’m sorry. It’s just that…”

“It’s okay. It isn’t important thing right now. Actually, I want to meet you tonight. Can you go to Namsan Tower? Wait for me in front of it and don’t ever go into Namsan Tower without me, okay? I’ll be there about 8.00 pm.”

“Anyways, what is the thing that you want to talk to me?” Yuri asked with full of interest and she sounded very excited.

“I can’t tell you right now.”

“Choi Minho! What is this?!” Yuri raised her voice cutely.

“Kwon Yuri, you must be patient, okay? Meet you there about 8.00 pm. Bye!”

“Ok, bye!” Yuri ended the call.

“Why do you want to meet her at Namsan Tower?” Nickhun asked in confusion.

“I want to make it special.” Minho smiled widely. “Today is such a special day and I want her remember how I confess to her eternally.”
