The tall and pretty man took his seat beside his mother on the couch designed with flowers. Ga In was sure if she were to stand side by side with her new student, he would be at least a head taller. Before they could introduced themselves the front door was slammed shut. The lady exhaled heavily, "Ah this is my precious son, Lee Sungjong." She introduced him and they exchanged a bow.

"Ah nice to meet you, I'm Han Ga In." She held out her hand and the young man took it with an eye smile. His eyes forming cresent shapes and the corner of his lips curled upward. 

"Nice to meet you too Teacher Han." After shaking hands they relaxed in their spots again.

"Well you two have a nice conversation, I'll go and prepare some food for lunch, please stay with us for lunch Teacher Han." The lady said standing up and Ga In couldn't declined, thus she nodded. 

Once she was out of sight the young latter begin, "I just wanted to meet you today just to get to know a little bit about you and maybe set up a do-able schedule for us?" Sungjong took the lead and Ga In nodded. 

"Oh of course, would it be alright if I can get a copy of your classes for this semester? I'll also like to know which subject you need help with the most and your major." She directed and he bowed a little before excusing himself to get his grab his schedule from his room. Once he returned he passed a copy of his schedule to Ga In and she glanced over it. 

"Drama and band are easy classes, but I'm worried about English." Sungjong explained as Ga In read over his courses.

Is this boy serious? English? Only one class? Yet I have to tutor him?

Ga In didn't want to be rude, but she didn't want to tutor him with only one class. Not that she didn't have the skills and abilities to teach English, but one class? "Then, how much time would you like to spend on English?" Ga In asked. 

"Three hours every Tuesday, Thurdays, and Saturdays." Sungjong simply replied, as if he was reading off from a list. He was prepared and organized, Ga In gave him prompts for that, however three hours three times a week was asking for too much, on one subject. 

"Three hours...?" Ga In asked and Sungjong nodded. 

"Yes, I'll be willing to pay 12 dollars on the hour."

"But.... Three consecutive hours and days on English? And only English?" Ga In asked again, she still couldn't believe the situation. She was ready to give up some time from her detective life to teach students to become better people, but she expected more than this. It in fact felt like a waste of time. 

"Well, it wouldn't be limited to just English. I mean, there are a lot more of other subjects you can teach me, Teacher Han." Sungjong concluded and Ga In thought for a moment. 

"Then I'll also teach you about life." She said and their gaze met. Sungjong face was expressionless for about a minute then he quickly smiled and complied. 

"Done." 

"The person you're trying to get ahold of-" Soo Hyun turned off his phone and paced the cream and cookies colored tiles below his shiny black shoes. "Ah where exactly did she go? And why did I fall asleep? I should have stayed awake and keep her company, ah!" Soo Hyun slapped his temple, disappointed in himself. Then right when he was about to slap himself across the face his phone rang, "Han Ga In!" He said aloud then looked around in case anyone heard him. But fortunately for him, even if someone did happen to hear him, the man was surrounded by curtains. He was still in the office where Ga In left him. 

"Yes sleepy head? Are you finally up?" She asked on the other line and Soo Hyun in his breath. 

"Are you kidding me? Where did you go? I've been calling you since I opened my eyes-" 

"You mean about three minutes ago? Yes I've receieved your five missed calls." Ga In teased and Soo Hyun's face lit red due to being embarrassed. But with quick wits he regained his composure. 

"W-what do you mean three minutes ago? Does it matter when I started calling you? You should always answer my calls on the first ring, what if something happened over here and I needed your help?" Soo Hyun blurted out to cover for his earlier humiliation.

"Kim Soo Hyun would call Han Ga In if he needs help, since when?" She teased again and this time he sighed. 

"I'm being serious here. Where are you right now?"
