The Day before leaving to Taiwan

BaoMing and Jessica are both packing clothes ready to leave tomorrow.

“Ming ah, I was looking around the house the other day and I notice the room next door is decorated for a baby.”

“That room…I ask DongHyun if I could decorate the room for a girl in case he has another child. DongWon was to have my room after I leave.”

“Are you really leaving?”

“Regardless of what happens, after he gets back from the tour he is going to find out everything and I’ll have no choice but to leave.”

“Why?” Jessica stares at BaoMing, “Why are you the one to leave?”

“Because he loves DongWon, and as soon as he finds out that DongWon is your son he’ll take you back, because a mother and child should never be separated.”

“And his father.” BaoMing looks at Jessica

Taiwan (Next Day)

DongHyun and JeongMin were in disguise waiting for the group at the airport. DongHyun was excited to see DongWon and BaoMing, it been almost two month since he last saw their faces. His heart rate went up and down as soon as he heard their plane landed. Many people started to get off the plane but there was no sign of the groups.

“Where are they?” he paces back and forth with the sign that said ‘DongWon.”

“Calm down hyung they might be in the back.” Jeongmin and DongHyun promised to be on good term for the time being; since BaoMing was coming, “Why are you even acting like this?”

“I don’t know, I’m just excited to see DongWon.” Jeongmin scoffs

“You act like DongWon is your long lost son or something.”

“Yah, what if I want him to be my son, it not like his mom is coming back anyways.”

“Hyung, you don’t know that.”

“Stop talking I think they’re coming.” DongHyun puts the sign high above his head. He sees Lisa and the guys but no sign of BaoMing or DongWon. Jeongmin runs to greet Lisa and the guys while DongHyun is still looking for the BaoMing and DongWon, “Where are those two?”

“If you’re looking for Ming and DongWon they’re not getting here until tomorrow.” Says Jaejoong. DongWon turns and give him a confuse look.

“Why?”

“She had something to do before leaving. And don’t worry I’ll be picking them up tomorrow.” Jaejoong throws his bag over his shoulder and walks away. DongHyun took one last look and then leaves. After a couple minutes or so three figures pops out of nowhere.

“Umma and BaoMing umma I thought appa would be picking us up.” Jessica and BaoMing looks at each other, hesitant to tell him what was going on.

“DongHyun appa had something to do so I called somebody else.” She points in the direction in front of them; Minwoo who was also is disguise pops out and waves at DongWon

“Minwoo ajuhssi !” DongWon runs towards Minwoo and gives him a hug,

“DongWon ah!” he picks him up and twirls around, “I miss you.”

“I miss you too.” Minwoo stick out his cheek

“Popo.” DongWon kiss him on the cheek and Minwoo does the same and puts him down. BaoMing and Jessica walks towards him.

“Hello BaoMing noona.” He hugs her and turns to Jessica, “Hello noona.” Jessica was trying to hides her face from him, “Jessica noona I know who you are you don’t have to hide from me.”

“You - you know me?” she didn’t think that Minwoo would know her. She left before they debuted. The only one that knew her was Jeongmin.

“You’re DongWon’s umma, it nice to have finally met you.”

“Ne…thank you for helping Ming take care of DongWon too.” She bows

“It was fun he a great kid.” He looks at BaoMing, “We should get going in case they start to get suspicious of me.” BaoMing motion him to grab Jessica’s luggage and he did just that and they all to the car towards the hotel where they were staying.

DongHyun throws the keys on the bed and throws himself onto the bed.

“Why didn’t she come?” he hits his bed, “Is she still mad at me.” He stares at the ceiling with question filling his head. He quickly sits up, “Why am I worrying about her?” he thinks for a sec and tries to dig himself out of denial, “It because she is sick and mad at me.” He sighs, “Yes that right. It is because she isn’t feeling well.”

The rest of the members sit there in the room staring at their Hyung who was talking to himself. Jeongmins walks in after helping unload the luggage.

“Jeongmin hyung what wrong with DongHyun hyung?”

“Ming and DongWon aren’t coming until tomorrow.”

“Bwoh!” they all yell. But what they don’t know is that BoaMing and Jessica was in the next room unpacking there stuff.  BaoMing pulls out one of the family hoodies she bought back then when she was in her first trimester; she quickly puts it back and changes into her work clothes and was planning to meet up with Lisa and the guys upstairs. Jessica finally notices her stomach and couldn’t help but stare.

“Ming?”

“Yes.” She looks at her but didn’t want to say anything.

“Nothing.”

“Oh…unnie if you need anything just call me don’t go to place you never been. It is not that safe.”

“Don’t worry about unnie, just take care of yourself.”

“If you need anything and I don’t answer Minwoo is next door just call his cell.” BaoMing leaves the room and meets YooHwan by the elevator she sighs, “You didn’t have to come down.”

“Hyung told me too.”

“Who?”

“Jae hyung.” They both walked into the elevator, he looks at her, “You look different.”

“What is different about me?”

“You look a little…bigger.” He avoided eye contact at all cost after saying that.

“Stress.” She gets off the elevator and meets up with the group in the cafeteria to see what they’re going to do again for the concert in two days.

Next Day

Boyfriend goes to the building where they would be having the concert and practice. They practice intensely , but all that he had going on in his mind was the fact that he wouldn’t be able to pick BaoMing and DongWon up, all that change as soon as he saw DongWon run to the stage.

“Appa!” DongHyun turns to see DongWon waving from the side stage. After the song ended DongWon didn’t hesitate to run to DongHyun.

“DongWon ah I miss you so much.”

“I miss appa and the ajuhssi too.” DongHyun picks him up and looks around the stage.

“Where is BaoMing?”

“BaoMing umma took umma to the hospital; umma said she wasn’t feeling well.”

“Umma?” the twins said, they weren’t the only one that was surprise DongHyun was too.

“Your umma is here?” DongWon nods, DongHyun’s smile slowly fades.

“Umma really wants to meet you guys but she wasn’t feeling good so BaoMing umma took her to the hospital. YooHwan ajuhssi said they’ll be back soon. DongHyun didn’t know if he should be glad or said for the fact that DongWon was leaving. He has gotten really attach to the boy.

“Are you hungry?”

“Yes…but appa has to finish practicing first, tomorrow is appa’s big day.” DongHyun puts DongWon down and he runs back to the side stage where Lisa was standing with her men.

Jessica and BaoMing went to urgent care; they gave Jessica an IV to ease the pain and help her a bit.

“Jessica unnie are you feeling better?” Jessica had a face mask on.

“I’m feeling better now.” She gets up as one of the nurses take the IV out from her arm, “Lets head to the concert.” She helps Jessica out of the clinic, “What do you think will happen if DongHyun oppa sees me?” BaoMing slowly helps her into the car and goes and sit on the passenger side, “Do you think he’ll hate me for leaving?”

“You’ve known DongHyun longer than I have and you know what he is like, but from what I can see he isn’t that evil. He’ll forgive you.”

“Really?”

“I’m sure of it.”

BaoMing and Jessica walks into the concert hall where the guys just finished their last song. She tries her best to hide Jessica. The boys were so happr.

“Noona!” yells Youngmin and runs off the stage to meet her at the door, followed by the others to give her hugs and introduce themselves to Jessica. DongWon stands on stage controlling himself from overreacting and going to hug her. He goes right over to Jessica and introduces himself. Jessica couldn’t help but be overwhelm by seeing him this close.

“Hello, I’m Kim DongHyun.”

“Hello, I’m sorry to let my son be a bother to you and Ming.” She bows

“It no problem, DongWon is an amazing kid. I’m happy to have finally met you.”

“I’m glad to have met you also. Congratulations on your first tour.”

“Thank you.” BaoMing notice Jessica’s discomfort with DongHyun in front of her so she quickly cut in.

“DongHyun, where is DongWon?” he looks at BaoMing

“He is backstage with the rest of the group.” BaoMing motions for Jessica to follow her. Jessica felt as if she just lost 10 years of her life. She followed BaoMing as soon as she left to the backstage. Youngmin quickly puts an arm around DongHyun.

“Hyung, do you think DongWon’s umma is pretty?” DongHyun gave him a weird look.

“Why?”

“Her voice sounds pretty, her eyes a beautiful, and her long brown hair is just.” He sighs as if he was in love, “She is almost like an angel.” DongHyun shove Youngmin off of him

“How would I know? She was wearing a mask. I can’t tell.” He takes a good look at Youngmin, “Wait a sec.” he point a finger at Youngmin, “Don’t tell me you like DongWon’s umma.” Youngmin. Youngmin starts to blush a little

“No hyung I was just asking.” Kwangmin jumps on his brother

“Younggie likes a girl, this is the first.” He pokes Youngmin’s cheek, “His cheeks are even truning red.” Youngmin pushes his brother.

“Yah Jo Kwangmin!” he chases his brother to the stage.

“I for one think she is pretty.” Says Minwoo leaving the hyungs behind.

“Hyung,” Jeongmin puts his hand on DongHyun’s shoulder, “Does DongWon’s umma looks familiar to you?”

“Why?” Jeongmin sighs and cross his arms

“She looks like someone I know, I was wondering if you knew who she was.”

“Now that you mention it she does look familiar.” Says Hyunseong. DongHyun looks at his buddies. What did they see in her that he couldn’t see? When he looked into her eyes there was sudden warmth in his heart but at the same time he felt anger and remorse. Her voice also brought him back to places he has long forgotten.

“Let head back to the room.” DongHyun says

“Umma!” DongWon ran and hugs Jessica, “Umma, are you okay?”

“Umma is okay.”

“Umma did you meet appa?” Jessica nods, “Isn’t appa handsome?”

“Hey, I thought I was handsome.” Minwoo pouts his way to DongWon

“Minwoo ajuhssi isn’t handsome.” He smiles, “Minwoo ajuhssi is cute.” Minwoo smile from ear to ear. Jessica and BaoMing laughs at the little boy’s comment.

BaoMing knew that she was going to miss all this: DongWon, ‘Boyfriend’, her family, and him; but she had a mission to finish and living like this wasn’t part of it. BaoMing knew things were coming to an end, after this mission was done she was going to leave Seoul. Her life here was full of excitement, joy, tears, and love; but it was like they say nothing in life last forever. As she watches the mother son she felt someone staring at her. She looks up to see Jaejoong staring at her. All she did was nod and looks away.

“Ming!” she looks towards the door Lisa runs towards her, “Ming, how everything went?”

“She is fine; everything is fine. As long as we leave here on time like we’re suppose to she should be fine until we head back.” Lisa leans in and whispers

“Do you think he knows yet?” BaoMing shakes her head, “Let’s keep it that way.”

“Alright everybody we’ll do a last rehearsal before ending today.”

“That is my cue to get into my security clothes.”

After a long day of practice everybody heads back to the hotel. Everyone exits to their own vechile. DongHyun stops outside of the van.

“Hyung what are you doing? Palli!” Says Kwangmin

“Hold up for sec.” he looks back at the door, “C’mon BaoMing.” He whispers, but there was no sign of life anywhere. He gives up and gets into the van and drives off. BaoMing exits out the door with DongWon and Jessica.

“Ready to go?” asks BaoMing

“Yes.” DongWon exclaim and walks towards the car.

“I think I should stay at the hotel tomorrow.”

“Why?”

“I think I make a lot of people here uncomfortable.”

“It because they don’t know you; don’t worry about anything tomorrow you did well today anyways. “

“Ming.”

“Unnie, I promise I’ll reunite you guys before I was done with the mission, and that is one thing I’ll make happen.” She stares at DongWon who was playing by the car, “You saw your son and you saw how happy he was with DongHyun, with you in the picture it will be even better.” She sighs, “All we have to do now is let me leave.”

At the hotel DongHyun was at the front desk still waiting for BaoMing to return. He paces back and forth making anyone who stared at him felt dizzy.

“I must talk to her tonight. I must tell her how…” he stops and think for a sec, “How do I feel? Aish…” he scratches his head, “Kim DongHyun.”  Jaejoong just got out from the workout room on the main floor and walks toward the elevator when he sees DongHyun at the front. He walks over and hears DongHyun mumbling things to himself.

“Kim DongHyun,” DongHyun jumps and turns around, “What are you doing at this hour? You’re supposed to be resting for tomorrow.”

“Oh I was just taking a walk. I couldn’t sleep.” Jaejoong nods

“Don’t stay up too late.” Jaejoong goes back to the elevator. DongHyun kept his eye on the front door waiting for them.

“C’mon Kim BaoMing.” He starts to pace again when he heard the laughter of a little kid. He turns and sees DongWon running to the front door and opens it for his mom. DongHyun walks to the door and helps DongWon open it.

“Oh appa.” DongHyun looks down at the little boy, “Did you wait for us?”

“Yes. Welcome back.” He smiles at DongWon

“You didn’t have to wait for us?” said BaoMing

“I know I didn’t have to, I just wanted to.” He grabs BaoMings hand.

“Bwoh?” BaoMing was surprise so was Jessica and DongWon

“I have to talk to you.” He looks at Jessica and bows, “Sorry DongWon’s umma but I’m going to borrow her for a bit, I’ll return her to you.” DongHyun drags her away to the garden.

“What did you want to talk about?” he lets her hand go

“I actually don’t know.”

“What?”

“Nothing,” he turns and looks at her, “I - I just.” He wanted to tell her so bad.

“What?”

“I just wanted to know if you’re okay.” He couldn’t say it

“Umm.” BoaMing was confused, “Yes? Was that all you wanted to talk about?”

“No.” he hesitates, “I actually wanted to say…” he lost what he was going to say again, “I…I”

“DongHyun if you don’t have anything to say I’ll like to get some rest before tomorrow.” She looks at him.

“Go ahead.” BaoMing leaves, “Aish, Kim DongHyun why can’t you even tell her something as small as ‘I like you’.” He heads back to his floor and on the way out of the elevator bumps into somebody, “I’m so sorry.” He helps her up, “Are you okay?” he thought he saw wrong.

“I’m fine.” The lady gets up and fixes her clothes. DongHyun was beyond surprise at who it was.

“Jessica?”
