Jaejoong's heart cringed hearing her painful past and he involuntarily pulled Eunmi into his arms. He patted her back and comforted her.

"Its okay.. It's over now." Jaejoong said, pinching Eunmi's nose. "Don't worry."

Eunmi looked at him doubtfully and continued with her story.

"When I ran away that afternoon, it was the day I met Jiyong and Big Bang." Eunmi recalled.

FLASHBACK

Eunmi ran out of the house with all her might, ignoring the weird stares thrown at her. She ran and ran, not noticing where she was going, or even cared for that matter. When she finally felt that she was far enough from Lee Joon, she stopped at a back alley to catch her breath.

She looked down at her pathetic self. Her thin shirt was torn and to did nothing to cover her body.

*Guys are such jerks. I can't ever trust my father, my step dad or even my brother..*

She walked dejectedly and found herself walking into a gang that was having their meal. Five rebellious but EXTREMELY good-looking guys were sitting on the floor sharing two cup noodles when a girl walked into their lunch.

Eunmi stopped abruptly. *Ohmygod. Are they a gang? Will they kill me for interrupting their meal?*

Eunmi stepped back cautiously. "Errr Sorry for interrupting, I'll get going."

She took a step back and accidentally knocked down one of the two cup noodles.

*SPLASH!*

Eunmi gulped. *CRAP!!!*

"Awww I didn't even get to eat that Seafood flavored one yet!" one of the younger looking guys wailed.

"Yah you! What were you thinking interrupting our lunch?" The tall one asked threateningly.

Eunmi squeezed her eyes shut, waiting for the blow. *Here it comes*

"Yah TOP hyung! Stop frightening her! She didnt mean it?" Another pale blonde coloured hair guy stood up and made his way towards her.

"Don't hurt me." Eunmi pleaded.

The guy looked at her amusedly and chuckled. "I'm not going to hurt you. Hi nice to meet you. I'm G-Dragon. And this is Big Bang."

Eunmi opened her eyes cautiously. "Dragon?"

The rest of the gang laughed hysterically. "Hahaha hyung I knew that name wasn't a good one! Why would other gangs be afraid of someone called GD?" the mohawk hairstyle guy laughed.

The light blonde haired guy pouted a little and faced her again. "It's G-Dragon. But for you, I will tell you my real name. Don't tell anyone else okay?"

Eunmi nodded. "It's Kwon Jiyong." Blonde haired guy smiled.

Eunmi looked at him, surprised at his friendliness. "Kwon Jiyong." she repeated. "I'm Park Eunmi" she smiled.

"Are you sure you want to go back?" Jiyong asked worriedly.

"Yeah!" Youngbae nodded. "Don't go back! Big Bang will protect you!"

"I totally agree!" Seungri said. "Big Bang is so much more senior than MBLAQ! We'll thrash their ! Eunmi ah don't go back and get hurt again."

Eunmi shook her head. "I want to stay but I can't. I have to go back. Eomma's still there. If I'm gone Eomma will have to suffer by herself."

"But.." Jiyong tried to convince her but young Eunmi gave him a determined look.

He knew that it was impossible to convince her otherwise so he gave in and offered to fetch her home.

"Here wear this." Jiyong took out his black pullover and tugged it over Eunmi's head. "Your shirt's all torn. Remember me okay. Kwon Jiyong. If you need any help, just call my name and I'll come for you."

Eunmi nodded and ran back up. "Thanks Kwon Jiyong!" she waved.

"Yah not so loud!" Jiyong screamed frantically. "I'm supposed to be G-Dragon to other people!"

Jiyong looked up and smiled at Eunmi smiling back at him.

*Perhaps not all guys are bad.*

Jaejoong caressed Eunmi's hair and thought deeply.

*I guess I had the wrong impression of that dragon boy after all. He was the one who offered Eunmi help when her life was down. I guess he's a good guy.

But..

Why do I feel bad that dragon boy is the one that met Eunmi first?

Somehow, I want to be the one to meet her first.

I want to be the one that helped her when she was at her lowest.*

Jaejoong looked at Eunmi who was deeply immersed in her memories.

"I promise I'll protect you." Jaejoong whispered.

"What did you say?" Eunmi snapped out of her thoughts.

Jaejoong blushed. "Nothing. Then? What happened?"

Eunmi bit her lips and continued with her story.
