Thunder echoed in the background of JiU and Handong's shared apartment. Loud thunder could be heard from miles away, heavy rain accompanying the roaring thunder.

JiU nuzzled her nose against Handong's neck, arms tightening around her waist as a strong swift of wind blew against their window.

She wouldn't admit it to Handong, but the noises of what thunder made scared her more than the actual thunder.

Handong must of sensed JiU tense against her body. She wrapped her arms around her loving wife as she rubbed comforting circles on her back.

JiU let out a sigh of relief. What would she do without her? JiU thought. She nuzzled her nose even closer if even possible against Handong as she inhaled her scent, calming her instantly.

"Its okay." Handong hummed, kissing the top of her head.

Minutes passed in silence, neither making a noise nor the thunder as only light rain fell from outside.

JiU broke the silence once the thunder was over. "I was supposed to be the one comforting you." JiU said with a pout.

Handong chuckled quietly, eyes still closed. "Babe you can't even kill a spi—" Handong was abruptly cut off by a bite on her neck.

"Shush. Go to sleep." JiU hissed, closing her eyes shut.

"Fine. Goodnight scaredy-cat."
