The Jung House Master approached and whispered something to Hoseok, “I suppose it was bound to happen.” Hoseok told his HM, “It seems that Min Sinyeo is here to see me.” He had another chair brought over.

“I am guessing you sent her the envelope?” he directed his question at Gaelin.

“Of course.”

“I will handle this.” His gaze shifted to the door and he watched Min Sinyeo walk toward the table with the House Master. Seeing all four of them she faltered then lifted her chin proudly and continued to walk.

“Well met,” no one stood but waited for Sinyeo to be seated but she remained standing. The room was cleared of waiters and even the House Master stepped out.

“It was you wasn’t it?” Sinyeo asked and her chin jutted out. Everyone was silent. “Hoseok ssi are you so afraid of a little competition that you had to bring a child into this?”

Hoseok looked confused, “child? What child are you referring to?”

Sinyeo breathed heavily as she took out the white envelope from her purse and threw it at him. He caught the envelope and stared at it for a long time. Finally he opened it and took out the photos. He took a good long time going through the pictures and then he stood and approached Sinyeo, “Yah Min Sinyeo what do you take me for? Are you telling me that you had a child all this time?”

“Oppa!” she whispered and she sounded shaken and Gaelin had never seen the other woman look so frantic or angry. “This is low even for you. My daughter…should live a peaceful life.”

“Your daughter?” Hoseok echoed, “I had no idea,” he inspected the envelope, “but this is from the judges is it not?” he showed the envelope to the others.

“Yes it is.” Yoongi agreed. “It is not fair to accuse Hoseok ssi of this.”

Sinyeo bit her lip as she tried to control her emotions. “I made a mistake many years ago. I should not be judged for it.” She tried a different approach.

“I am certainly not judging you,” Hoseok said and placed a hand on Sinyeo’s shoulder. “It seems the judges are.”

“You can tell them to stop then.” Sinyeo begged, “please I do not want my daughter brought into this…”  

“None of us can get involved with the judging process.” Hoseok shrugged. “Though I am quite relieved.” Sinyeo’s eyes widene
