“Thailand?” Yoongi commented this way as the plane touched down in Bangkok. They would take an internal flight to Phuket and the tourist district. Gaelin was excited to be out of town and somewhere different. It was just what she needed. They arrived at the Finite Resort and checked into the Jung Suite. “I would have never seen her.” Hoseok admitted, “I never came here as a child and I always sent Julian to handle this resort for me.”

“Its fine kid, it’s not like you could have known.” Yoongi comforted. 

“Yes, things can be so well hidden, even under plain sight.” Soo-hyuk remarked drily, “Just when you think you can trust someone too.”

“Wow, Soo-hyuk is that the best you can do? Since you’re so full of it, you can sleep in the guest bedroom tonight.” Gaelin chided, "How childish." 

"What? I was talking about the Chairman.” Soo-hyuk grumbled.

“Why don’t you go out for some air, the weather is lovely,” Gaelin continued. 

“I’m fine.”

“Oh sweetheart, it wasn’t a suggestion.” Soo-hyuk grabbed his jacket and stalked out of the room. “He really needs to get a handle on this.” She sighed. “It’s so boring. I mean like we're going to let him have his way!” Hoseok laughed. "Who does he think actually runs this Consortium?" 

“While I enjoy seeing that punk in such turmoil, I wonder if we should blame him.” Yoongi sighed. 

“Don’t let him bully you.” Hoseok motioned for Julian who entered the suite with the report from the resort’s GM on what Saya had been doing since she arrived on the island.

“He will get over it.” Gaelin watched as Hoseok went through the report. “So, what does it say?”

“She moved here with her mother and went to one of the local schools blah blah, studied hard and blah blah…” he flipped through the report until he came to what she was doing now. “She’s a doctor.” He seemed impressed.

“An admirable profession.” Yoongi agreed and took the file from him. “Her surgery is not far from the resort. Want me to check it for you?”

“Let’s go together.”

“There has to be a better way than pitching up at her work and basically getting who knows what sort of reaction.” Gaelin was against the idea. 

“Gaelin is right. Let me go.” Yoongi said. 

“Take Soo-hyuk with you,” Hoseok suggested.

“Why?” Yoongi didn’t look too certain.

“You two need to work through your differences at some point.” Gaelin agreed.

Yoongi found Soo-hyuk walking along the beach, “Yah kid,” Soo-hyuk turned and reluctantly approached, “I’m going to make the first contact with Saya ssi and you’re coming with me.”

“Do I have a choice?”

“Is this about you or me?” Yoongi shook his head, “I expected more from you.” He turned and walked back toward the main entrance. “Three, two one…” he counted under his breath.

“Aish! Wait up.”

Yoongi smiled as he turned and waited for Soo-hyuk to catch up. “I am not doing this for you.” Soo-hyuk barked as they walked to the main entrance.

As they drove to the surgery, Yoongi contemplated making conversation but he didn’t know where to start. What should he even say? He couldn’t explain the circumstances of how he had grown close to Jiyeon. Soo-hyuk would probably kill him. They end
