Jungkook stepped out of the car and took in his surroundings. He was standing in front of a modest house with no front yard. The street was dusty and there were overflowing trashcans and a stray dog rummaging through the leftovers. He looked uncertainly back at Tanaka and Taehyung.

Taehyung and Tanaka leaned against the car and motioned for him to go ahead. “This is all you dude.” Taehyung grinned. Jungkook got the impression that Taehyung was enjoying the situation.

In the drive over here, Jungkook had found out that Ryu Hyeri had also dropped out of the institution. He couldn’t stand the thought that she had moved away and given up on her dreams because of him. He was just here to set things rights, to tell her that it was okay and she should return and not give up on her dreams because of him.
