Wrong Direction
The Golden QuillJungkook stepped out of the car and took in his surroundings. He was standing in front of a modest house with no front yard. The street was dusty and there were overflowing trashcans and a stray dog rummaging through the leftovers. He looked uncertainly back at Tanaka and Taehyung.
Taehyung and Tanaka leaned against the car and motioned for him to go ahead. “This is all you dude.” Taehyung grinned. Jungkook got the impression that Taehyung was enjoying the situation.
In the drive over here, Jungkook had found out that Ryu Hyeri had also dropped out of the institution. He couldn’t stand the thought that she had moved away and given up on her dreams because of him. He was just here to set things rights, to tell her that it was okay and she should return and not give up on her dreams because of him.
“How long is this going to take?” Taehyung groaned and Tanaka glared at him.
“Don’t worry Jungkook ssi. Please take your time.”
“I just want him to get it over with,” Taehyung whispered. “Sometimes he needs a little push. Watch this.” Taehyung launched away from the car and sauntered passed Jungkook and toward the house.
“Where are you going?” Jungkook called after him.
Taehyung turned and walked backwards, “To do what you can’t. I’m sure she’ll be thrilled to meet an idol who actually smiles and is pleased to see her.”
