Chapter 25: To The Beach! Part 1

|Chaerin's Perspective|

            "Do you have everything?" I asked Dara as I placed the last of my things in a small bag. Our school was having the end of the year trip since we had just completed our exams. We were going out to Venus beach with our class for two days and one night.
            "Kind of . . ." Dara said as she hauled in two huge bags, and CL's mouth dropped. CL and Dara had been packing the items they really needed such as bug spray, sunscreen, towels etc—well only one person was packing what was necessary.
            "Yah! What the heck is in those bags" CL pointed out.
            "What? How do I know what I'm supposed to bring? What if it rains? I need my raincoat . . . or what if it snows?? Then I need a jacket" CL just stared at Dara baffled.

            After getting Dara all ready, again. They headed outside to the front of both their apartments where Jiyong was waiting. The weather was extremely nice today which was perfect on a day going to the beach.        
            "What took you girls so long?" he asked as we approached him and damn did he look good.
            He was wearing a casual well fitted white shirt along with a pair of shorts and to top it off he wore sunglasses that outline his sharp facial features; if I were from an agency I would scout him right away. On the other hand, Dara was wearing her parrot green summer dress that came down to her knees; whereas I was wearing my usual shorts and t-shirt with my hair in a braid.
            "This one over here" I motioned "was trying to bring the whole house with her".
            "What?! You need to prepared for the possible!" she defended herself.
            "You were prepared for the impossible Dara" CL argued as Jiyong started walking ahead leaving us two to bicker.

|Dara's Perspective|

            On the bus CL had decided to go sit by Daniel instead of Jiyong or Dara. Jiyong had insisted that he would go sit with someone else from the class, but CL turned him down. I didn’t bother offering since I knew CL wasn't going to sit beside Daniel for the fun of it, but because she was concerned.

            I slid down the gray leather seats of the bus to the other side where the window was. Jiyong followed and settled in beside me. Our seat was located at the very back unlike last time where we were in the middle, whereas CL and Daniel were sitting near the front.
