Chapter 19: Museum Part 1

            "Alright, I just received a call from the principal and our buses are here. Let's get moving" Mr. Lawrin announced to the class. "Oh, and don't leave anything you need behind. If you need to go the washroom, I recommend you go now before the bus leaves since it's a long ride" he added.

            "You guys go on ahead, I'm gonna head to the washroom first" CL told Jiyong and I as she walked away. We had just played a game that allowed us three to figure out our seating plans and it turned out Jiyong and I would sit together whereas CL—who had to ask someone—asked Daniel.
            "Shall we go then" Jiyong asked me. I nodded and we both grabbed our backpacks and headed out to the front of the school where the buses were located.
            The class gathered, all excited to break away from their course loads. People were laughing, gossiping, and were very hyped up, an atmosphere that hasn't been seen for a while in the class.
            When our class boarded the bus, we all took whatever seat we could find. Most of the back was filled so Jiyong and I had to take a seat in the middle. By the time CL came, Mr. Lawrin was just about done the attendance.
            "CL, you're here. Please go take a seat now" Mr. Lawrin told her as he moved aside from the front to allow her to move through. Daniel, her seat partner raised his hand up so CL could see him. "Here," Daniel got up and moved into the aisle "you can have the window seat" he said. CL smiled at his gesture. They had known Daniel since they were in Grade 9 and he had always been a nice guy that helped us out. As CL sat down, I felt a gush of wind pass by me.  When I looked back, I noticed that CL was no longer seated beside Daniel, but Henry.

            Throughout the bus ride, Jiyong and I played games such as I Spy, and many other random things we could think of. CL on the other hand was in complete depression mode.
