IU: She's just a cheerful human girl with magical blood. All she wants is to live a normal life. However, she was almost attacked by her ex-boyfriend vampire, which caused her to run away and enroll into a school full of vampires. She later finds out that 4 vampires are trying to reach for her blood. Can she survive this problem? Or will she be dead as, well, a vampire?

Wooyoung: He's one of the 4 important vampires. All he wants is IU's blood and power to gain respect from everyone. But then later, he finds that he fell in love with IU. Now, instead of her magical blood, he just wants the key to her heart. But how is he going to get the key to her heart when his mission is too gain her magical blood?

Yoseob: He's also one of the 4 important vampires. He was IU's ex-boyfriend vampire, and attacked IU for her magical blood. But sadly, she escaped. He tracked her down, and also enrolled to the same school. Can he get her blood in time? Or will Wooyoung, his worst enemy, be the first one to get it?

Thunder: He's another member of the 4 important vampires. He just wants IU's blood, too, but he also likes to compete. Instead of directly getting the blood, he tells people to win a game. If the person wins, he lets them go. However, if the person loses, he drinks their blood. Now, knowing that IU has some magical blood, can he compete for her blood and her heart, too?

Seung Ri: He's one of the 4 important vampires. As much as he wants IU's blood, he wants to disguise himself as an innocent vampire at the same time. His sneaky plan is to gain IU's trust and then... SNAP! Drink her magical blood when she had finally fallen in love with him. Will his plan fail or succeed? Or will his plan turn up the other way around?

Nicole: She's IU's best friend. Her magical blood was already taken, but the vampire who stole her blood had died because he used the power not the right way. She just wants to protect IU from the 4 important vampires who wants her blood. Will Nicole succeed on helping her friend? Or will she also end up as dead meat, too?

Luna: She's a kind and smart vampire that was supposed to assist the 4 important vampires. Realizing the power and dangers of IU's supernatural power, she decides to work for IU and protect her before any of the vampires get the power. She starts helping out IU when she notices that Nicole had disappeared. Will she fulfill her duties to protect IU, or will she be greatly punished by the vampires for helping the innocent girl out?

Jiyeon: She's not a vampire or a human: She's a witch. Nicole alerted Jiyeon to help IU control her powers and believe in them more and more so that she could get stronger. Jiyeon might be cold and dark on the outside, but in the inside, she's as sweet as marshmallow and friendly. With Jiyeon helping IU out, will she succeed in helping IU? Or will she die at the end by one of the evil vampires?

Mr. KV: Also known as the Vampire King, Mr. King Vampire, Wooyoung's father, and the enemy. He's a powerful vampire, and rules the Vampire Realm. Their world is weakening, so he sent the 4 important vampires to capture IU and bring her powers.
