“Sorry I’m late, Mr. Kim!” the boy who just entered the classroom apologized. For a second, IU couldn’t speak. She was too shocked to move or speak.

“Next time, little boy, please come earlier,” Mr. Kim, the teacher, hissed. IU wanted to know why Mr. Kim was such a cold teacher. She would have to ask Nicole later, but for now, she had to go in front of the class. When she approached in front of the class with the 4 boys, the teacher said to introduce themselves.

“Annyeonghaseyo, I’m called Thunder, for those who don’t know. I like a good competition, so make sure you play some games with me,” a boy wearing a basketball jersey with a lighting symbol introduced first. IU couldn’t help but smile at the boy. He seems like a nice boy, IU thought. The next boy stepped up, running his fingers through his hair.

“Hey I’m Seung Ri, and I like to sing and dance,” Seung Ri said, twirling a little. IU rolled her eyes. Show off, she thought.

“I’m Wooyoung,” Wooyoung said, giving a small wave. IU couldn’t help but giggle quietly. He’s so cute! she thought. She stopped giggling when she saw HIM stepping up.

“I’m Yoseob! I’m pretty much good at anything, so don’t bother asking me to compete or anything,” Yoseob explained, as his eyes rolled to IU. He smirked, as IU gulped. IU then stepped up, bowing to the class.

“A-Annyeonghaseyo, IU imnida,” she greeted, showing a light smile to everyone. However, half the class dropped their mouths opened. The boy vampires inhaled deeply, their lips. She felt pairs of eyes staring at her from the back. She slowly turned around, and saw Thunder, Seung Ri, Yoseob, and Wooyoung. They were about 5 inches away from her, but they were inhaling deeply. Mr. Kim stared awkwardly at the five up on the stage.

“Uh.... okay, well, you may go back to your seats?” Mr. Kim said awkwardly. The four snapped out of their thoughts and quickly nodded. They went back to their seats, especially IU. When IU got to her seat, she panted quickly.

“They found out,” Nicole whispered.

“About what?!” IU whispered back nervously.

“That you hold the magical blood! I told you a billion times!” Nicole hissed. IU sighed and rolled her eyes again.

“Can you please stop with the ‘magical blood’?!” IU pleaded.

“IU, Nicole, is there any problems back there?” Mr. Kim asked. Nicole and IU looked up, shaking their heads. Mr. Kim nodded, as they continued their lessons. At the end, Mr. Kim dismissed them. IU and Nicole quickly ran out of the classroom to their next period: P.E.

“I’m so bad at P.E!” IU complained when they dropped their stuff at Nicole’s locker. Suddenly, they heard a scream near the girl’s bathroom. 

“Oh my gosh! What was that?!” IU exclaimed.

“Vampires other people’s blood, especially innocent people’s blood,” Nicole muttered.

“What?” IU asked quietly and weakly. She quickly ran to the direction of the scream, wondering what exactly was going on. When she opened the girl’s restroom’s door, there was a red liquid coming from one of the stalls. She ran to the stall and opened it. She gasped, covering .

“Help....?” a weak, old voice whispered, as the girl died. A boy was there, drinking the last of her blood. It was HIM.

“Y-Yoseob....?” IU stuttered. Yoseob got up and wiped his mouth. He his lips, making sure there was no more blood around his lips. He turned and smirked.

“Oh, it’s just you,” he said plainly. IU glared at him.

“What do you mean it’s just me?” IU snapped, taking a step back. Yoseob approached closer to her.

“It’s been a long time, right, IU-ssi?” Yoseob whispered huskily in her ears. IU gulped and tried to push him away from her. 

“Move! You’re wasting my time!” IU shouted, continuing to push Yoseob. Yoseob didn’t budge. All he did was smirk at IU, who tried to push him. How cute, Yoseob thought, as he pushed IU on the wall, but how weak, too.

“W-W-What are you doing?! Stop!” IU cried, struggling. Yoseob laughed, as he placed his sharp teeth on her right shoulder. IU gasped, as she froze. 

“D-D-Don’t,” IU whispered nervously. Yoseob smirked again.

“It’s been a long time I haven’t on your blood. They were quite delicious, too,” Yoseob said quietly, yet harshly. IU gulped.

“Yoseob--” a voice said, but then stopped. IU turned around, and it was the same guy earlier.

“Oh, gracious! It’s just you. I thought it was a human boy!” Yoseob sighed as he looked up. IU sighed quietly, glad that Yoseob hadn’t stolen her blood yet.

“What are you doing?” Seung Ri asked, staring at the two in disbelief.

“Drinking her blood?” Yoseob said in an obvious tone. Seung Ri quickly approached to Yoseob, whispering, “You better go. Class is about to start.” Yoseob groaned and left the bathroom, forgetting about IU. IU sighed in relief, as Seung Ri smiled softly at her.

“Are you okay?” Seung Ri asked. IU widened her eyes, as she began to tremble again.

“Y-You’re a vampire too, right?” IU whispered softly. Seung Ri stared at IU for a moment, and then laughed. IU raised an eyebrow, wondering why Seung Ri was laughing so happily and softly. Vampires don’t laugh like that, do they? IU thought awkwardly.

“Ha,ha,ha.... Sorry, my bad. Yes, I’m a vampire, but I’m very different from them. Like, I’m more friendlier and more humanish than them, I guess,” Seung Ri said, looking up at the sky. IU couldn’t help but smile and giggle a bit.

“Humanish? That’s not even a word!” 

“Is too!”

“Is not!”

“Is too!”

“Is not!” IU protested. The two stared at each other for a moment, and then burst out laughing like crazy. After a while, when the two were done laughing, they stared at each other with their eyes sparkling.

“I think we can be good friends!” IU exclaimed. Seung Ri smiled.

“I sure hope we do!” Seung Ri agreed. IU then left, smiling with a happy heart. Behind her, Seung Ri could only smirk. Plan #1 finished! Be friends with IU, Seung Ri thought sneakily.
