Chapter 52 Deadly Good time

*SLASH!!!! SPLLUURRTT!!!*

Steel found its way onto flesh but not at the person Nickhun intended to kill. Eunhyuk sacrificed himself and covered Yoona with his body. Eunhyuk’s back was cut from his left shoulder diagonally towards his right hip, blood gushed out of his body and he fell facedown lifeless on the floor.

“BASTARD!” Yuri took a swing at him, but Nickhun blocked her attack with his sword.

“YOONA STAY BACK! I’LL DEAL WITH HIM!” Yuri’s eyes had a deadly glint and Yoona can’t help but be scared and in awe of Yuri’s current state.

Yuri and Nickhun continued their deadly sword dance, slashing, blocking, dodging and outmaneuvering each other. Their swords continued to clash and neither seems to be getting an upperhand.

“Is that all you’ve got? You seem to be getting tired pretty girl.” Nickhun mocked Yuri, Yuri became a little exhausted from their exchange, and she breathed heavily as she tried to hold up her guard.

“AARRRGGHHH!!!!!” Yuri lets out a loud howl as she charged at Nickhun; she brought her sword upwards and swings it downward. Nickhun blocked her attack and again kicked her in the stomach.

The kick was quite powerful that it sent Yuri flying through the air, tumbling and rolling as she hits the floor.

“So I guess this is your limit? How pathetic!” Nickhun slowly approached Yuri, sensing that Yuri’s in danger Yoona tried to shoot Nickhun. Her aim was a little off, Nickhun managed to dodge her bullets.

“You’ve interfered for the last time !” Nickhun slapped away the gun from Yoona’s hands and punched her in the stomach.

“Urrfff ugghh…” Yoona groaned in pain as she felt the air taken out of her. Yuri managed to standback on her feet and sees Yoona in trouble.

Nickhun tugged on Yoona’s hair, he placed his katana beneath Yoona’s chin and was ready to slit .

“You should have just stayed in your seat and watch as I took your girl’s life. But I guess I’ll save you the pain of enduring that huh? Don’t worry though I’ll be sure to send her to hell after I’m done with you!” With his sword hovering dangerously close on her neck, Yoona closed her eyes and prayed for someone to save her.

Just then Yoona felt Nickhun’s hold on her loosening; she opened her eyes again and saw Yuri standing near her. Yuri’s back is facing her as she looks at Nickhun who was sprawling on the floor.

“That was one hell of a punch you got there.” Nickhun coughed a couple of times and spits out the blood from his mouth as he groggily got up on his feet. Nickhun didn’t know what hit him; everything happened so fast that he only felt a punch landing squarely on his cheeks which sent him flying through the air.

“That’s the last time you’ll ever lay your hands on her again!” Yuri looked at him menacingly with the katana clutched on her other hand.

The punch she threw at Nickhun had so much force behind it that Yuri didn’t notice that the skin on the bare knuckles of her right hand has been nearly peeled off and her hand is bleeding.

“Yuri, your hand… it’s bleeding.” Yoona tried to approach Yuri but was stopped from doing so.

“Don’t come any closer Yoong, just stay there til I’m done with him.”

Yuri slowly walked towards Nickhun. For the first time Yoona’s afraid of Yuri, she couldn’t help but stay back as she watched Yuri walking towards her opponent filled with murderous intent.

“What’s wrong tough guy? You seem to be out of it?” Yuri mocked Nickhun, he didn’t like it one bit.

“Shut up ! AAAARRRRRRGGGHHH!!!” Infuriated Nickhun roared and attacked Yuri relentlessly. He swings his sword relentlessly hoping to cleave Yuri’s flesh.

“What’s wrong blondie? Getting impatient?” Yuri made a snide comment as she effortlessly dodged his attacks.

“Don’t mock me !” Nickhun continued attacking, swinging left and right. ing his sword but he keeps on hitting only air.

“This has gone long enough!”  Yuri circled behind him, she kicked his left knee: completely crushing Nickhun’s kneecap.

“AAHHH!!!!” Nickhun howled in pain as he tried his best to support himself by ing his sword on the floor as he hobbled in only one good leg.

“This one’s for hurting Sooyoung and killing Jiyeon!” Yuri quickly slashed at Nickhun’s left shoulder. Eliciting screams of pain from the injured blonde man.

“This one’s for Krystal!” Yuri again slashed Nickhun this time aiming at his leg, Nickhun lost his balance was now down on his knees.

“AAAAHHHRRR!!” He screamed as he felt the flesh on his leg cleaved by Yuri’s blade.

“ing !” Nickhun can’t help but curse Yuri one last time as she closed in on him.

“This one’s for killing Mr. Jung and causing so much pain to Yoona and her family!”

As quick as the wind and in a blink of an eye, Yuri cut Nickhun in half, severing his abdomen from his lower extremities. Blood gushed out as Nickhun’s body fell down unto the floor completely cleaved in half. Yoona couldn’t help but gasp at the horror of what she just witnessed.

“Yuri…” Yoona didn’t know what else to say, she went beside Yuri and tugged on her shoulder hoping to get her attention.

Yuri turned to face Yoona and for a moment Yoona could clearly see Yuri’s murderous eyes.

“Yuri…” Yoona placed her hands on Yuri’s cheeks, Yuri’s eyes slowly changed as she caught a whif of Yoona’s familiar scent and warmth. Yuri’s murderous eyes slowly faded and Yoona couldn’t help but smile seeing those familiar, loving and lively onyx orbs.

“Yoona… I…” Yuri couldn’t help but feel ashamed, she felt like a monster after catching a glimpse of what he did to her adversary.

“I only wanted to protect you; when he had his sword closely on your neck…”
 

“All I could think of doing was getting him off you and kill him before he could ever kill you…” Yuri’s voice trailed despite being aware of her actions she had no full control of her body. All she could do was kill him in a most sadistic way that she never could have imagined.

“It’s alright Yul… it’s over now.”
